Perfect location. Quiet yet close to the Eurotunnel, rural and peaceful! The parking was easy and the room was spacious and perfect for a stopover.

I really struggled to sleep because the bedding had been washed in too much washing powder, it was totally overpowering! This sounds like a really mad and fussy thing to say, but it literally gave me asthma, much better than not clean but it did kill my sleep for the night.

Couldn't be in a better location for an overnight stay before boarding the Euro Tunnel. Robs recommended the local pub "The Gatekeepers inn" for food and it was 10/10

It was excellent. Very easy check in. Great welcome. Convenient parking. Good sized comfy room. Handy continental breakfast provided in a bag. Plus cafetiere coffee for the morning. Incredible location for Eurotunnel which we didn't realise until we checked in...literally 2 minutes from the terminal!

Had some issues with the shower but I'm sure once I've explained will be fixed as otherwise everything was superb.

We had intended to check in around 3pm on the day of arrival but last minute things to do for my daughters wedding the next day did not allow this so unfortunately we didn’t check in until around 8pm. Rob was great he had called me earlier and asked when I expected to arrive, it wasn’t a problem he asked me to call him back when we arrived at the property, which I did and he showed us to our room, he had prepared my breakfast so that I could have it early as I was expected at the wedding venue for 8am. My husband dropped me off at the venue and then went back to enjoy his breakfast at Beachborough Park, he has raved about how lovely it was. Thank you so much I am sure we will be back in the future.

Located less than 5 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, this is an ideal location for an overnight stop before or after a crossing. A charming, rural location with secure on site parking down a long driveway well away from the main road. The rooms, in a former stable block, are well appointed and clean and face a grassed courtyard. A short drive into Etchinghill brings you to the Gatekeeper Inn which does excellent pub food and a decent range of drinks. We had an early crossing and a breakfast ‘to go’ bag for the next morning was already in our room on arrival. There was good communication from the owners before our arrival. After a trouble free journey from Yorkshire we arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time but this was no problem as the rooms were ready.

The TV in the room is quite small and if you have any eyesight problems this could potentially be an issue. Everything else was great.

We stayed at Beachborough Park for one night before travelling on Le Shuttle, and again for one night on our return — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is incredibly convenient for the Eurotunnel, yet the setting feels like a peaceful countryside escape. It was the ideal place to unwind and recharge before and after our travels. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings were serene and beautifully kept. It really felt like a hidden gem. The breakfast each morning was absolutely lovely — fresh, plentiful, and served with genuine warmth. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the recommendation to visit The Butt of Sherry pub — what a great find! The food was excellent, the wine selection was lovely, and the service was friendly and attentive. It added even more to what was already a wonderful experience. We’re already talking about returning — thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay!

Stayed a night before travelling to Europe with a dog. It’s less than 10 minutes away from LeShuttle. Nearest shop is reachable within 10 minutes by car. Amazing view from the paddocks to the hills. Great for exercising dogs or to have a walk and recharge. The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in a hotel paired with a perfect pillow (we are always taking our own pillows as we had loads of bad experiences) Breakfast was more than enough for 2 person. Good selection and even a dog treat 😊 We would definitely come back here again.

The community courtyard and picnic benches were right next to our door. The front door is a timber stable door, which looks amazing, however not so good at noise filtering when a group is having drinks and chatting away 5m from your bed when you’ll like to sleep. (If it weren’t for that this would have been our best stay so far). I won’t take any points away because of this. Next time will request a room away from there. And it’s not always the case to have owls at this place) :)

Since we discovered it a few years ago, we always come here the night before taking the SHUTTLE to and from France where we have holiday home. Rob is a very friendly and amenable host and always makes us feel welcome. In the morning it is less than 5mins to the check in at the tunnel so it is perfect for an early start and a breakfast bag is given to take with us. On the return journey we have time for a leisurely breakfast which is served in our room, with fresh tea/coffee different breads, yoghurts croissants and more! The location is surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to the motorway. The environment is very pleasant . The perfect stay for us!

We travel back and forth to France regularly., each trip necessitating a stopover near the Channel Tunnel. It's taken us a long time to find Beachborough Park. It was made for us - or anyone needing a relaxed break in their journey. We had a warm welcome from Rob, the rooms are cosy and warm, the environment perfect for our border terrier, we had a fabulous evening at the pub down the road and breakfast brought to our room just made the whole experience perfect. Without forgetting that in a few minutes you are on the M20 refreshed and ready for the next stage of your journey.

The mattress was just a little soft for our taste, but that didn't prevent a good night's sleep.
