The room was clean and comfortable. The clerk at the reception desk polite and helpful. The breakfast had enough choices and was fresh and plentiful. The position of the hotel is very central and literally few meters from the underground train station. Overally it’s a very nice hotel with good value.

Everything was perfect, just one detail that I have been really missing - I get used to have kettle and complimentary tea on the room in hotels. It’s very helpful especially when you arrive to freezy Prague in the middle of the night.

The location was excellent, right in the center, with everything within walking distance. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with storing our luggage and booking a taxi to the airport. We also appreciated the extra security measures: the main entrance was locked at night, so no outsiders could enter, which made us feel much safer given how central the area is.

The room was quite small. The bathroom looked old and had visible stains, with faucets that were almost broken. It was also oddly placed right next to the bed, which felt uncomfortable. The shower was missing the upper part, making it difficult to wash your hair properly. There were no slippers provided either. The breakfast was very basic and not impressive.

The face of the building is historically beautiful, located right in the centre. The vestibule looks stunning! The room was decorated in style of a ship cabin. The bed was super comfy! Overall it was a perfect experience! At the end i was able to safely leave my luggage in storage and stay a bit longer in the lobby whilst waiting for my train.

The breakfast could improve a bit(esp for vegetarian gluten-free diet), although it was satisfactory.

I liked the location the fact that room was relatively quiet during the day. Unfortunately there was some noise from drunken parties from the street. Needed to close window and use aircon to deaden the noise.

I would have preferred to have a secondary lock on main door. A chain or deadlock. Wifi was a bit flaky at times. Poor connection. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.

I had a great one-night stay; the hotel was very quiet, which was surprising considering the location. It was one of the quietest hotels I've ever visited, especially during the weekend. I also enjoyed the beds; I had a single bed that was big enough to fit two people. There was no problem with an early arrival; everything was as smooth as it could get, and the receptionist was kind. The breakfast was okay. I didn't find a toaster, so it might be an easy improvement if there is none. The room was spacious, with a nice bath, clean, and practical.

A lady (staff) complained quite loudly about the other team member during breakfast, I think she was a supervisor and didn't like how her colleagues arranged something. There was a sense of stress which I don't normally experience in other hotels.

Location is easy in the city center and the room was quite ok. It was a bit odd to have toilet separated behind a different door than the shower and basin to wash hands.

The hotel should add guidance to show to the room services whether the customer wishes the towels changed or to continue using the same. This is standard in hotels nowadays and reduces unnecessary washing.

Excellent location, right in the heart of New Town square (Mustek subway station), which is bustling with activities and close to all the historic sites by walk. The breakfast was also included in my price and it was a very good spread. I am so glad I booked this over an apartment option which was more expensive and had no breakfast. Hotels are so much better if available at a good price, easier check in, check out, reception services etc. I would highly recommend this hotel, lovely staff, exceptional location, nice rooms and facilities. Easy and fast to get to the hotel from airport by public transport, so no need to take a cab.

Everything was great. Did not get a reply to a query via booking.com, so not sure if hotels check messages from here or get intimation of them.

The location is absolutely perfect for tourists, with all amenities close by. The room was big, clean and comfortable with air condition, fridge and safe. Breakfast was also very good.

Tea/coffee making set in the room would have been great. Also our room had a bad smell at times, coming from the drains. We informed the receptionist who seemed to know about it. The cleaner did their best with bleach but there was still a faint smell when we entered the room after a few hours away.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the very heart of Prague, close to all attractions. The room was in a nice classic style, quite spacious, fully enough for 2 people. Spacious closet. Comfortable bed. We got inner yard view, so there was no noise in the room. Breakfast was good. Hotel has downstairs small cafe and restaurant if you dont have mood to go somewhere outside. But there is plenty of choices for food in near by area as well. I definately recommend the place and will return here myself for sure.

Maybe a little too small bathroom, only one person can be there at a time. Some strange sound came from the toilet side quite frequently, it was really disturbing us and waking up during the night. Wifi was badly working and we were facing constantly the issues. Breakfast area seemed too compact and always very crowded. I would expect from such hotel class coffee from the coffee-maschene, not from can. It was very unclean in the breakfast area. We watched how staff is cleaning the tables and there were throwing all the crumbs on to the chairs and floor, so actually next who come to enjoy breakfast were seated on unclear chairs and were surrounded by unclean floor. this moment was really unpleasant.

Location was absolutely amazing.. ideal place to discover Prague.. the staff was very very helpful

AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the room, And no water kettle to make tea or coffee , but the reception staff was very much kind enough to give their personal water kettle to us for make baby milk
