want to highlight the receptionist Daniel for my review, it was my 3rd time staying and was having trouble with too much heat in the room i was given, he went above and beyond offering different available rooms to me til we found one that was cool enough for my condition! i really appreciated it :) the bed was comfortable and the room was clean as always
the rooms have always been a bit dated with old fashioned decor and such, but i don't mind it personally. some rooms are better ventilated than others, and the main central lift still doesn't work sadly 💔 only the other one that only reaches the 2nd floor. fix that lift and i'd basically have zero complaints!

Good sized room with big windows and lots of natural light. Good TV, but with unusual selection of channels. Coffee/tea replenished to an acceptable level. If it wasn't for the expensive parking charge, I would stay again, but there are cheaper options.
Expensive parking charge at £12 per night. The pool offering is a joke. One staff member told me it was open between 8:30 and 21:00. However, when I wanted to use it the following day, I was told by a different staff member that the pool had lessons from 15:00 and 19:15. Shame they didn't tell me that before. Mind you, I didn't miss much as the pool was quite dirty with dead flies and other particles within. (During a break in the lessons, I sampled the pool for about three lengths. ) The sauna wasn't on, so I couldn't use the sauna either.

The first time I stayed here , the staff were very professional and friendly, it was clean and tidy, nice relaxing stay The breakfast was enjoyable, self service ,good options to choose from, fruit juice, fruit, tea coffee, cereal, toast, yoghurt self service full English much as you like To be honest I paid just under £150 and to be fair thought it was reasonably good value .
The potential for the bar is exceptional, it's a nice size bar ,but draft beer is limited to either an ale (Sharps Atlantic )or lager ( Carlsberg)think there's a cider to choose from to be honest can't remember, bottled beer is available but as we all know is rather costly the reason to bring this up is to encourage people into the bar where profits could be made then should be more choices, appreciate where the hotel is located not far from the sea front, and the establishment feels most people will be out which I understand, but a good hotel bar can be a good focal point get people together creates good vibes among guests , and gets tills ringing for profit for reinvestment.

this is my second stay, i really like the Trouville! great value for money, lots of space in even the bog standard single rooms they feel like little studio flats, with couches and cupboards etc. i love the pool, i like going there when i'm the only person there! the temp is perfect. the wifi is fast and the location is very central to every nice thing in town! im very heat sensitive and i liked how the window opened nicely and i felt in control of the temp well in there despite the lack of air con!
the term "dated" is probably the best description, but i don't mind it personally :) the toilet wasnt entirely attached to the wall and made a thud when i stood up lol. some fixtures and lamps were broken and if i had to be honest, admittedly the bed was very hard and i woke up a lot from discomfort. but for the price and location im still satisfied! the steep incline the hotel sits on suuuucks, but there is a side entrance in the car park to evade part of the steep hill. the bar was REALLY expensive (over £10 for two water bottles and two J2Os?!) i think at least bottled water should be cheaper.

Close to the Sea. Big room, clean comfortable bed. Plenty of supplies of towels, coffee, tea, milk, sugar.
Could be done a bit of update in bathroom. A lot of noise came from upstairs, they walked in highheels l think, wakes me up before six in the morning. Gentleman who did my check in ask me to give him my bank card four quaranty wrote all the numbers from my card and everything what was written on it, that was for the first time when someone did that in more then eleven years since l am doing this job and travelling all over UK, France, Spain.

The room was cosy and comfortable very silent so I had possibility to rest a lot . Housekeepers were all available to give me whatever I needed and staff was friendly and very helpful Breakfast was good too Hotel is very central but on a slope I got mobility problems so I had to travel every day by taxi I walk with a stick but there two bus stops going to city center and opposite one stop with buses going to several destinations and Swanage Hotel is step free and has got a lift There is a covered swimming pool for leisure There are two smoking aereas
For sure Hotel s guests I live in London City centre and people are extremely friendly and kind .All guests of this Hotel didn't even say Good Morning or Good Evening I found this extremely rude

The reception was nicely decorated with lightts and a christmas tree. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. There was plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and milk packages, all organised neatly. Lovely view, could see some of the Christmas lights at Christmas tree wonderland as well as the sea. The windows kept the noise of the traffic and people out. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of towels, aswel as complimentary soap and showergel/shampoo. The decor is very dated, but my kids liked the pattern carpet and wallpaper.
The room could of done with more than 4 hangers and/or some coat hooks to hang up our wet coats and jumpers. The decor could use some updating as was damaged in places and very outdated.

The location is just brilliant, close to the beach and town, restaurants, and clubs. Staff is lovely, very helpful. Breakfast is not much choice, but well cooked and tastes good, coffee is really nice. Rooms have very old furniture, but we didn't mind. The room itself is very spacious, plenty of light, beds very comfortable, everything is clean and tidy. Sadly we vere very busy and we didn't use the swimming pool. We'll be back again, I will recommend it to anyone. If you like a bit of fun, go to Vinyl Club (Cameo), only about 15 minutes walk. Also, the car park is great, or you can easily find a few more on the way down the hill - 1-2 minutes drive, 5 minutes walk.
The view from our bedroom is bins and old mattresses. The lift is not great for claustrophobic people, but it worked well.

My room and my stay was great! I left my luggage prior to check in and after checking out at no extra cost, as I went out to the beach, pier, zip line and attractions that were only a short walk away. The staff and food were very nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I’d ever slept in, thank you. I loved breakfast time, as also staying was an acapella group, who sang what seemed like a 12 part harmony version of ‘happy birthday’ 🎈 Thank you for a wonderful time in Bournemouth 😊
Only that I didn’t have enough time to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna 😊
