From the moment we arrived at Concepció we knew it was going to be everything we wanted. Nestled in the heart of Palma old town this hotel effortlessly blends timeless elegance with modern sophistication, creating an ambiance that is both welcoming and indulgent. What truly sets this hotel apart is its service. Every staff member, from housekeeping to management, radiated warmth and friendly professionalism. The pool is the perfect place to relax. The bar menu has a lovely choice of light food and amazing cocktails. We were offered a light juice drink and water with a refreshing cold towel to cool us while soaking up the sun It wasn’t just a place to stay it was a place to feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel our room had access to the roof top pool which was a lovely touch , staff were lovely and friendly .

The only thing for me was at breakfast ( breakfast included in our night stay ) was handed a menu which had a small choice of cooked items , ordered an egg Benedict and I asked the waitress to confirm that the eggs were poached , her English wasn’t very good so I don’t think she understood . So I got eggs Benedict as well as another two poached eggs , then was handed a bill to pay 5 euros as which was voided as I explained I didn’t ask for both , she didn’t understand what I was asking but still don’t think they should be charging as should be included in the breakfast !

Very nice, stylish hotel. Nice staff (Corina was the best!!), quiet, very clean. If you are lucky to get a room with a pool view, even better. Breakfast was good, and they provide car rental services at the reception.

Though it is very very nice, I feel it is missing a few things to make it 5⭐️. Our room was quite small, no coffee/tea kettle in the room, there is only one chair in the room so someone has to sit on the bed at all times… no room to hang two towels anywhere in the room/bathroom.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of old Palma. Excellent location on a quiet street just minutes stroll from good shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful design, high levels of comfort and fitout. Everything is very well thought of. Very friendly and attentive staff. A beautiful old building. A great sense of calm about the place that makes you relax the minute you walk in the door. I will definitely go back if I get the chance to visit Palma again.

The pool area is small so at the height of summer every sun bed was taken up. This wouldn't be a problem in May/Sept I guess. The smaller rooms are tight so move up a level as much as your budget will allow.

A new beautiful and a very well located hotel in Palma. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything very clean and well taken care off. The breakfast was very good. We also ate at the restaurant located in the hotel and it was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you so much, hope to return one day.

The air conditioner too loud in the room

Hospitality and staff are truly excellent, so friendly and helpful made our stay even more better. Breakfast is great choice with lots of options. Room’s are a tad tight but still great with all necessary features & byredo soap. Located on a quiet road but 5 mins walk to Main Street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially in the dining/bar and reception. The location is excellent. The design of the hotel is lovely.

The room was very dark. Badly lit. As always with design hotels there wasn’t enough cupboard space for more than a couple of nights. Perennial criticism - not enough light for make up.

Warm friendly staff across the restaurant and the front desk. Great breakfast. Very stylish.

We had two room as were traveling with children. They couldn't do rooms next to each other (or with interconnecting doors) as rooms next to each other were in different categories.

Location was perfect. Everything was only a 15 min walk away maximum. On the day we left we were allowed to continue using the facilities after checking out. The use of the gym shower before getting the flight was also really nice to freshen up after sitting by the pool in the sun all day.

The bar man at the pool got very busy during lunch and was often getting ice or food. During those times I feel having two people, one manning the bar and one running the food and drinks, would have been better.

The concept. interior and attention to detail . The staff are superb. excellent customer service and care. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, interesting, healthy and good assortments. lovely coffee. An abundance of fresh fruit. Do try the Olive bread. Location is brilliant. Trendy with good vibe. Loved it

Loft bedrooms are to be avoided. We asked to move as made me feel claustrophobic. Then we were in room at the top of hotel which was directly under the main hotel air conditioning unit.. Great room but noisy!. Check your room choice.
