The Appartement it self was nice and spacious, clean a pleasant surprise as the reception and entrance looked a bit dogy and dirty, forget about customer service
Location!!!Do not walk outside the property alone or at night specially if you are woman.Very doggie and unsafe.Everyone is looking at you passing by.Normally i like other cultures i lived in London, but in this area you have to be very careful. It’s also very dirty smelly and lots sex workers sitting in the windows ,lots of skammy shops selling fake items only and i was the only white person there NEVER AGAIN !!

My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I was met by a very friendly and helpful person at reception. It greatly exceeded my expectation based on some of the previous reviews I had read.
The area isn't the nicest part of the city, and can be a bit daunting in appearance with the grafitti on the walk from the train station and an overall lack of good street lighting. But, in reality, I had a perfectly fine walk to the hotel at around 8pm and out a bit later to a nearby shop for some snacks. There was also a lot of rubbish lying around, which can be a common issue in Brussels due to the way waste is collected - so not really anything the hotel or locals can do about that. If you prefer not to walk into the area at night, the nearest tram stop is about 50m away, so tram may be a better method than train for late arrivals.

We stayed here for four nights (May 17–21) as a family—my husband, our one-year-old daughter, and I—and had a very good experience overall. From the beginning, the receptionist was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He was Indian, which made communication smooth and easy for us. He guided us well about the local transport system—metro, tram, and train—which made our travel around Brussels very convenient. The location is great, with the tram station just a short walk away. Shops, Restaurants, Shopping stores and grocery stores are also nearby, which was very helpful during our stay with a baby. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a big bathroom. The kitchenette was a bonus and made it easy to prepare meals for the baby. The only downside was that the bed size was a bit small for all three of us. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a convenient stay in Brussels.
The only downside was that the bed size was a bit small for all three of us.

We actually had an apartment on the 3rd floor with a nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is close to the North Station and it's a 15 min walk to the Botanique.
The area is nice and lively during the day but doesn't feel super safe at night (it's very close to the red light district)

I stayed at Wellness Apart Hotel Brussels recently, and honestly, it was a solid choice for the price. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with a little kitchen that came in handy since I didn’t feel like eating out every night. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine, nothing fancy but clean, which is what matters to me. The area is alright, a bit outside the super touristy spots but close enough with public transport nearby, so it was easy to get around. Staff were friendly and helped me out when I had a couple of questions. Overall, if you’re looking for a simple, affordable place to stay with a bit more space than a typical hotel room, this place works well. I’d stay again if I’m back in Brussels.

The apartment was really spacious, with kitchen and second floor/attic kind of. I didn't use the kitchen in my stay, but there's a refrigerator, and stoves/oven which you can cook. In the bathroom, having a bathtub was really nice!
The bed was located on the second floor/attic and there was a door unlocked which lead to the building's dusty attic which I found weird. That door could have been cleaner. There's also a window on the angled ceiling which is quite high and you can't easily close its curtain if you aren't taller than ~180cm, thus light coming in towards the bed from the sky. Also, the bathroom door needed a lot of force and was a bit difficult to close.

Ok apartments located in not such a lovely area of Bruxelles. The apartments are really spacious, decorated with basic furniture, not very modern, but clean. We had a room located at the 7th floor, the view was really great over the city. The price was good for 5 nights, but i don’t really recommend it and i will for sure never book this place again.
Our apartment had a really uncomfortable mattress; and i’m not pretentious or anything, but i think this was one of the worst mattress that i ever slept on. Maybe it was old and very used but it was sinking in the middle… Also, really bad mold on the bathroom ceiling. The towels could be replaced, we received really old and used towels. The area is also one of the most dangerous in Bruxelles. We didn’t really felt safe walking there especially during the evenings.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable. For a group with a similar budget, I would definitely choose this hotel again. While it’s not a luxury or designer hotel, it’s perfect for a tourist who is out early and only needs a place to sleep at night. The room was basic but functional, and I had everything I needed. However, I do want to mention one concern regarding the area. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the center from the street below, as there are vendors selling things outside, and at night, the atmosphere wasn’t very comfortable. The people in that area weren't very friendly, and I did feel a bit uneasy walking there. Aside from that, the hotel itself was a great choice for the price.

The room was nice and large, with a comfortable, homey feel. There was a small lift which helped as we had large luggage. Our room overlooked the main street, so we even had views of the tram as it trundled by. Tram 93 goes direct to Coudenberg, so is great for sightseeing. The hotel is itself a 10-20min walk from Bruxelles-Noord station, which is convenient. As they had a room free, we were allowed to check-in a little early, which helped our plans greatly.
If you're arriving from Bruxelles-Noord at night and walking to the hotel, you may pass through red-light districts with display windows a la Amsterdam! The station-adjacent areas are a little rough at night. The hotel itself is in a Turkish district with several eateries to the North with great food!

The hotel located near to the Nord Station, just two stop from there. The room has great facilities like private bathroom, private kitchen with Refrigerator, micowave, Electric kettle, Dinning area,(table), accessible by elevator, Air conditioning, bed is comfort and the room are clean. The hotel is near to Mini Europe.
The Tram will suddenly stop due to the poor timing control of the trams, all the trams are using one main station, cause the trams are jam in the middle of the road.
