The hotel is very well located and modern. The rooms are bright and very spacious. The breakfast is excellent and copious and especially the staff is very polite and helpful.

The problem with this hotel is the breakfast. To have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait 10 min in front of a nespresso machine that does not work, and besides you have to queue because there are people. A Hotel of this standing should serve table coffee. It’s ok for an Ibis Hotel, but not for the hotel chain « Small Luxuary Hotels». They really need to fix this.

Lovely big rooms! My suite had a dressing room, separate shower and big bath. It was clean, comfortable and just generally lovely! The staff are perhaps the best assets of the hotel! They were all lovely! It was my first visit and they made sure to take care of me. Concierge were responsive and proactive. When I mentioned I wanted to go to a thermal spa for a massage only (didn’t really want the outdoor thermal pool experience in Mid-January), they recommended the in-house spa facilities and tailor-made massage (even gave me a 20% discount). When I was overcharged on a cruise (not by the hotel), the concierge (Kristian) called the cruise company and got me a refund! Went well above and beyond! Even when I set them the hard task of finding a hairdresser that can manage my curly African hair! 😅 The ladies in the restaurant, front desk team, concierge team, everyone was simply fantastic!

Staff - Amazing and very welcoming (especially Kristian, concierge) Room - Incredible with nice zen settings! Good placement of sockets plus USB port which was very helpful. Beds - VERY comfortable! Great sleep! Bathroom - Great, especially the bathtub and the waterfall shower setting! Felt very safe! If you want to use public transport, it’s only about a three min walk otherwise Ubers are available and wait time is about 2mins!

Spa looked amazing (booked Spa access) but the pool was really cold! So didn’t end up going back the next day - HAVING SAID THAT, spoke to staff about water temperature and I really do believe they listened and would have fixed it - it’s just that we didn’t go back after that but I would still come back to the hotel My advise is - Opt for room only and then test out the swimming pool water on the day (we only tried once) and then pay as you go! Otherwise spa was super zen, great ambiance, water, robes, green apples available! It’s really nice overall.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, close to a tram line and the metro. The hotel is very beautiful! I really liked the hotel’s interior. All the furniture is new and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details (for example, each room has a stylish opening bar). Upon check-in, we were given two complimentary drinks from the bar and two travel passes for the metro, tram, and bus. The breakfasts were delicious and wonderful!

I had $200 stolen from my wallet. Of course, it was my own fault for leaving my passport and money on the table and going out. I only noticed the loss when I had already checked out and was paying somewhere else. Just remember that even in a five-star hotel, this can happen. I don’t blame the hotel, as there was a safe in the room that I didn’t use.

Classy with attractive decor. Good location for transport links. Lively sized room. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

These comments may seem a bit petty, but we believe if you don’t report it, the hotel won’t sort it. Attention to detail was the main issues we had considering the 5-star status and overall price of the stay. The rug in the room was stained; the hairdryer did not work; the floor was cracked/lifted just outside the shower; the towels were generally well worn and frayed. We did not have all the towels, dressing gown or slippers in the room on arrival and on a couple of occasions they were not replaced. The main dining area/bar felt a bit soulless and the layout was quite boxey.

Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, staff were nothing but lovely offering a free room upgrade on arrival due to it being mine and my girlfriend's anniversary, to which we were welcomed into our room with sparkling wine. The building was absolutely stunning, with the second largest staircase in budapest (which we were informed of and shown by the excellent employee who showed us to our room). Location is good, maybe a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which will get you there in no time. Spa facilities were fantastic and very clean with a nice big sauna with plenty room. My girlfriend informed the staff that it was my birthday during our stay and the in house baker made me a beautiful birthday ensemble with macarons and chocolate. 10/10 stay, I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday to budapest.

Sve u hotelu je dobro osim osoblja na dorucku. Cekao sam kafu 1:15h i na kraju nisam dobio. Isao sam 3 puta da ponovim narudzbinu za kafu i apsolutno nista. Jednostavno decko koji je radio nije za taj posao,zalutao je u ovaj hotel

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms, all the amenities, a beautiful spa and gym, in a pretty neighborhood walking distance to cafes, supermarket and shops. It had a nice restaurant, we were provided drink tickets and metro tickets which were extremely helpful on our travels around the city. Every inch of the room was beautifully designed, comfortable and modern. Looked exactly like the pictures and exceeded all of my expectations.

For some reason after housekeeping service I wouldn't receive new towels so I would have to call down for them. Also that there wasn't an iron and ironing board.

Impressive location, great attention to details, swift check-in/out process. Great room, we've travelled around the world and have stayed at many great hotels but this is the first one that offered a dressing room inside the room. Breakfast was delicious.

Not that I am in any way picky, but there are 3 things that I would have wanted to experience differently: a.the restaurant closes at 10pm(last order) and there are no options for light snacks in the bar(and the in-room dinning menu for the night, available only from 10:30pm ?! : offers just 3 options, 2 salads and a sandwich; b.the breakfast opens normally at 7am but the restaurant's door was still closed then, so we had to try it twice before they opened it at 7:03am; c.for such a high standard hotel, having a barrista and fresh coffee for breakfast would have been expected, rather than just a Nespresso machine with coffee pods.

breakfast is poorly organised - it is buffet + a la carte. Day 1 things were ok, we were given fresh orange juice and they took our order fast for the eggs benedict; day 2 and 3 were a mess - no orange juice, we had to tell them that we were ready to order after 20 min of waiting; also there was no water, then they brought the water but no glasses; if some food was finished they would not replace it until asked; also water in the pool was very cold, almost no-one used it; location is not convenient
