I had a lovely stay in Budapest and would definitely return to this hotel. The staff truly stood out — young, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a great start to my stay. The room itself was spacious, airy, and tastefully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the excellent soundproofing — it felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Overall, a very positive experience — perfect for a comfortable and quiet stay with top-notch service.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the breakfast. While it was sufficient, it felt quite modest in variety and quality compared to the overall standard of the hotel.

Hi! We stayed there for 3 nights, the room was simple, cute and clean. It was accessorised with fridge, towels, snacks and a safe. Everyone was very kind, helpful and ready to answer our questions, especially the receptionist Cristina so willing and with positive energy. The breakfast was simple and good with sweet and savoury food. The location excellent near st.Stephen cathedral and a 10 min walk for almost everything (buses, metros…) Overall a good and recommended experience.

The only thing we didn’t liked that much was the carpet under the bed in our room and in the hallway.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - showed us to our room, explained everything, gave recommendations - just so willing to go above and beyond. Was really quiet despite being in the centre of the city. Lidl next door to pick up supplies and snacks. Great continental breakfast and also a glass of wine on arrival. Left luggage facility was helpful and the hotel is a 10 minute (flat and easy) walk from the airport bus stop. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a short stay in the city-it is very tiny and doesn’t have lots of facilities that bigger hotels do, but the location, price, atmosphere and nature if the staff mean it’s better than a bigger ‘faceless’ hotel! Get booking people!!!!!

As someone who has lived in Budapest before, the location is just perfect. Right in the heart of the best part of the city. Easy access to public transport but most things are in walking distance. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping let's them down, but I'm sure they're in the process of working that out. Rooms are spacious and comfy, towels & linens are clean, but lots of dust, hair, etc, when we checked in. It's a real shame, but I'd definitely stay there again.

We loved how helpful and friendly the staff were. We got a room upgrade and it was perfect and spacious. The location of the place is amazing, walking distance to many places and metro options. There are also nice restaurants, a supermarket, a nice brunch place, and delicious gelato place just outside the hotel in the same street. Would definitely choose this place again.

Nothing. I know there are a lot of comments on the breakfast, but I think it was as minimum enough to have a quick start of the day. From what I saw other hotels, we were doing a trip across different cities in Austria then Budapest, and honestly they are all almost the same.

The location was fantastic, breakfast was sufficient, staff were great and were able to make really good suggestions for where to eat and things to see/do. The room itself was large and comfortable with a nice warm shower. They all spoke English really well.

Parking was difficult as you have to find street parking or pay for an expensive garage. The walls were thinner than I was hoping and I could hear the neighbors when they were louder. It was only an issue one night and they were quiet after 11 pm which was fine. However, if you got a rowdy crowd, I could see this being a problem. The door buzzer also calls out your room number when entering the building. This is a safety concern, and should be removed. The buzzer itself is great and easy to use, just remove the welcome notice.

All the staff at this property are very helpful, polite and friendly. The double room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Room was cleaned daily. The room amenities are of good standard. The room is well furnished. The location is great. Just next to St Stephen's Basilica. Most of the attractions like Parliament building, Mathias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Buda Castle, Chain bridge, Shoes on Danube River bank...are all within easy reach. Meeting point for Danube River cruise is also close by. The square opposite St Stephen's Basilica is full of life, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Budapest for the first time to stay at this property.

Location was brilliant for a 4 nights visit to Budapest. Slap bang in the City. Close to all the big sight points. Be aware there is no main lobby as this is not a hotel. But our room was so comfortable, good size lovely bathroom great shower. Its dining room and breakfast was small and may disappoint those looking for a ‘full hotel experience breakfast’, but coffee was good and strong, cereal & dried fruits were available with toast and jams and continental cold meats & cheese. Fresh fruits of apple pears & bananas also available. I would stay again in this residence and will be back in Budapest as did not see all I wanted to see. Staff were always available at the little reception area and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. For a short holiday/break this was perfect for a couple.

Our rooms were generously sized (rooms 106 & 108), with a large bed, extra seating, big bathroom with walk in rain shower, and huge windows. There was plenty of space to unpack and hang clothing or put in shelves. The rooms seemed practically brand new. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the basilica and a grocery store. Public transportation with connections to the vast majority of the city within 5 minutes walking. The staff were amazing. They arranged a taxi to the airport, brought us breakfast the bringing we were leaving as it was before their usual breakfast begins, made solid recommendations for massages and arranged an in-room massage for my parents. The airco was a life saver as it was close to 40⁰ during our visit.

The hotel is located within a larger building that had some some renovations going on. They cannot control this, but the elevator was occupied for long periods of time and/or had a lot of debris in it during the day.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and the areafeelsvery safe even at night. It was next to a big Metro station that can take you anywhere. It's more like an apartment hotel, without any facilities, but the rooms. The room was relatively big and very clean, with all the necessary amenities.

There are no public spaces in the hotel, which is arranged as a long corridor. Even compared to the boutique hotels we usually prefer, the dining room is very small, with only a few tables, and a relatively small selection (breads, cheeses, few vegetables, coffee, yogurt, pastries), no eggs or any hot food. Every day, the exact same thing is served, without any change. Another thing that bothered us was the air conditioner temperature being too high. The rooms and the dining room need to be cooled better.
