Good, almost perfect location. Close to major tourist attractions. At the same time, it is a quiet, peaceful place next to the park. A great option to get there by bus from the airport. The bus stop is almost next to the hotel (5 minutes). It was comfortable and inexpensive. A small but cozy and clean room, equipped with everything you need - hanger for top coat, chest of drawers for suitcases, a coffee table, two chairs, bedside tables and local lighting. A nice bonus was the "NESPRESO" coffee machine and, accordingly, capsules with coffee and sugar. A good option would also be to find the safe, although we wouldn’t use it. The bathroom has fairly new, fully functional sanitary equipment. Reliable and fairly fast Internet with one password throughout the hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. We were offered to use the storage room after check-out. I can’t say anything about the food, since we are vegans and plan our own food.

1.The pillows on the bed, in my opinion, were too hard and far from orthopedic ones :) . 2. We booked a quiet room, but in the absence of outside noise, there was a slight but constant noise at night, apparently from the general air conditioning or ventilation system. We had to get used to it. 3. And there was also an almost common drawback of many hotel rooms - insufficient number of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, etc. when you take a shower or wash yourself.

I appreciated that hair conditioner and facial tissues were provided. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. I also liked that it was possible to leave the suitcase for 8 hours in the storage room free of charge. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the tram and bus stations.

The room was small and old and, therefore, a bit depressing.

the asian man in the reception was very intimidating and rude. Even though I have paid the room online before the stay, He asked my credit card and didn’t let us in when we refused. When I asked him why he said “I don’t know weather or not you will eat breakfast”despite the fact that we stated we won’t because it was expensive. Even if we did, he could have charge us at the checkout. Forcefully and rudely taking someone’s private data should not be acceptable. The microwave was available for everyone to use so we use that to heat up the breakfast we purchased from the supermarket, he was checking us out the whole time looking if we were eating the breakfast served there… Such annoying experience…

The location is super great if the trip agena is mainly to visit the musuems and very accessible by tram from the central stataion. Services from the staff were very nice, friendly, and even provided a helpful tips to guide me throught to my destination.

Not many options for the breakfast compared with the price. All staff are friendly and willing to help with questions, except for the manager, who was "cold" (w/polite) to reply the questions.

Great location in the city center, close to museums. Tram stops and airport buses are a couple of minutes away. There is a supermarket nearby, a street with boutiques, cafes and a boat within walking distance. The room is small, but great for a short stay. In fact, we came only to sleep. There is a coffee machine and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is big enough, the shower cabin is spacious, the water pressure is good. The staff is friendly.

- It's strange, but right opposite the hotel there is a school building. Children are playing under the windows. It can be noisy. When you leaving the hotel, there is a chance that you will be hit with a ball))))) - There is no heating in the bathroom, it was cold.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff. The room had complimentary tea and coffee and there was a supermarket a few minutes walk away which was great for picking up food for breakfast/picnic/snacks. The room and clean and freshened up during the day. The street was not too loud (although opposite a school, so be aware if you want to sleep in during the week that you may be disturbed at drop-off and playtime). The staff were very happy to store bags for us so we could enjoy our travel days without bags too. There's a tram stop within 1 minute walk and direct bus to the airport also from the same stop

A modest 3 bedroom room, which still cost more than equivalent hotels that I've stayed in in cities such as Paris and London.

The hotel was super clean, housekeeping came in every day perfectly wonderful! Staffs were very kind and helpful. We needed our luggage stored for the last day after check out. It was no problem! There is a tram 2min walk right out of the hotel, which made downtown much more accessible. We would go out for the day came back to rest and then went back out on tram ride to have dinner downtown and back on tram! There is an Albert Hines grocery 5min walk, Van gogh museum and Rijks museum all 3-4min walk! For tram adults just use credit card(must tap in and out) and children under 16 can just buy 1day pass(5 euro per ticket, we bought 3×1day passes for kids and used those, i would buy from airport) unlimited use. You can also ride 397 bus(bus ticket to airport you buy separate but only 6.50euro-one way which you can buy on the bus) back and forth to airport 37min from hotel. Best stay ever!!

small room, clean good shower, very warm.

light switches are right behind the pillow, which means they will constantly try to turn on and off when you don't need them. the bed is very close to the window and the window sill prevents you from taking up the entire width of the mattress. at some point there were loud pipes somewhere where the ceiling hood is. it seems that the neighbors were taking a shower. it lasted about 7 minutes. it's good that I was still awake, otherwise I would have woken up.

Wonderful staff - very friendly and energetic. Great location - across the road from the tram stops & museums (Van Gogh museum & Rijksmuseum). A family-friendly area & accommodation, it felt very safe. We encountered some rain during our stay and this hotel was very comfortable to relax in. Very close to a supermarket and a microwave accessible on the first floor. Some good movie nights I won't forget. The artistic touches of Van Gogh in each room was lovely - was very happy to have a sunflower room under the gable - felt like an authentic Dutch experience!

Amsterdam is expensive! This accommodation was great, but on the whole, even 3-star hotels are very pricey. The elevator also broke once and we had to walk to the top floor to our room.

Super location but quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast.
