All inclusive package great food and drink variety. Loved the shuttle bus service to town. Family enjoyed the poolside facilities and bar.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with bathroom and small fridge and also a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms cleaned each day etc unless you specified you didn't need them cleaned. Breakfast was amazing with an array of food to choose from. We didn't have lunch or dinner here so can't comment on that as we tended to go out exploring at these times. The location of the hotel is ideal as only around 15 min walk into centre of Sorrento. Also just a 10 min walk to the train station here. The pool was ideal and a good size. Overall, great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that I didn’t like.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is a bit further out but we could walk to the ports between 20 and 30 minutes each way. We enjoy walking so this wasn't a problem for us. Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. Can't complain at all!

The quality of food wasn't great but we accepted the fact that we were on holiday so this wasn't too much of an issue. Breakfast was great, lots of food and pastries with a good selection of food for every meal. We did all inclusive but were never there for lunch so I would advise only do half board if it's an option. Otherwise, great.

The location was just out of the main hustle and bustle but not to far to walk back into Sorrento city centre, there is a train station close by and shuttle bus in the hotel. The pool area was fab, the breakfast was ok, the bedrooms were very big and spacious with mini fridge and other amenities , the bathroom standard was good, great pressure from the shower head. Overall rally enjoyed our day.

The beds were 2 singles beds pushed together not great for a couple Drinks are ridiculous expensive being served in a small plastic cup especially if you don’t get the all inclusive deal.

Location was good although the hotel was not in center of town ( we knew this when we booked). There was a frequent shuttle and taxi service (if ordered by front desk). We were told by front desk that there was a beach within a ten minutes walk outside the hotel but we did not get around to venture there. The all inclusive package was great with lots of choices and good tasting food. The BBQ nights were excellent and the alcoholic offerings superb. The nightly entertainment was also great.

It was the end of summer so there were tons of kids jumping and overtaking the pool.

Staff were friendly & welcoming. All inclusive was value for money given that there was access to drinks (alcoholic non alcoholic and hot) throughout the day. There was a wide variety of food for all three meals. Location was good & the garden was well maintained. There was ample space to chill out with separate lounge area.

The rooms were bit dated. Tiny balcony with no privacy at all. Rooms are not sound proofed, however disturbance was minimal for our stay.

Thank you Antonella. 🩵 The pool was good, but it was super cold its not the problem of the hotel, if the pool has warmer it was more good, and the shuttle to the center was super good. The food in general was good but it can be better, the people who worked in thr resturant gave the perfect service

Muslim ppl/vegetarian ones, youll not find many things to eat. Everything at breakfast is with bacon The room is a bit old.. but in general we enjoyed everything and we will back to the hotel in the future

I was very pleased with all the staff, they were very courteous and helpful. The food was great and I really appreciated that when I arrived to the Hotel it was late and everything was closed already and we were hungry but the Hotel personnel had a table set up for our arrival with food, wine and water. I think that that was a very nice thing to do.

I can’t think of anything that could have done better other than get a second coffee machine as a back up, but that’s equipment failure.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodative, room size for two people was more than enough and I really enjoyed having various drinks at the pool bar. Had dinner at the hotel for five consecutive days and can ensure that there was a significant variety - BBQ one one night, napolitan dishes on another, for instance. Not haute cuisine, but sufficiently good (plus, all drinks included). Value for money, this was by far a great choice to be touring the Amalfi coast.

Location. It takes literally 20 minutes walking from the hotel to the center of Sorrento. Add 5 or 10 if you want to go to the port to take the ferry to Capri/Amalfi/Positano. Alternatively, you can take the train at S'Agnello, which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel and it is only one stop away from Sorrento. However, since Italian trains are not known for their punctuality I found it paid off to just walk a sometimes dangerously narrow road.

We were a family of nine and we stayed for 10 days. Cant understand why the rate is as low as it is as found the place amazing good value for money. Great location and facilities and staff extremely helpful. Food was excellant and varied and nightly entertainment. Kids loved it

If i have to be critical the only meal that didnt change was breafeast which got slightly boring . Also they should advertise that there is a private bus to the airport direct for only €10pp as opposed to getting a taxi quote for €360 which was crazy for a 19 mile trip
