The location of the hotel is very good; it is very close to the city center. The tram stop and hop-on-hop-off boat stop are around 200 meters away. (I recommend getting a Ghent card to use all transportation for free.) The room was quite sufficient for us. The sofa bed was okay for my son to sleep on, the room was clean, and all required kitchen utensils were available. We stayed for 3 nights and were happy to reach the city center easily. I definitely recommend it for families for their short stays, and 3 nights are quite enough to see the beauty of Ghent

Nice studio in the heart of Ghent. The kitchenette and fridge allow to save some money on food and drinks. There's salt and pepper, but a bit of cooking oil would have been welcome.

I really didn't like the big warning on de 25 Euro fine for not washing the dishes. I pretty much understand that washing the dishes is a duty of one who uses the kitchen, so it doesn't need to be there in big letters. Even so, a fine would be fine to me, if the money is given to the cleaning personnel, which I'm sure is not the case. The stylish brush provided in the kitchen doesn't clean very much, a small sponge would have been better. And the microwave was still splattered by the lasagna of a long ago guest, I left it cleaner than I found it. Also, what's funny about the "joke" on selfies in the bathroom?

The room is really spacious and the place is very close to popular tourist destinations. The heating is superb and the water pressure is really nice. There are so much amenities that makes stay very convenient and accessible. For instance, there are tons of lockers, 24/7 checkin, self service checkout. The lobby lounge is really nice.

Few things that we didn’t like. The lighting in the room is very sparse, so at night you can barely see anything. It makes for a cozy aura but would be nice to have more bright lighting. The toilet is nice but it was only covered by translucent glass walls, so even if I’m travelling with my partner, it would still have been nice if the toilet is concealed. Kinda weird to do your business, when your silhouette is showing on the outside. Nice retractable TV especially when watching from bed, however, it doesn’t have Netflix or not possible to cast from your device, so a little minus points if you want to do a staycation here. And finally, the room could have used bigger trash bins.

A modern room with contemporary design, the place has a nice vibe. Check-in and access is straightforward with a key card. There's a lift and a vending machine for some snacks. The room was sufficient for 2 people. The kitchenette was amply enough for a quick breakfast or some simple preparation, the added microwave is really useful. There were a few casseroles and a non-stick pan but the non-stick layer was scratched beyond use. There was an ironing board and an electric fan in the wardrobe. The place is located right in the city centre, public transportation is 100m away, and the St. Bavon Cathedral is a 2-minute walk away.

The soundproofing really needs an upgrade, you can hear door being slammed, luggage rolling, etc. It's especially noticeable early in the morning when you try to get some rest. The mattress of the bed was a bit too soft for my liking and I had some trouble adjusting to it.

The location is top, walking distance to the city centre. The studio is spacious and it has many amenities (e.g. iron, frigo, stove). You can do your own check in and check out.

There was an issue with the hot water. The air conditioning didn't seem to work at all. Unfortunately, there is no option for breakfast and the nearby coffee places are not opened until late. Luckily, the supermarket in the city centre opened at 08.00. The studio is not cleaned daily, but weekly, unless you pay an extra fee of EUR 25.

It was a very spacious room, fully equipped with whatever you might need during a short stay, quiet, walking distance to everything and with very comfortable beds. They also provided instant coffee in the rooms which was very nice! We would definetely go back again!!!

If I need to mention one thing that would be the lights. You could only turn on all lights in the room. There was no night light for reading. What can be a problem for someone else is that the bathroom door does not lock and that the bathroom wall is glass (we knew already and we were OK with it).

Everything you can ask for is in this apartment. Close to public transport links if you are coming from the train station and all attractions are under 20 minutes walk. The studio is very spacious and the couch is a double bed which is great if you don't want to share a bed ;). Very clean, the bed is very comfortable and plenty of cups, cutlery and cooking utensils for those wanting to cook.

The hotel is a street away from the city's red light district. It didn't bother us as the area wasn't rowdy but something to consider. But besides that, I cannot recommend the accommodation enough.

Location is great and the building is nice. Staff is helpful. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Kitchenette equipped as described and worked out. Rooms were quiet. Good when travelling solo or with a couple, not for a group of friends.

The studio is definitely not for a group of people: no privacy in the bathroom, not enough power sockets, no place to dry your towels. Bathroom is a cubicle of blurred glass, no intimacy whatsoever. Our room was much smaller than stated in the booking.com site. Naturally rooms in an old building vary, but our room was very small as compared to the 24m2 promise. Also in the upmost floor the slanted roof makes the room even smaller - only half of the room space is full-height. We ended up renting an extra room, since this definitely was too small for 3 persons. The management attitude was not at all appreciative.

Great self-contained unit in easy walking distance to all the centre sights. Surprise highlight was the small park with little trampolines for the kids and great cafe across the street just around the corner next to the beautiful cathedral.

The 'studio' was smaller than expected. More like a hotel room with a kitchenette. I was expecting the top floor in a building but it was more like a hotel.
