Loved the breakfast!!! VERY clean room. Little things like dish soap, coffee, etc., were great, and kitchen and appliances were very clean. Loved my stay and I’ll be back! Also, the young folks who ran the valet service were WONDERFUL!

Only drawback was not having housekeeping service every day. Didn’t choose that! And, when they did come, they only left me one bath towel one hand towel and one washcloth!! Not good!

The location to the Spectrum center and the light rail was perfect. The hotel staff were friendly and professional.

The self parking garage was a mess. We had our “pass” but it did not work most of the time. We had to call for assistance a few times to exit. Very stressful when there’s a line behind you. Our room was clean but clothes were left from previous guest; and dishes were in the dishwasher—they were clean.

Breakfast lower quality compared to hotel global quality which is quite nice Arrival didn’t feel so welcoming: had to go to an upper level, didn’t meet a living soul, empty frontdesk, staff only appeared couple minutes later. It was ~09:30pm

Breakfast was good. The hotel was popular due to the ACC Tournament, so the coffee and creamer had to be replenished often. Also, when arriving, Gerald , the super-friendly parking attendant, was amazing. He directed us to the best place to park, and took the time to explain in detail.

Location and staff. You literally walk out of the hotel door, walk across the street and into Spectum stadium doors.

Understanding the elevator was confusing to everyone. However, all the guests that entered, the elevator helped each other. It was definitely a conversation starter.

Front desk person was amazing. So helpful with parking situation and my son was arriving and we had 2 cars. She was very friendly. Shower was probably the best I've ever had.

Breakfast was not great. Eggs tasted not great, bacon below average, pancake machine broke temporarily. Room too small where the food is ... constantly bumping into one another. Good coffee ... strong.

Very polite and helpful staff. Nice room with a view of the Uptown. Super convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and many rooftop bars. Rooftop bar in this Hotel. Food was good.

This is more than I usually spend but worth it for the location and football game weekend.

We stayed here for a concert at the Spectrum Center. Location was great. We walked right across the street to the concert. Very secure building. Very quiet and clean. Parking was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will book again

During check in we ran into a small problem but Mrs.Tasha took care of everything in a matter of seconds. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tasha was welcoming, patient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Everything exceeded expectations. I will definitely be booking again and recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family.

I will definitely return to visit the accommodations at both the Marriott and AC Hotels as I am a Hornets fan and the location is spot on with access to the arena.

I would like to see some type of non-slip mat or felt on the shower floor for added safety with all of the glass surrounding you. Especially for the elderly
