How is it possible that this hotel is rated 4 stars just like Hotel Moscva will always remain a mystery, as 3 stars would be more appropriate. Said this, the location is fantastic and the staff is one of the best we've met on this trip. Warm, polite, attentive... they make up for the lacks of the place. A super plus is also the parking. We are motorbikes and for travellers like us an indoor, private garage is a game changer. Our fellow countrymen, Italians, have often complained about an insufficient breakfast buffet that has no selection of pastries. We do not think this is the case. It is true that, due to a lack of space, at first sight the buffet seems small, but once you start filling your plate you realise that they managed to squeeze everything other hotels spread out on wider bars and they have probably something more. In fact, this is the only place we have been at in the last 13 days that offers also a selection of salted pies. Next to the coffee machine it is also possible to find croissants, muffins that change every day and other amenities. Our fellow countrymen should understand that Italy is a place where food is excellent, but only when it comes to lunch and dinner. We do not know anything about breakfast, as we see it only as a chance to fill up with sugar.

Both rooms and bathrooms would use a bit of renovation, as the passing of time has taken its toll. However, they come clean and endowed with everything. The air-conditioning is a bit weak, as the wide window panes let in a lot of sunlight and heat and the room gets chocky quickly.

Advanced payment. Paperwork on reception: we spent 3 nights for business there and needed to expense it to our company: 1. Booking charged in EUR through, but they issued invoice in RSD. 2. They gave an envelope with an invoice but it’s only for city tax, because you paid hotel through booking. Proper invoice you need to ask separately 3. We booked 3 rooms, they didn’t manage to split it on 3 invoice, although we asked. I’ve been in many hotels, and they all manage to do everything so client are not bothered with documents, in this hotel documents is a headache of a client. Didn’t like it

The staff was really helpfull and made us feel compfy. We recieved upfront per whatsapp the video for the usage of the garage. Its a bit tight but at least the car had a secure spot for the night. There are two elevators (one from garge to lobby and one to room) so its doable if you have a baby pram. There are a few steps but staff or someone is always happy to assist the 3 steps between the levels. The rooms are in good condition and we had the room to the inside court. We had a good night of sleep in the big bed. The breakfest was really good. It had just what it needed, grilled veggies, cold cuts, fruits and fresh bread. Usualy I skip the juices in hotels but the Apple juice was very nice. Thanks your making our stop in Belgrade so nice.

We chose this hotel due to the 24 hours opening reception (because we arrived about midnight to Belgrade airport) and strategic location in the city centre and bus stop from the airport. Everything was excellent. Friendly staff, rich and varied breakfast (sausages, eggs, fruit and vegetables, jogurts, cereals), room was clean, the staff every day cleaned room and made our beds. Although the hotel is situated on the main noisy street, we had a window to quite court. The room has AC, but we did not need it in March. Many shops, restaurants and money exchange around. We had a good deal, although this hotel has 4 stars, it was inexpensive. Good value for money. For guests arriving by car, there is free parking in the underground garage.

There is no fan (fume exhauster) of smell in the bathroom. Impossible to turn off the heater from the radiator. If you have a bigger car, there is a tiny space in the underground garage, you might have problems turning.

Best staff! Milan met us, very friendly, helped us with setting up our mobile phones with SIM cards we purchased from reception and gave us directions to the best restaurants. Breakfast was great. Maya saw us off, very friendly as well, gave us the list of the best sites to visit in Belgrade. We loved Belgrade, one of the best capitals in Europe. Hotel had underground parking, rooms were immaculately clean, minibar was well stacked, and we had the best stay here! Thank you Milan and Maya and wish you all the best!

Perfect location, in the city center. Parking included, that's absolutely amazing! Yes, smaller space, but in the center it's a big help. Breakfast great. Nothing exceptional, but everything that anyone likes. The breakfast area is small, but the staff managed the onslaught of Asians who flocked in, made a mess and disappeared. We admire the staff! Comfortable sleeping. We like firmer mattresses and here they were of good quality. And for the center it was quiet at night. For the price my husband and I are thrilled and thank you very much.

Great location of the hotel, just walking distance from downtown and the bonus was the nice breakfast. Free parking was available in the hotel however I didn't get to find a spot inside but the staff instructed me to park outside and was all safe.

The genius free upgrade room was to a disable hotel room (ADA room)which was okay but under expectation. Breakfast location can be overcrowded and the second option it's to take breakfast in the coffee shop which is a smoking area and not pleasant however available.

Oh, boy! This hotel is a hidden gem! It has extremely spacious rooms. It has extremely friendly and helpful staff. It has a free underground parking where you can leave your car and you can be sure it will be safe all the time. The hotel itself was amazing. Like I said, our room was spacious, maybe it was the biggest room we've ever been into compared with the rest of the hotels we've been around the EU and BG. It was quiet enough. The breakfast was also top. There was variety of meals for each preference as well as enough for everybody. The location of the hotel is also extremely good. It's near all the good places in Belgrade, bus stops, restaurants, the fortress, Knyaz Mihailova str. I would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Belgrade for tourism. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality!
