The location is very near in train station and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mr Armindo who assisted us even late at night in processing our travel pass. We were able to have the cable ride and train ride for free. He deserved a raise for being so professional and kind. Keep up the good work Mr. Armindo. God bless you.

The staff in breakfast area is not smiling and always looking on our table that make us uncomfortable. She didnt even greet good morning to us. In return, we cleaned our table before leaving the area.

Hotel is 30 seconds walk from the train station. So close. Check in process was quick. Staff/Customer service were very helpful. The elevator was a little slow but more than enough room for 2 people and luggage. We had a 3rd floor triple room, and it wasn’t overly big. 1 chair provided and a work bench/table. Small bar fridge with mini bar. A Kettle provided. No Microwave. Air conditioning/heating was good, but a little difficult to work, but Google helped. Bed was a little hard, but still comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was adequate The Shower water pressure was very good and water Temperature was hot and constant. Be careful if there’s a small red plastic handle on a string in the shower. It’s a panic alarm. Towels were good WiFi was good. Breakfast was very good.

Television had no English Channels. A couple of pillows of different firmness would be great.

Liked · decent walk from the train station, very quiet side street, new unit and clean. owner was super helpful and wanted to make sure our stay went well. the light fixture in our room came off the wall, we could put it back on, texted the owner and he came the next day and gave us more chocolate (which was on our bed and even more in the kitchen). I think he mentions plans to do some upgrades. Apart from the place, Venice is great, though we aren't personally into gondola rides, so many sights, no cars anywhere, tons of museums. We actually saw this super cool interactive art exhibit in the Museo Correr that probably less than 1% of visitors saw. Not enough time to hit everything (two nights only needed to get to northern Italy). Would stay here again when we come back.

only complaint was this automatic light in the short hallway (right when you walk in) that comes on by motion sensor, and is VERY bright, so when I'd go from our bedroom to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it's way too bright (and tends to wake you up). Not an issue for my wife you doesn't get up to pee in the middle of the night. Would have liked a fridge in the room, but maybe the large fridge downstairs (that we discovered by accident) with water and space to put groceries or leftovers (one shelf per each of three units) was better, dunno.

Needs updating and the room smelt a bit foosty. Decor is very dated. No USB sockets in room. Heavy blanket on bed instead of light duvets. The 'pretend' bacon left me gutted! Warmed ham is not a bacon substitute 😅

Location was very central & easy to walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable, room clean & staff friendly & accommodating.

At the time our air conditioning was not working & the room was so warm & uncomfortable. We told the desk clerk who told the owner but nothing was ever done. This made the 2nd night of our stay even worse than the first, due to showers steaming, & just being in it. There was a point I thought about sleeping in the hall which was much cooler.

Amazing location almost right opposite the train station - a lifesaver when arriving at night. Recep that is open 24h and able to check us in late as well. Even offered if we needed dinner. Room is simple, quite old school, but has everything you'd need. Bathroom is spacious and good water pressure. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected for such a property.

Walls might be a bit thin so you can hear people leaving in the mornings. But otherwise, good spot for a night's rest.

Location. We had an early morning train and hotel was right across the road from train station. The staff allowed us to park with a rental car to check in. Easy bus back from airport once rental car dropped off. Easy walk to main centre early breakfast was provided before leaving for the train. Great for one night 3 people

Had a great stay. Room was specious and clean. Plentiful breakfast.Staff is super helpful. Location is very convenient, right across from train and main bus station. Hotel gives a Ritten card so you get a free travel in buses and cable cars.

Wonderful breakfast! Outstanding staff answered our many questions & arranged parking for our car. Discount for an awesome local restaurant was nice!

Barking & growling dogs in the room next door stopped after I talked with the front desk staff.
