This hotel is a HIDDEN GEM! Got kids? Book it! Got a Family of 5? Book it! We came from a cruise to stay here and then do Disney for 3 days. The fact that they held the luggage for us no problems, was amazing! The kitchen was a plus and the amount of space for the 3 of us was AMAZING! Beds were great and the pull out couch was a plus! The walk to Disneyland was perfect! not too far and easy to remember. The hotel staff was amazing. I love communicating through text. The housekeeper at night, was so sweet. We were there over mothers day weekend, and he brought me special towels, extra blankets as a sweet "mothers day surprise" to wind down after a day at the park! The pool was great too, the sad thing it closed so early we only got to use it one night. Breakfast was AMAZING for a quick nothing special meal. We got extra sourdough bread toasted and made peanut butter sandwiches for the park to save some money. Best thing for us, McDonalds was on the way to and from the park for a nice fresh and hot (for real) meal after a long day. I highly recommend this place, it was amazing!

Pool closed early.

We spent the first night on a lower floor and got little sleep due to the people above us stomping around. The next day we talked to the front desk and they moved us to the top floor which was so quiet! We got excellent sleep the rest of the nights. It was so nice to come back from a long day at the parks to a clean room with the beds made. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the parks was excellent!

A little more variety with the breakfast would be nice, but that’s just me being picky. The food was fresh and tasty, just had the same food choices every other day.

The hotel was fabulous. The lobby is huge and the staff were super friendly. We were in a 2 Queen room and it was very roomy. We used the sofa bed for a child and he commented that it was a comfy bed. There was heaps of storage and great facilities such as a full sized fridge, microwave, cutlery and plates, glasses etc. The bathroom was also large with a good layout. The facilities at the resort were great - gym, laundry (4 large washers and 4 dryers $4 for each), the pool area was beautiful with lots of lounges and little seating areas. The pool and hot tub were great and they even had a splash pad. The location was fabulous - close enough to walk to Disney and if you are tired after a long day the ART shuttle drops you off at the door!! Very convenient!

Not as many food options nearby being up the top end of Harbor but it was easy enough to order in or walk down to a few different places (highly recommend Mimi’s) Breakfast was free and was OK but I would have liked them to change up the options every few days.

Good, clean hotel, very close to Disneyland (walking distance). Room was specious. Breakfast was OK, pretty much the regular American hotel breakfast with cereal, eggs, self-made waffles, bagels etc. There is a kitchenette in the room which is very convenient for families. Even has a dishwasher,,

Room facing highway - You can't miss the traffic noise even in the middle of the night and with soundproof windows. We asked to relocate to a room facing the opposite side and it was quiet. Water pressure in shower was extremly low. Only valet parking is available.

Very nice looking and clean. Felt like staying in a fancy 5 star! The breakfast buffet was very good and provided enough options for the entire family hot and cold. The room was clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. My only small complaint was the bathroom in our room had a sliding barn door rather than a traditional door therefore it was not the most private as there is a decent gap and cannot be truly closed all the way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The app was not working for the valet and by the time I went down for my car, and showed the valet I requested it be available 15-20 mins earlier, he did go and retrieve it immediately. The cleaning staff went above and beyond when making our beds to arrange the kids stuffed animals and Disney souvenirs in the most adorable way. The walk to Disney was easy, well lit up and straightforward. Took us 9 mins from leaving the hotel to getting to the security check at Disneyland. I will 100% be staying here again on our next visit.

The bathroom had a sliding barn door that left a large gap and didn't feel private.

When we arrived very late in the evening, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. When I asked why, I was told our card was declined (it had expired as I booked many months ago) but no effort to contact me was made by the hotel to try to resolve the issue, plus there was no detail on the booking of the hotel taking any payment in advance anyway. Only when I said I still had the confirmation on Booking.com did they try to find a solution. They found us an alternative, smaller room and gave us complimentary valet parking but overall, this experience was stressful and totally avoidable had they have taken the effort to contact us for a different method of payment.

Location location location! A 10-15 minute walk to Disney! We felt very safe walking to and from anytime. There were sidewalks the entire way. We could see the Matterhorn ride from our window, and we could see the fireworks at night. It was so nice to be able to come and go as we needed. We love the Home 2 Suites because of the amazing kitchenette! We had Walmart delivery groceries to us the first night. So easy! The kitchenette allowed us to keep groceries and eat a cheaper meal each day than in the parks. We had the dishes and utensils we needed, and plenty of space to store our food. We had 6 big drawers for our clothes, and a open closet space to hang things. The table on wheels made a perfect spot for the kids to eat while sitting on the couch. We were very comfortable. The beds were comfy, too! One of the first times I haven't been sore from a hotel mattress. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with lots of options! The staff was amazing in the breakfast area and at the front desk. They were helpful and kind.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to Disneyland so the location was great. We had 2 rooms which were big, light and airy. We asked for these 2 rooms to be close and they were across the hallway from each other. Spacious bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and the wi-fi was good. Used the guest laundry. The dryer only took 40 minutes to dry a load of clothes. The staff were friendly and checking in and out was hassle-free.

Location was convenient to get to Disneyland. Room was a good size for 3 people plus luggage. Kitchenette was very convenient for our needs. Roll out table was great for eating then move away for space. Staff were helpful with all our queries. Breakfast had a good variety and was always well stocked.

Not being able to get to my own car was a little tricky when I needed to grab something out.
