The nice girl at the reception knows several languages ​​(including Russian), which made the communication process easier. Thank you!! Lovely apartments on the 4th floor. A number of advantages: 1. Sleeping places: comfortable mattresses (we slept well) + very clean bed linen. TV and Netflix 2. Kitchen: kettle, microwave, dishes and cutlery, tiles and dishes, which is very convenient for families with children for a long stay (you can cook your usual food). 3. The shower cabin is quite comfortable and most importantly, not old, it’s comfortable to take a shower + there is also a working hairdryer. 4. If you smoke, there are balconies on the floor. Quite affordable in price and at the same time the room is clean and has the necessary amenities. 5. You can buy coffee and other drinks at the reception. * For the owner of the appartment: I would add disposable slippers, a Senseo coffee machine with pads (budget) but the opportunity to drink coffee in the morning, replace the heavy curtains with light tulle (more light), change the light bulbs to more powerful ones (all the time I was there I wanted more light). But then the price will increase :) 😉 * For guests of Cologne: in any hotel there is something that you would like to improve, but for this budget you get more than enough!! 🫶

This location is halfway between the Rhine river and the more vibrant area across Rhieler Street. From this point we could explore everything we needed to in Cologne; either by walking direct or catching metro. The rooms actually DO look like what are in the photos and we enjoyed the unique style. The suite is surprisingly comfortable and, for the 5 of us, quite big. The kitchenette is basic, but did the job for breakfast and snacks. The suite was 2 rooms of 3 single beds, but they're moveable so we had a sort-of double bed for the adults.

It's a bit of a fiddle to find and get into as it is in a shared building bolted onto the Mecure. There was some construction noise across the street, but that won't be there forever and Europe has proper insulating windows so we slept very soundly.

A really charming apartment and such a fun place to stay. The apartment was well equipped with kitchenware and the necessities. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a good location with a very manageable walk to the centre and in a nice quite part of the city. Check in/ out was easy and the staff were friendly, would definitely stay again.

The room was very hot as it was peak summer and the only fan provided did not make much difference. Furthermore the room got smokey very easily when cooking as there was no extractor or it was not working so we did have to open the door, also the kitchen is very small so you have to move everything about but it is manageable.

The apartment was a short walk from the 16 & 18 tram (U), and there is are REWE and Aldi supermarkets about 20 minutes walk away and an expensive "REWE To Go" in the petrol (gas) station at the end of the road, The kitchen was good - had an induction hob, combi microwave, fridge, a pot, frying pan, cutlery and crockery. Washing liquid and a sponge were supplied. It's easy to walk to Cologne (Köln) old town along the river and it is only a Kurzstrecke (short trip) to get back from the Hauptbahnhof, Cathederal and Museums.

More supplies like toilet paper as rooms are only cleaned weekly.

Wish we ordered the breakfast beforehand because it was cheaper than buying it at the hotel (buffet smelled so good!). The beds were comfy and the place was more than big enough for our family of 4. The kitchen area was huge and the bathroom had a large shower. 20-25 min walk from the Cathedral and there were a few places to grab lunch before heading downtown.

Missed the initial emails with how to find this place. We called the front desk and they were so helpful! The ApartHotel is on the 4th floor of the Mercure Hotel (white tower). Push the button for the 4th floor and they will buzz you in.

The staff is very friendly; they let us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is convenient. The room was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Once again, a big thank you to the staff for their hospitality.

The room design is strange and inconvenient to use, with little storage space. In the kitchen, the plates are stored at foot level, and there aren't enough shelves. The room was for two people, but there was only one armchair. The second person had to either sit on an uncomfortable stool or lie on the bed.

Great location, a short walk from Cologne (Köln) central and the main city and river. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Check-in and instructions were great, too.

The noises from all sides. Mainly above our room. There are house rules in place to be quiet after 10 pm until 7 am. However, these were not observed. When you are trying to sleep, the last thing you want to do is get up, go to reception on the 4th floor to make a complaint. Suggest the company also installs soft door closures on the cupboard doors in all rooms. Lack of storage space. Nowhere to store suitcases and bags. One of the quirky desks/hanging spaces was broken. The safe didn't work. it looks like the batteries were dead. Did not raise this to reception, as it didn't impact us.

Easy to find, walkable distance from centre, true to pictures. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend it.

Due to the wooden decoration it had a funny smell but it was gone after a thorough ventilation by opening the windows. Everything else was good though, nothing bad to say about the accommodation. Also, just another thing to note that we only had a small bin in the kitchen and an even smaller bin in the bathroom. The 4 of us stayed for 3 nights and it would have been nice to have the bins emptied at least once.

This hotel is exceptional. The room and bathroom are very clean. It is spacious, and has a balcony which has a great view. I also love the big windows in the room. Plenty of lighting in the room. The kitchen is clean and well equipped too! We also felt very safe.

We struggled finding the property because right outside the building it has a sign of Mercure so we got confused to where this hotel is. I think there should be a bigger sign pointing to where Aparthotel MyCologne actually is (that can be seen by a driver on the road. Parking would also be great if there was free parking.

We liked decoration and bathroom was so newly renovated. Heating was so successful so there is nothing to worry about going there in winter. Rooms are silent and quiet

There is no supermarket or kiosks nearby so it is too difficult to go shopping, there is no armchairs(we went there bu knowing it but neverthless it was difficult to sit and spend time in the room with kids) so if you stay as couple without Kids you can prefer it. İt is not suitable for families. There is no Coffee machine,only kettle.
