Loved the food recommendations. The cleanliness was fab. At reception the staff were excellent. Linen, curtains and netting were clean and crisp! This is somewhere I will definitely come to stay again.

This is such a minor thing, but some of the kitchenette was (long term) water damaged, functional of course, but obviously damaged a long while ago and not addressed. ( I am being incredibly nit picky mentioning this)

The location of Macy's was great. There were good restaurants to choose from for a night out.

Our room was upstairs and quite steep for older people. The room was compact and not really what we expected. The manager apologised, as Macy's was fully booked that night and there was no option available to be up graded..

Staff were very friendly and welcoming which always sets the scene off nicely upon check in. My girls loved the pool which was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you very much will visit again. ☺️

Enjoyed the central location, the comfort and the swimming pool for the kids.

The room was a little tight having a family of 4 but most probably the circle table in the middle of the room other than that, it was a great stay.

The spa pool in the room was nice however compromised by the tv volume which had the obvious fault of many guests pushing the buttons too hard which suggests it's an older furnishing. The milk bottle for my morning coffee was a nice gesture by the manager however, I think he makes them up himself as my little bottle was expired tasting. There wasn't anything more positive to mention without also mentioning the obvious flaws in the "luxury" functionality.

The tv volume was set to "barely able to hear anything". The pungent "floral" scent when first opened the door. The fact that the spa pool is in the main room with carpet directly on the floor over the side. There should be tiles or something to prevent possible carpet splashes.

The room was cozy, Beds comfy and location wonderful. Even though the hotel was close to the main road, you could not actually hear the traffic which was great. The manager on when we checked in was very friendly.

We could hear the TV of our neighbours through the inter-locking door

We had a super king spa room. It was clean, tidy, comfortable, had all the bits and pieces i.e. fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery that we would need. We were very happy with our room and the staff.

Couldn't use park allocated to us as it was either used or the person next to it wasn't the greatest at parking a vehicle!

Situated in a really handy location, with a range of food outlets nearby, service station, and bus-stop across the road. The bed was very comfy, and the room was quiet. Didnt notice any traffic noise either. Owners are friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious, beds were comfy, pool was clean and good deck chairs.

Not the fault of the motel but the people in the unit next to us were talking loudly on the phone outside their front door untill after midnight when I politely asked them to be quiet!
