This hotel, spread across two old buildings, was very good and I'd return if I ever come back to Valencia. Ideal location in the Old City, beautifully and I'd guess recently renovated, extremely helpful staff, beautiful 5th floor (rooftop) terrace for breakfast, a cocktail or relaxing, and its own bar. My bathroom was large with working shower heads (this isn't always the case in Europe). Thanks to reception staff for terrific restaurant recommendations.

My room was small but I didn't mind, for a solo. It would be a squeeze for a couple. Lack of interior light in Old City parts of any European town or city is an issue but one adapts. No ala carte breakfast which was an issue for me. I want coffee and coffee again along with yogurt and fruit or something similar, and not my own personal buffet.

Location is excellent, room had lovely views and reception staff were so helpful.

The room was not sound proofed. Noise from the streets, neighbouring hotel and corridor woke us up at all hours.

From the moment we arrived at reception we were treated exceptionally well by Daniel and Mari. As this was our first time in valencia, we were so delighted that Daniel spent so much time guiding us through places to see and where to eat. A wonderful attentive and personal service, that makes this hotel so special. The room was spotless and wonderfully cool and my husband and I slept so well, as even though the hotel is centrally located (terrific buildings, restaurants etc close by) it's on a very quiet side street. Breakfast was perfect and served by extremely friendly and attentive staff members. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back definitely.

I had a fantastic stay at MYR Marqués House in Valencia and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city. It’s walkable to everything, from major sights like the cathedral and Central Market to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. You really couldn’t ask for a better base to explore Valencia. The staff deserve a special mention for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and anything else needed. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was spotless. The room and common areas were impeccably maintained, and housekeeping did a great job daily.

Stunning boutique hotel in the heart of the city. On a quiet street away from the noise. The staff were absolutely exceptional, they went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. They genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we were having an enjoyable time at the hotel as well as exploring the city. From check in to check out Roberta looked after us and is a credit to the hotel. She made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to even better our experience that we didn’t even think was possible! We also dealt with Paloma and Blanca who were incredibly nice and bettered our experience. The hotel is super clean, modern and the junior suite we had (an unexpected bonus for the trip) was incredible. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough if travelling to the city due to its location, the staff and the standard of the hotel. The cafe Madrid was an added bonus for evening drinks on the rooftop or downstairs in the gorgeous bar.

Great location yet quiet street. Attractive building , great rooms and bathrooms . It was very hot during our stay but the Air conditioning in this hotel was very efficient . Staff in all areas of the hotel were great. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels . Water in fridge 😊. Was given a welcome drink at the bar & a bottle of wine was left in our room as an extra very unexpected treat on the 3rd day of our stay . Good bar , friendly and efficient staff - we used it most nights , also a roof top terrace bar.

What one remembers about a place or a country is always the people. What is outstanding about this Hotel is its staff. Thanks to Sandra , Daniele and all the team whose names escape me now. This is a spotlessly clean central Hotel. Welcoming ,friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable sleep friendly room with a small fridge. I loved our bathroom with the generous sized towels and bathrobes. The complimentary shower gel/ body lotion and soaps were just beautiful. The Madrid bar downstairs served delicious cocktails and other beverages. Don’t forget to try Agua de Valencia .

Excellent location in the middle of town, close to all the sites. Lovely old building with comfortable, modern rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff, especially the lovely people who served breakfast. We had an interior room, and despite being right in the city centre during a festival (Reyes) we heard no street noise at all in our room.

Just a very minor thing: it would have been nice if the hotel had warned us in advance that the Epiphany procession would happen during our stay, and that because the route was very close to the hotel this would make the hotel difficult to reach for several hours without making a big detour.

We received the warmest welcome and had the easiest check-in upon arrival. Daniele at reception was great! We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was nice and spacious, with a bug, comfy bed, complimentary Nespresso and a welcome bottle of red wine. The room had two balconies, a sofa and chair for relaxing. The property has a beautiful rooftop with views of the cathedral, the ceramic museum and other lovely buildings. The location is perfect! Close to great bars and restaurants and the Mercado Centrale as well as the main train station.

There was a strange smell in the reception and downstairs area, which made it unpleasant.

From the moment we arrived till the check-out, we had an amazing stay! We got an upgrade from the so friendly receptionist to the biggest luxury room, wow amazing! The bed was so big and good we slept great! Every day they refilled the fridge at no extra costs. The bath, the rain shower with all the amenities. Nespresso coffee and tea also available in the room. The location was perfect, right in the old town and it was very quiet. The breakfast, like a buffet, eat as much as you want but you have to order it. Service was great, everything fresh and great taste! Loved the eggs benedict! We had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for your hospitality and great service!
