Very central location, quiet and warm room, polite staff, modern design, good breakfast (apart from the coffee)

There is NO parking at the hotel as is advertised, only a public parkhouse nearby. This is ok but it should not be promoted this way, since it is used as a searching parameter. The cleaning lady took my towel (only after having used it once) and didn´t replace it, so I was left with just a small one. What´s the use? Not enough hangers

Absolutely fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, brand new equipment. Breakfast room with a view and good choice of food. Many things are super convenient, some are not yet due to lack of experience. I was leaving early in the morning and asked for a lunch box. That was a delicious one! 2 huge sandwiches, fruits. Will come to stay next time for sure!

Few things to improve, more about usability and convenience really rather than complaints. Organize the bathroom a bit better - plastic used for toiletries is too hard and you have to fight to get the liquid out. The only way to use towels is when the door is completely closed, which is not convenient if you just want to wash your hands quickly. After using the top rain shower the whole room is soaking wet and there's no upper hanging for the shower if you want to save it and use a basic shower instead. Both using TV and tablet is not really convenient as there are many options, but no subscriptions. Tablet keeps logging out from the account and you need someone to log it back and even then there is very little reason to use it or it is not obvious or explained.

Overall hotel has a very high value for its price. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, it felt like there's something there for each and everyone. And spa zone... a really nice space to chill out in the evening. The room was very quiet even when there was music outside the hotel or at the roof. The safe in the room was for free which was a nice bonus!

The screen for the room control was too bright in the night, though we didn't mentioned that to the staff members. There's no hook or hanger at the entrance, that would be nice to have. Same goes for hanger for the towels near the sink, though it exists just on the opposite wall.

Cool hotel. Nice rooms, comfy beds, working AC, huge TV. The breakfast is also nice, albeit it stays pretty much the same day to day the receptionists are extremely nice and helpful, so is the terrace bar staff. The bar also serves quite good sushi

The housekeeping was weird. One day they didn't come dispute the "pleasing tidy up my room" sign. Same day, when I asked to at least give me some new towels, it took them an hour to reach my room and I was given a bizarre lecture in Serbian. The next day the sign was up at 9am and yet we came back to them cleaning the room at 4pm Another issue was with the shower: the pressure was always low and on certain days the hot water would just disappear to only come back hours later

Stayed 7 nights as a family with kid. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Superb location, rich breakfast, friendly staff and authentic atmosphere are pros. They even offered us free breakfast on the first day as we arrived very early at 7.00 am just to ask to leave our luggage. Cleanness is also OK. Only con is they gave us a room with the view of the next apartment's back window, but we used the room just to sleep. Our kid is small so I can understand that they gave us that isolated back room without any shared walls to the other rooms. We haven't asked reception to change our room. Maybe if we asked we can get a room looking at the front street. We got positive impressions I would stay here again

The location is great. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel prepared the room for our family for the evening stay so everything was ready. The breakfast is good, the spa is brand new and amazing! We will stay one more night in Belgrade after our trip, we are definitely staying in Lumiere hotel!

Overall it is all good. Very little things. For example, after you enter, there is no hanger to hang your things. If you wear a jacket, or a coat, there is no wall hanger. In SPA, there are no wall hangers at all. if you want to enter spa, and you have a towel or a robe, there is nothing to hang it on. The floor in the spa becomes slippery once it is wet. It is very normal that the floor is wet in spa (because it is spa), so it would be great if the floor is anti slippery

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The overall concept is thoughtfully curated, with each floor offering insights into the hotel’s story through photographs and historical displays – a truly engaging experience. Our room was well-appointed, featuring a high-quality television with the convenient option to stream personal YouTube content. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, made even more pleasant by the breathtaking view from the restaurant. We also appreciated the spa facilities, which were particularly relaxing due to the limited number of guests during our visit. Everything was clean, calm, and professionally managed. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room amenities, open restaurant and sky bar, tablet control room facilities, minibar, very quality big tv, room and spa service. Very clean. Smiley young employees. Elevator is working well. Location is awesome if you are coming to Belgrade for walk in the exact center and see Kalemegdan arrounds.

Room was small there is a sofa mentality big coach together with two chairs making the room tight. Coach can be a bit narrow and put one chair to the room would be better ideas. That room is not ok for a family already but it is enough for a lonely traveler.

Location is pretty much the best, near Knez Mihaila street. Taxis directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is relatively new so the furnishings are nice.

No free water in the room. Tap water tastes awful, filtration is needed. Glasses weren't cleaned thoroughly. Water in minibar wasn't replaced, I ran out. Room was too hot and the cooling couldn't be turned on as the hotel is either in heating or cooling mode. The tablet to control the room is a Samsung Galaxy Android device with an app to control the room. It is a security and privacy nightmare waiting to happen. I felt uneasy as all devices are signed into one Google account, syncing all photos and the tablets have a camera pointed between bed and bathroom. The hotel needs a dedicated device with proper remote management and no camera/microphone. This is an amateur setup.

The hotel is located in a perfect location!!! In the city center, if there is public transportation near the hotel you can get to all parts of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and there is also a sitting area. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable.

The staff is very, very nice. Although we didn't get all the information we needed during our stay, for example the Little Chef restaurant experience which we unfortunately missed, the restaurant's operating hours (because we came on a holiday were different than usual), but overall the staff was very helpful and tried to help.
