The gardens and house were beautifully maintained. It was a stunning property. The location was perfect, near the beach and town centre but quiet. Car parking on site or on the street was a great plus. The room was comfortable with everything you would need for a few days away. The check in arrangements were great and good communication throughout.

The bathroom did not match up with the cleanliness and standard of the rest of the property and room. It smelled quite musty, looked a bit past its best. There was a build up of grime on the tiles but I think this was mainly to do with the bathroom not having proper ventilation due to no window in the bathroom. It didn’t ruin the trip by any stretch but it was a bit of a let down in comparison to the rest of the place

Our Apartment was at front of property , so problem with busy road noise , especially if windows needed to be opened. Uncomfortable mattress main bedroom 2nd bedroom too small for 2 beds Only 2 mugs / 2 drinking glasses for 4 people Far too many cushions in lounge and bedrooms so difficult to keep clean .

After being moved (due to a power cut) from one small not very clean apartment to a lovely large apartment (just 2 mins drive away), we really enjoyed our stay. My scores are based on the large apartment.

First small apartment, dirty, certainly not good! The second large apartment was very nice & much clearer albeit we found some kind of silver wrapper on the floor under the bedroom dressing table, A kitchen tea towel was found behind a cushion in the lounge (I put under sink) & a cushion was found wedged behind the settee & radiator in the lounge (I put it on the settee).

It was just great,loved everything about it ,except for a couple of niggles ,which to be fair had I rung up could have been solved, but we were only there 2 nights ,I'd definitely stay again

The step straight as you opened door,sign on door needs to be bigger I didn't see it and fell down them,no plug for kitchen sink, and soap dispensers in bathroom were empty ,had I rung customer service I'm sure it would have been sorted but didn't bother as only there 2 nights

Very nice apartment in an area we like to visit. This time here for Lytham Festival; very friendly and helpful hosts; enjoyed the welcome box for the Festival! Really appreciated the no pets rule as too many places these days smell of dogs. We had everything we needed for our stay and easy walking into St Annes and also bus or driving to Lytham Windmill end if we did not want to walk all the way; we tried out their recommendation for one of the restaurants and had a lovely meal. Parking onsite.

We were staying for the Festival and lots of other people were too, so there was some noise from people staying upstairs.

Super accommodation, clean, pretty much everything there for a weekend stay. Nice to have towels provided. If you stay and you cook in the well equipped kitchen - bring tin foil to line the oven tays otherwise all good

The walls for such a large house are thin - must be stud walls where the rooms have been separated. We were talking with the tv on low and a neighbour asked us to keep the noise down. I really do mean we were talking not heated or lively conversation just a chat. And the people upstairs from us were horrendously noisy but otherwise the stay was great.

I would highly recommend these apartments. We had the Superior one, and it was lovely. It is very well equipped, and it had everything we needed in it. The location is great, and there is loads of street parking if unable to get on the site carpark. Very close to the Beach and a few shops/ takeaways if you didn't want to walk into the centre. (Which was only 5 mins away) Would definitely return to these apartments.

Great location being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet accommodation even though on road and apartments. Good communication from hosts and kindly supplied travel cot and Highchair for us. Cleaners also really friendly. Comfy corner sofa and large dining table, good living space, clean and nice bathroom, lots of towels and toilet tissue provided! We would stay again.

Some areas would benefit from updating (internal doors, kitchen), no frying pan provided, some stains on the carpet.

Loved the property we had ground floor one bed apt lovely view over immaculate front garden. Everything we needed for our stay, very clean and well presented. Only comment I could make is perhaps a handrail in bath/shower for us older ones who may struggle getting in and out of bath to shower. Close to all amenities and bust stop on next corner if you want to park car at apt and just use public transport in to Lytham.

We loved the location and the house was easy to find. Inside was comfortable and there was everything we needed.

The main carpet in the flat needs cleaning, the double bed mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no bin in the bedroom, no net curtains in rooms (concerned about privacy), and the plughole in the bathroom was filthy, plus the bathroom door didn't have a lock.
