Location

My room was to cold. Could not get the temperature higher then 20 degrees and that is til cold for me.

This hotel and room were newly remodeled, staff said they were only open for a few days. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect.

Twice when we entered the room there was no power, and we had to go downstairs to ask staff about it. They sent up someone to reset a breaker or something. It's newly opened so I expect some hiccups but after the second time (and waiting 20+ minutes in a darkish room for staff) I was disappointed that we didn't get comped for a free breakfast or something, as it was not easy after a long flight/day to come back to a dark room. Also a small negative, the bathroom was very small. The shower door barely had room to open and the toilet was right up against the sink.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, soundproof, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a modern steam iron, and ironing board. One room had a balcony; the others had large windows. Coffee makers with daily-refreshed capsules and infusions were a nice touch, and extras were easily requested via the app. I appreciated the hotel's sustainability efforts. Bathrooms were a good size with quality toiletries and large safes. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, including a gluten-free corner. Staff were kind and helpful-special thanks to Lilo at reception! Housekeeping was impeccable. Excellent value for a 4-star hotel-5/5!

There is a plenty space of improving in Breakfast! There was only one person serving all people and the place is really crowded!

Absolutely loved the stay in the middle of oslo, very easily walkable to arkershus fortress, john carl gate, royal palace and groceries and restaurants. National theatre station is 5-6 minutes walk and the central oslo station is about 10 minutes walk, the local tram station is just 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of oslo central and is a perfect place to explore the city and beyond. The rooms are simple but comfortable and we had a good night sleep throughout our stay

The hotel didn't have a laundry which we needed and extra toilet amenities would have been perfect.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu was very good its location was close to sights and city. The support from the staff finding transport from the airport was very helpful. The bar upstairs provided excellent views of the city in a relaxed atmosphere.

I know it was not the responsibility of the hotel but we had a bad experience when we left. We took a taxi from out the front of the hotel to the central railway and the driver took us the long way. I had to tell him several times that he was going the wrong way and showed him on Google maps that I knew he was taking us for a ride. Such dishonesty.

Overall, the hotel was good. The location is perfect. The staff members were very professional and helpful. The room was clean and new. Unfortunately, the way the room was designed is not good.

The two separate beds were so close to one another, it was impossible to walk in between them. The door of the bathroom was right next to one of the beds and it was hard to walk into it. The bath was tiny and the way the shower door was made allowed for the water to leak all over the floor of the bathroom which was annoying.

I am VERY fussy!! But I really really liked this hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was good, room was clean. And everywhere was accessible by foot. Very very central location. Was impressed.

The hotel is located in the city's centre, in the middle between Oslo Central and Oslo National Theatre train stations. There is a tram and bus station right next to the hotel and metro station 100m away so it/s in a perfect location. All the main things are within 10min walking distance so it/s the best spot for anyone wanting to be in the centre. Also worth mentioning is that despite being in the centre, the location is really quiet and there is not much traffic. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped also with the sightseeing planning and recommendations. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Despite being served from 6:30 until 10:00, there was still everything to choose from when I arrived late at 9:30. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has an excellent location - within walking distance of most sights, bars and restaurants. The room is a good size. It's clean.

The guy at the front desk was not friendly. On the contrary, he was quite pushy and rushed to get the payment before seating us, which is strange - it's like we won't pay ourselves. 3 times within 3 minutes he told me where to put my card and pay. Offensive attitude. After I paid, he explained to us that smoking is not allowed on the terrace!!! In fact, it is high time that Booking also provides such a search criterion - for smokers and non-smokers, and not for a person to have to look at hundreds of offers and, in the end, still not be able to smoke on the terrace.
