comfortable, clean king-size beds in a clean room with all the basics. We wanted something simple and cheap and adequate. We got what we wanted.

I like that there is always some one at the front desk, if, upon the rarest of occasions that a person should not be there to welcome you, or to answer a question, please just give the front desk a moment. Very soon, your question will be answered, and management will return.

We have had rain, this is a very regular occurrence. I noticed the underground parking has condensation to the point of liquid forming on the beams . I admit, I am trying to find an issue, it is a busy place, I find the staff always willing to help especially if a person is polite in letting them know how they can help.

It’s perfect affordable for someone travelling for being busy whole day because they have quiet hour during the night to early morning. Only noise is from vehicles moving on main road for several times. Overall was good, we actually had great night, slept peacefully.

For me, The key is kind of difficult specially when in hurry but it’s good they exchanged upon request. Another thing is I wish there’re some freshener sprayed before the guest arrival as when we entered there was something smell like the room has been closed for long period.

The room was very spacious and had a great use of space with a couch and large table as well as a desk. The mattress was very comfortable. My only wish would be for you to have a recycling bin accessible to encourage people to recycle and have paper (uncoated) rather than plastic drinking cups for water. Canada passed a law banning throwaway plastic. I hope you will respect that law by not offering throwaway plastic cups. Please replace with paper or sustainable glass cups.

Replace the throwaway plastic cups with reusable glass or China and paper or glass water cups. As i mentioned Canada has a law banning throwaway plastic so you need to oney that law.

Location is good, room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and made things easy, great value for your dollar All in all, it's a great place to stay especially if you're on a budget

It's impossible to be downtown and not have to deal with "street noise" at night, that being said, I heard the sounds of the city night quite clearly, if you are a sensitive sleeper I recommend staying somewhere outside of the city altogether, cause you get street noise at every hotel downtown, the only escape is to join them...

It was comfy with overstuffed chair, nice table and desk and dresser in old English style with the wide ceiling trim. Tv, microwave, coffeemaker, big soft king bed, nice pillows, you could walk and see lots of shops on lots of streets near to waterfront. It was clean, hot water in shower, nice staff. I would stay here for a week or more if I had to be in town that long. Relaxed feeling but professional. The outside looked dated but who cares , it’s outside not the room. Free parking I think. And it’s only 3 stories which I like.

Nothing really they are building a big building next door I think which is sad because they are tearing down the classic low buildings and putting up bigger ones like a tamer Vancouver, unfortunate.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed and very accommodating and friendly staff. When we were checking out we wanted to stay in Victoria a few more hours and the staff were so accommodating to let us leave our car safely locked in their car park until 3pm which was ample time for us and very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The neighbourhood seemed a little sketchy especially late at night so what might help is more lighting to the side of the building. Other than that, a really great stay.

It was well priced and had what I needed. Fridge and a microwave and coffee maker. I was solo and on business. It was not fancy but for the price it was not expected. I slept well and the staff were polite and helpful. The water pressure was awesome and the hot water was plentiful. Pillows were great and the tv worked!

I had no real expectations so I was totally happy with what was offered.

It was warm and very quiet. The front desk guy was exceedingly helpful. No outside loud noises interfered with my sleep even tho we were very close to the downtown Victoria core.

I did not see much of the property, the king size room was clean, quiet and quite comfortable mattresses. At first I thought perhaps the blanket would be too thin however as mentioned previously, every night spent @IslandTravelInn was spent being warm and comfortable.

Nice big comfortable rooms, walk to downtown Victoria in 10 min. Victoria was one of our favorite cities on this tour. You see the british influence in the buildings. One Seattle local told me "it's like London on a budget" - I saw London, but I didn't see it to be "on a budget" ;) ...also not more expensive than the rest of the island. We really liked the floating houses and market at fisherman's wharf. And had one of our best fish&chips with great view directly in the harbour at Red Fish Blue Fish.
