Very nice hotel. Our apartment and balcony were very spacious. Our apartment was facing the pool area which also faced the night club that was open from 12-6am. Thankfully we couldnt really hear noise as i was nervous having read other reviews. There were always free sunbeds when we went to the pool. I was glad to see that towels left on sunbeds to reserve them were removed. The hotel is very close to the strip for anyone wanting night life. We got taxis to the old town which were very cheap. It would be a long walk to the old town.

Shower was a little weak in power. No entertainment at the hotel and bar seemed to be closed early. No real atmosphere. No music or anything playing during the day at the pool aside from the music playing at the neighbouring hotel.

Very clean, helpful staff, only 63 rooms so not crowded. Good location for access to two beaches only 10 minutes walk away. 6 minutes walk to the main strip for bars and restaurants. Across the road from the hotel is a supermarket and restaurant (Cepa Velha) serving authentic Portuguese food and a great English Breakfast. (Frankie’s also do a great large English breakfast for €8, only a 4 minute walk). Food at the hotel bar is tasty and quick service, plus drinks reasonably priced. Also Uber pick up is convenient from the hotel. If more than 2 are travelling, cheapest way to get to the hotel from the airport is Uber. If you the get the hotel to book the taxi for you it is double the price.

The breakfast buffet is not great and def not worth it for €10 a person. Go across the road

Return visit so good to know standards were maintained from previous stay 2 years ago. Really relaxing property, mainly adult occupancy which we appreciate. Staff lovely, facilities good, feel very secure always whilst staying here. Despite being close to busy parts of the new town/ strip it is a very peaceful and nice location. Hopefully management will keep this hotel affordable.

Nothing really, we were very happy there. One little point was that we did request weeks in advance, to pre-book one of the double balcony rooms as my partner is overcoming an operation and would be using the balcony more owing to his injury. This was denied us- the reason given was that rooms are not pre-bookable but only available at check-in, We were staying for 9 nights. When we arrived we were informed that one of these rooms was available but held for another customer who had not yet arrived. This appeared unfair and against their own stated policy. I did question it but they wouldn't explain further. We did have a perfectly nice room and did enjoy our trip. Sadly it would appear some customers hold more value.

We went out of season so it was very quiet. We didn't use the facilities as there wasn't anything to use. The pool was lovely although it was freezing cold. Location was ideal as we wanted something out of town. In peak season I imagine it would be loud as there were clubs and bars all around. As it was out of season most were closed. Perfect little private cove beach a few minutes walk away and very cheap to use Uber to get to places. Close enough to the old town to explore. Aldi and Lidl not too far away and the apartment had everything utensils wise you needed to cook for the week. The staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and everywhere was clean and well maintained.

Modern, clean, the staff were lovely especially Mohammed who turned over our room every day. Great poolside bar with branded drinks, ice creams and delicious food and snacks served from 9am-11pm. Mini markets situated just outside the property. Plenty of restaurants only 10 mins walk away to the strip. Tourist Train stop only 5 mins walk and takes you down to old town and Marina. Lovely 5 min walk to small cove / beach to watch the sunrise and pretty cliff path to main beaches. Staff organised private transfers online and provided great service. Great value breakfast with plenty of choice - full English, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice as well as usual continental pastries etc. The pool was quiet and there was a no reservation policy on Sun loungers so always managed to get sunbeds. Can highly recommend this lovely hotel and will definitely be returning.

The staff at reception were exceptionally good. Very happy to arrange anything we wanted, taxis, car rental etc, and spoke perfect English, Pool and poolside bar were great - building provides shade over the pool as the day goes on so you get a hot side of the pool and a cool side. Location is very near the bottom of the Strip. Supermarket just across the road for those water bottle trips. The room was large and balcony was great. Clothes horse for drying clothes supplied. The aircon was excellent also and doesn't switch off unless you turn it off.

I really have no cons to this place.

The beds are so uncomfortable it ruined our stay. Waking up each morning with back pain etc was not ideal. Also I find it extremely strange that there are not enough sun beds for the amount of people when the hotel is fully booked. A few mornings there was no sunbed to be got and when we asked they said there’s never enough beds for everyone who is booked into the hotel even though there’s room for more. This was quite annoying. Especially as it’s not a cheap hotel. I would expect more. Another thing is the noise from Kiss nightclub across the road we stayed in room 306 and I can tell you even after you close the doors to the balcony you could hear the music it went on til 5am then you had the noise of all the people leaving which again was not ideal

I loved the hotel pool it was very clean during our stay. This was great for families at it had a play room for kids but I will say the playroom toys and rugs look dirty and need a good deep clean. I don’t want to complain too much cause the fact they had a play area that also had a tv to access kids shows was a huge bonus for us when we had to wait for our flight to leave it gave us something to do so we were not getting the kids sandy or wet before flying home! They also had a playground for the kids with swings which I really appreciated too!

I didn’t like that there seemed to be consistent issues with the laundry facilities. Two of the dryers were broken. I washed our clothes the night before in the washer and when I went to dry them in the dryer that was good and it stopped working. It had been functioning properly with a person’s laundry before mine. Maybe new dryers would help guest and bring more guest due to the convenience. The room was clean overall but there was a bracelet on the floor from a previous guest so I’m wondering how well do they sweep?

All the facilities were very good. The room (it was an apartment) was very good. Breakfast was very good, with enough options every day. Swimming pool area and lounge chairs always full, best time to get a chance to have a lounge chair was in the early morning or end of the afternoon. Staff very helpful. Enough options in the menu for all day, and good choices for kids. The hotel was 10/15 mins walking to the beach, and to the New Town. Easy to access the Old Town.

We had a problem with one of the Air Conditioning in our room, it wasn't working properly, and after the control stopped. The staff changed the control very quick, but the air conditioning was working only as fan.

Family friendly hotel, relaxing, clean, perfect location to night life, beaches, shops etc…

It’s such a pity that the sun covers the pool at 5/5.30ish in the evenings, 6th July…. I know this can’t be helped due to the setting!!! Everyone is moving out onto the grass following the sun or more practically leaving the area.. It’s dead by 6.30…. There’s a lovely pool bar but no music or atmosphere between the staff & holiday makers, no interaction whatsoever!!!! No entertainment for kids whatsoever… Make your own Deep end of the pool is only 4ft deep… No life guard, obviously none needed x And the pool is so cold, even on our day of leaving 13th July!!!!’
