The staff was exceptionally friendly! They really made our stay feel extra special! No matter what we needed they were there for us. The rooms and all of the hotel were super clean. The rooms felt super modern with nice appliances. The breakfast was really nice and I preferred it to a buffet since I would just over-indulge. You could choose from a list of breakfast options and get unlimited coffee of your choice. If you're looking for a hotel where you can just chill by the pool, I'd say this is not the right hotel for you. Its a cosy little pool with a few sun loungers. The area is quite shady though, especially during off-season. We spent most of our time at the beach or in the city which was great for us. The city center is a 20-30 minute walk away. For us it was not a problem but its something you need to be aware of since there are not too many restaurants around the hotel. Having said that, the hotel's own restaurant is fantastic as well! Would definitely recommend having dinner here at least once as well. All in all 10/10 for us and would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back here if we come to Crete again.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were outstanding — everything was super modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly made our experience special. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even on rainy days, we had plenty to do thanks to their great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We booked a massage based on their tip and it was absolutely perfect. The sauna was impeccable and the gym had a really unique Swedish style that we loved. Location was great, 20 min walking from old town. Easy and free to park nearby.

Our stay at Domus Blanc was incredible. From the hotel facilities, beautiful room, the pool, the food, the convenient location near Chania town - everything was 10/10. However the best thing was the hotel team - especially Maria and Anna, they were the most welcoming and lovely team we’ve ever experienced at a hotel, and we have travelled all over the world to lots of brilliant 5* hotels. They were always so helpful with every request, so friendly, and made our stay extra special. Absolutely understand why this hotel has such rave reviews on every platform. Thank you again!

The staff was incredible – so kind, helpful, and friendly. Every day we were warmly welcomed, everything was clean, and the hotel had thought of every detail. If you wanted to order a taxi, it worked perfectly. When we went to the beach, a bag was prepared for us with towels and water for the beach day. The gym was clean, small and nice, with high-quality and stylish equipment. The breakfast was also fantastic: you received a tiered tray with fresh items – from savory to sweet – and could also order an additional dish à la carte. I would go back anytime, as the friendliness of the staff alone completely won me over.

The hotel is an old French embassy, fully renovated two years ago. Amazing building, suite with jacuzzi was really nice (more like a small private pool). Food in general was very nice, of very high quality. Breakfast also very nice, a la carte. Above all, staff was amazing, giving us tips about where to go and where to eat, hats off to Vasiliki, Anna and Maria. It is also very close to the old town of Chania, avoiding all the noise and the crowdness of staying too close.

The staff was truly amazing. The breakfast was beyond wonderful. The gym was equipped enough for some basic training. Everyone was super accommodating and helpful. Also, the rooms were spotless and the grounds were beautiful. We had such a lovely time and would strongly recommend staying there. A lot of attention to detail everywhere you look

To be honest it was pretty close to perfect, the only thing to mention is that the brunch and evening menus are not that kid friendly, but everything I ate was really tasty.

Excellent hotel, designed and furnished with utmost consideration and class. Lovely pool and terrace areas to relax. Food including breakfast was of high quality and well prepared by the attentive staff. Great area with plenty to see. The outstanding aspect of the hotel are the great, welcoming, friendly staff who offered advice on where to eat and go and couldn’t do more to help. Special mention to the lovely Anna and Vasiliki who we loved and were so friendly and completely made our stay ❤️❤️ - we will miss our chats and laughs X

Absolutely nothing to dislike Wish we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful place to stay. The room was very comfortable, good AirCon. Loved the waterfall shower. The staff were excellent, from those that worked on reception to those that served us breakfast every morning, we were made to feel very special. The breakfast was very good but the small plates that we had in the evening were fantastic, especially the prawns that we still talk about now. Cocktails in the gardens in the evening to round off lovely days in Chania. The hotel is on the Number 11 bus route which is ideal for the town or the beach but there are some wonderful restaurants nearby. The area is being renovated and there’s a lot of historic buildings incl. the hotel.

Overall it was excellent, just one or two tweaks to make it perfect. A few more hooks in the bedroom to hang things up. The rooms were a little small so not much storage space. The blinds were electronic and only did all the way up or down so the room was either very light or dark, a halfway setting would be good.

Our room was great and lovely to have the jacuzzi and outdoor loungers. We didn’t use the pool but it liked nice enough. Breakfast was great nice juice and a different juice shot every day. The yogurt granola breakfast was really tasty as were the pancakes. By far the best bit of the hotel was the staff who simply could not do enough for you. They were outstanding and so friendly.

A little far from the beaches but the bus was near the hotel and ran very frequently and you could walk just took about 40 minutes

Staff were extremely attentive, anticipated everything when we went on day trips, checked in late due to our flight times and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! This is the perks of staying in a boutique hotel. The room, restaurant, and pool were all incredible. We will be recommending to friends and family and hope to be back again!

Slightly out of the main town, but it was a positive because it was quiet. Just factor in paying for a taxi when it’s dark (€7) and giving the staff 15-20 mins to organise the taxi as it has to come from town.
