Everything was exceptional, Gretchel was so kind and helpful, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed! The room itself was amazing, very spacious and had all the amenities, even a tv with a range of channels and cleaning daily if you require it, it’s even located above a restaurant which is very handy! The balcony offered fantastic views and the location is right by the ‘love’ sculpture, which sits in front of the river. Beautiful views all around, a sea view on the other side too. So many restaurants to choose from and an easy walk to Sliema and travel to other cities. There is the occasional church bell and the city is alive at night but it’s nothing too noisy or frequent personally, and was expected considering the central location, besides it was nice seeing the lights and the people in such good spirits. There is a grocery store around the corner too, what more can you ask for ?! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay again, thank you so much! ☺️

The hotel is located in a nice and easily accessible area of St. Julien. The rooms have very good and new facilities. I liked the coffee machine that was available, as well as the balcony to chill out. The reception is within a very nice restaurant, with very good food by the way. People at reception were polite and attentive.

If you do not book a breakfast in advance when reserving the room, you may not be able to have one if you decide to have it on the spot. I asked if I can have a breakfast the next day and I was told that this depends if guests have already booked breakfast, so that I can join. As such, it was not possible for me to have breakfast there during my stay.

This is both an exceptional and unique boutique hotel just steps from the heart of St Julian and the terminus of Spinola Bay. Couldn’t ask for a better location in my option - just out of the way of the throngs but you can be on the harbor promenade in under two minutes once exiting the hotel. Most unique entry ever! You walk right into and through a well known and very popular restaurant straight into the bar/reception/elevator to the 5 floors of rooms (just 10 total I believe). Mine was probably one of the most well appointed and thought out room designs I’ve been in - everything from environmental controls to lighting options to basic functionality. Comfortable bed and great expresso pod machine. Always sparkling clean & well maintained. Breakfast (mine was included) is ordered off an a la carte menu with great options. Staff are warm, personable and attentive to your needs. The last several years I’ve traveled I’ve stayed in a lot of boutique hotels or smaller properties - this one certainly stands out to me. Such a minor thing but my room had a very narrow balcony (simply historical building limitations). It was still very enjoyable to sit there in the mornings & afternoons where I had coffee. Just a little cramped.

Hotel is located in very active area of nightlife and restaurants. Near a small marina within a short walk to a swimming area. A bit hard to find as it it located behind a restaurant and the street number wasn't readily noticable to us or our cab driver. You will have to negotiate some stairs to get your bags to registration and the elevator. The hotel manager, Gretchel, was very welcoming and helpful. She suggested we use the Bolt App to secure rides. (Malta's version of Uber) This worked out great. Timely pickups and dropoffs and reasonable prices. Room was nice and clean. From the 4th floor we had a great view of the street and marina. The restaurant that also serves as the lobby was a busy place and very popular with the locals and tourists. And, as mentioned there are many other restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking the area with the locals in the evening.

The breakfast was just okay. My wife's eggs were overcooked and almost inedible. A bit hard to find the place, but it is a hopping location.

The hotel room was literally like a 5-star hotel. There were bath towels, hair towels, mini hand towels and a floor mop. There were also extra bathrobes hanging in the closet. It was a complete surprise to see the sea towels (the quality is amazing). Our room was cleaned every day. The windows of all rooms of this boutique hotel overlook a wide street with a wide distance from the apartment building opposite. The room is quite spacious. All interior items were brand new. The hotel location is also very good. You can reach every opportunity in 10 steps. Thank you very much to hotel manager Gretchel for everything.

Nice hotel in very good location close to many restaurants, supermarket and public transport. Clean rooms and friendly staff that also fulfilled extra wishes. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Limited breakfast choices - also all good if you stay longer there is a lot repetition. Not exactly the hotels fault but the area is too loud and noisy to get good night sleep. The windows barely block sound and you hear all from the public event area, drunken people walking by, bars etc.

The hotel was in a lovely building with views overlooking Spinola Bay. The hotel was a minute walk away from restaurants, bars and shops. There was 2 bus stops a few minutes away which made travelling around so easy. We were given a free room upgrade to the Sea view room which was beautiful. The room was modern, clean and the heated floor in the bathroom was so nice. It had sliding doors out to a glass balcony with views of St Julians, Spinola bay and the sea which was beautiful to look out onto. The staff were attentive and could be reached easily by WhatsApp which made requests simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Access to the rooms are via a lift in the middle of a restaurant which wasn’t ideal but not a big issue. The only fault we encountered was the shower would go cold after 5 minutes of use which was annoying at times.

Small but high quality hotel. Very clean, all the details are high quality and thoughtful. The staff was responsive and allowed us to leave our suitcases for a few hours after check-out. The rooms are large enough, very comfortable, the bed is soft. Breakfast is served on the veranda overlooking the bay and you can order the menu according to your taste. Quiet air conditioner. We lived on the 3rd floor. A small but damp balcony overlooking the sea. I recommend!!

Perfect location in St. Julians, right at the top of Spinola Bay. It's not really a hotel in the true sense. The first floor is the Georgia Restaurant (great food) and the rooms occupy the top 5 floors (2 to a floor). There is just a desk for checking in (not manned 24/7), but the manager, Gretchel, was always available by phone. My room was clean and comfortable and had everything you'd expect in a good hotel. Very good value.

The room was really nice and comfortable! Squeaky clean and shiny! And the bed, well I could say that I didn’t have such great sleep for many years! The receptionist was very nice and helpful, big thanks to her for that! And now, I have to mention the best part of my stay - Georgian restaurant! The food makes you cry like a baby from happiness it brings! 😁Pure FOODGASM😁 The staff is so nice and friendly that it makes me want to come back again and again!🤩
