The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed except washing up liquid. The packs of milk were a kind thought. The beds were comfy, shower and toilet immaculate. Towels and beach towels were provided. Games, books and other items were there, although we didn't use them. Views from the balcony and kitchen step were superb. I would certainly stay at this apartment again.

Not a dislike, but a gentle reminder to update the information pack now that a smart TV has been installed and there is only one remote control. We did laugh, having spent time looking for a non-existent second one. The holiday was full of laughs, and the wonderful, stress free nature of the apartment contributed to making this happen.

It is an idyllic location in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, shops and easy driving distance to tourist sights. The apartment was very clean and covered all the basics for a very pleasant stay and having a private verandah, outside barbecue and seating and a lock-up garage was a bonus. We were impressed in how clean not only the apartment was but also the surrounding neighbourhood.

Paihia Apartments was absolutely beautiful. Location was great close enough to walk (10min) into town centre. Super king bed was a dream. And love the sheets especially having top sheet and selection of blankets. Beach towels great and came in handy for 2min walk to lovely beach. The apartment has everything you need for great break. Lovely quite area. Highly recommend

This wee 2 bedrooms appartment was perfect for our stay. The views are great, the location is faboulous too. It's walking distance to a supermarket, Waitangi Treaty grounds, the beach, the center of town. Yet it's not on the main road so it is quieter. The appartement was clean, well equiped. Soap, shampoo, body butter etc. were supplied. The garage is massive and the door is electric. It will be a great bonus for those who will be travelling with boats etc.

A wee oven would be a great addition :)

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, woolworths, beach! Very clean and comfortable apartment, have everything you need, smart TV, portable oven, table games, coffee machine. One of us is a light sleeper, there is no noise from the door or the floor. Very nice house keeper, love this place!

Everything is great!

There were two bedrooms, full operational kitchen with all utensils you need. There was a bbq and outdoor seating. In the garage there was a pool table and enough room for children to play if it was raining. The lounge was small but adequate. We had assumed there was a bathroom and ensuite but it had a bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment was a short 10 minute walk to town but there was a cafe and fish and chip shop close by with beach a 2 minute walk. Bedrooms small with comfortable beds. Air conditioning was able to reach bedrooms from living room.

Our room was well catered for with board games, reading.material, equipped roomy kitchen, We were.able to see the Cruise ships come n go from our blacony No.3. Hosts are pleasant and very welcoming. A quiet safe neighborhood feel here... Hop skip to the main st Paihia... Beach 2mins walk for a swim, and theres a takeaway shop & dairy also. We loved our stay & appreciated our fur baby was allowed to join us for the wkend. A++

Nothing. Exceeded our expectations!

Garage for car, aircon, comfy beds, coffee maker and pods, so nice to meet friendly host, great location, walk across road to beach, top fish and chip shop on the same street.

Couldn't plug in the hair straightener in either plug in the bathroom, no scissors or small paring knife in kitchen, and easier plug access required for ph charger in same room.

Great location to major attractions. Most comfortable bed and the best shower.

Steps up to the entrance are tough with cases. No exhaust fan in kitchen. Quality of the bath towels were poor quality for the cost of the property.
