The location was perfect, very friendly staff, nice pool area... excellent cooked breakfast!

The room was very hot with no air conditioning, only solution being to open window and use noisy portable fan. Room allocated was on top floor, accessed by fairly steep and narrow stairs. Not much laydown surfaces in room or bathroom for personal items and toiletries.

The location of the hotel was second to none, perfect to sit on the terrace and look out to sea. The room was large and nicely decorated as was the bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully cooked - could not fault them.

We had a room on the ground floor which overlooked the car park, perhaps shutters or blinds half way up the windows would allow the curtains to be open and privacy maintained. Next time we will book a room on the first floor.

Great room. Excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who had a good positive attitude. Good location for St Aubin. We will use again.

Not a complaint just mild feedback. Breakfast was not until 8 which made it a little tight for our Sark day trip. So may be an earlier breakfast time.

Breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice. My favourite was the pancakes which were beautifully presented and also the very tasty omelettes. The chef was excellent. There is not an opportunity to dine in house for evening meals but the hotel has a lovely cafe bar ‘The Slip’ which is situated on the beach opposite the hotel. We had one evening meal there which was good and enjoyed their berry smoothies. Rami the hotel manager was extremely helpful and courteous, as were all the staff

Our only concern was that the hotel was very short staffed meaning that the staff that were there seemed under pressure. However this is not a situation unique to this hotel as we were told that there are issues with employing sufficient staff across the island. This small issue wouldn’t put us off and we have already booked again for later this week!

A bit old fashioned which we didn’t mind.

The room was beautiful, and the guy at check in did a really great job of explaining everything and everything in a really welcoming way. The pool was fantastic. Open all the time, no restrictions. We really enjoyed that, and used the jet ski place directly opposite. Nice to have a fridge! The cooked breakfast was nice. Great views!! Comfy beds.

The pool has a really high last step. The only thing that let it down was the food offering. The Slip (hotel restaurant) was closed 2 of the days we were there, and then when it was open the freezer wasn’t working. All we wanted was some ice cream by the pool, but the hotel was unable to provide that which seems an easy thing to fix. The pancakes at breakfast were very hit and miss. 3 days running we asked for plain pancakes for my son (no banana). Only 2 out of the 3 did that work. One of the days they were hard and rubbery. The brunette waitress was very sullen, banging things down on the table and rolled her eyes when l asked if l could place a breakfast order when she came over to ask if we wanted tea/coffee.

The staff were friendly. Our bedroom and bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished which was good. Bed was comfy. Great location on the edge of St Aubin, across the road from the beach. Lovely pool area. Good food at breakfast with a wide variety to choose from.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but 4 star, so it is actually quite expensive for what you get. The water pressure in our room on the top floor was too low. There were no hooks/shelves in the bathroom - putting them in would make a real difference. Although the food at breakfast was tasty, the coffee was poor and tepid.

Room was very spacious and the hotel was situated in a great location close to the beach and numerous restaurants were only a short walk away. Staff were very helpful and a good breakfast was available each morning.

The breakfast area was a little dark and a more contemporary look would have improved the dining room. ( Just an opinion - not necessary a criticism.) The bedside lighting could only be switched on / off at the doorway switch which was rather annoying.

The Le Haule Manor is a beautiful hotel situated in a a very good location close to the beach and in walking distance to St.Aubains. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and well maintained. There is a outdoor swimming pool and plenty of loungers avaliable to relax on by the pool area. Also plenty of outside furniture is available to relax on in the patio area. The hotel restaurant provides exceptionally superb cusine from breakfast to dinner. The hotel team are absolutely amazing and provide superb customer service. Rachel the Hotel Manager is fantastic and made our stay at the hotel so special. Rachel deserves all the praise as she is fablous at her role as Hotel Manager. There is a frequent bus service avaliable to St.Helier and the airport. The bus stop is close to the hotel. I highly recommend the Le Haule Manor.

Breakfast was excellent. Nicely presented,fresh fruit, cereals, juices, pastries etc and then a cooked item of your choice from the menu. Staff excellent, very helpful,polite and extremely pleasant. Had a problem with the safe and it was sorted very quickly. Taxi ordered when requested. Nothing was too much trouble. Patio area clean and inviting, fantastic views. Offered a very nice glass of Prosecco (complimentary)before being taken up to our room. (Our case had already been taken up for us, which was really kind) No issue in storing our case (we arrived around 9.15am). Huge suite, complimentary chocolates, lovely fluffy towels. The location was great - buses cheap and clean so getting around was really easy. Plan your route, as some buses run every 1 - 2 hours and over bank holidays a Sunday service is run. There’s lots of lovely walks to do and fabulous food. We planned our days according to the weather, a day of rain on Good Friday so we walked to the War Tunnels (about a 30/40 minute walk. On a sunny day, Walked to Corbiere lighthouse, across the causeway - that’s a must but be aware of the tide times.

We had a suite, it was huge! But the little maintenance things need to be taken care of. For instance, the paint was coming off the radiators, broken shower handle, towel rail not put up straight. Dripping tap on bath, large black mark on one of the arms on the sofa, light bulbs not working things like that , that can easily be rectified. I didn’t report any of these or speak to the staff regarding them as it didn’t affect our stay, we would definitely stay again.
