It is the 2nd time my husband and I came to Admiral Nelson Motor Inn. The receptionist was really welcoming. She explained to us everything and handed us the key to our room. Room was really clean and beautiful smell as soon you enter. Housekeepers are exceptionally friendly and attended to our needs. The motor Inn is walking distance to Wests Diggers, close to the CBD and the foreshore. It is also very quiet and relaxing at all times. Already booked for our next visit. No complaints about anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Sheets were very clean. And the rooms themselves appeared neat and tidy.

My only real complaint would be that the air conditioner vent inserts were dusty and so the air-conditioner was not working at optimal efficiency until I took out the inserts the next morning and used the dry dish cloth to throuroghly wipe off the dust build up on both sides of the inserts. These should be checked and cleaned regularly. If I had a vacuum cleaner with the crevice cleaner tip, I'd have been able to do a better job like I do with my own at home. Hayfever the first night was not fun, but the cleaned vents meant the hayfever settled.

Beds were REALLY comfortable ( I usually never sleep well in hotels) Everything was spotlessly clean, fixtures & furnishing were a little dated but that’s what we expected in this exceptionally well priced facility during January holiday period. Pool was lovely & clean with a shaded area to sit by. Would definitely stay here again

Honestly, at this price point, we wouldn’t complain about anything, Everything was clean & in working order, property was walking distance to where we needed to get to. Staff were lovely & friendly, check in was chick & easy, no complaints AT ALL

Very clean, fresh, location, very comfortable beds, smart TV, Air conditioning worked perfectly and had a quiet mode for sleeping. Was spacious enough and very well set out. Shower was great with good hot water and pressure.

Parking spaces are not enough to cater for the amount of guests, however off the street parking was available. But as we had some music equipment with us that was too heavy to unload, we were just lucky enough to park under the main entrance spot and it didnt seem to be a problem for anyone.

Admiral Nelson Motor Inn provides very affordable accomodation, the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Beds made everyday if you choose, rubbish bin emptied and towels are changed everyday. Their swimming pool on site, is a nice place to cool off and relax. It is only a short walk to Little Beach, which is a beautiful and safe swimming beach. It is close to all the best places to see and visit.

Good value roomy accommodation that’s been nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. I loved the kitchenette provided and the toiletry products.I like the fact the property still takes hygiene seriously with the provision of sanitiser stations.

The bad weather was the only downside but we still enjoyed a relaxing weekend and enjoyed eating out.

The place was ideally located, clean with excellent service.

Unfortunately the walls between units are not sound proof and it's very easy to hear every sound and every word that is made by adjacent rooms. Fortunately the people in those rooms were quiet after midnight. That is my only complaint, otherwise it would have been perfect!

The hotel is half way between Fingal bay and Nelson’s bay so an easy walk in either direction. The rooms are very large. I dropped $10 on the stairs and came back to my room with a note and the money - incredible honesty from the cleaning staff who saw me leave my room.

Sound proofing between rooms isn’t great.

Our experience at the Admiral Nelson Inn was very good. Our room was quite spacious with a very comfy bed, large TV and above all clean. The location is central close to beaches, cafes and amenities. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The place is value for money and I would highly recommend.

Great restaurant across the road and within walking distance to the marina. Room was clean and the premises was tidy as well. Although the property has a pool it is locked and you need staff to open it making it difficult to feel the water.

Hate where everything is closed on Mondays, not that the motel can help that as it is a weekend location. Only one power point in kitchen so not much to plug into to charge devices.
