The rooms were simple but very clean, functional and comfortable. Location at the commercial core of Geneva, and close to the central station is also a very good point.

The breakfast was enough, and the products were top quality, but there was little to choose between. I assume that this system can be better to avoid unconsumed food to the waste, but at the end repeating exactly the same is quite tiresome the third day. Sorry, but a bit of variety is also a part of being on vacation. To repeat everyday the same I'd better stay working at home.

The room was great - large, modern, good sized ensuite with a good range of facilities including smart TV, air-conditioning, secure safebox, hairdryer and a balcony. It was in a really convenient location - about a 5-min walk to Genoa Brignole train station and about a 10 minute walk to the main city centre sightseeing spots. They even provided a leaflet with their tourist & restaurant recommendations which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful at the reception desk, spoke very good English.

It was quite difficult to find initially, especially as it was right by a building covered in scaffolding. But it was signposted which helped me locate it.

The room was a bit small, and it would have been more comfortable if we could control the air conditioning ourselves. Other than that, everything was fine and we appreciated the hospitality.

Nice little budget hotel in the heart of the town. The man on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful with directions and even gave me a bottle of Cola after a tough days travel. The room was compact but functional, very quiet overnight, however in the morning there’s a busy college opposite but it’s fine.

Location is amazing! Everything you need to see is in a walking distance. It is also in the pedestrian area where restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias and bars can be found. For a short stay it is a perfect choice: it is clean, very well located and the breakfast was quite decent. The only thing missing for a longer then 2-3 days stay, for me, is the room size and the lack of storing space

It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay and wish it was more. Amazing staff, clean, comfortable bed and basic - which was all we needed! Well located - just a 5-8 min walk to the station and in a vibey street with stores and eateries around. The breakfast was good.

Wasn’t anything didn’t like - just note shower is a bit on smaller end.

The location of the hotel is quite good — about 8–10 minutes’ walk from Genoa Brignole station. The room was very spacious, and the reception staff were truly helpful. You can leave your luggage after check-out, which is convenient. Breakfast was decent with enough variety. A consistent choice in terms of value for money. Ideal for a 1–2 night stay.

Hotel Nologo is an excellent choice for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Genova. The location is perfect, only a 10-minute walk from Genova Brignole railway station and close to all the shops and restaurants you could ever need. We stayed at Hotel Nologo for 4 nights and although the room was on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get a good night's sleep every night. The staff at the hotel was fantastic - they were always available to help us with anything we needed, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was simple, good, and it was the perfect way to start our day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nologo and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genova. The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff make it a great choice for any traveler!

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and great location close to Brignole station and the main high street in Genova. We had a very large and comfortable bed (2 singles put together) and we really enjoyed the fun music themed rooms (ours was reggae!). Though we didn’t get chance to try it out, the hotel had a jacuzzi on the terrace and communal area for you to spend time with your friends/other travellers which is a great bonus. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in the heart of Genova!

A few small maintenance issues. The building seems to be having work done to it, so our balcony had scaffolding and piles of floor tiles. This didn’t affect us as we didn’t really use the balcony, but not ideal if you wanted to spend the evenings sat on the balcony, or unsafe if you have children. I’d contact the property to ensure this building work has completed when you choose to stay. Our front door lock was a little stiff too but other than that everything was up to the standards we expected!

The greatest advantage of staying in this hotel is the staff. This is not the opinion based only on the last stay (I have selected this place several times already). People there are really kind, emphatic and professional. There is no any problem to communicate in english (although they usually speak in couple of foreign languages).

The hotel is quite big as for this localization so usually is hosts big organized groups of young people who can be really noisy at nights xD... Although obviously the hotel staff is not guilty at this point. I mention this just because I think this can be usefull information for ones travelling for business purposes (who have to wake up early xD). But anyway people at the reception are interventing immediately whenever the above situation takes place!
