The room was spacious and light, serviced and clean. A buffet breakfast was available and the food was very good with a wide range of choice. Both bar food and a restaurant available serving a good choice of meals, and a good choice of drinks. Staff at reception and in the bar were excellent and helpful with any queries. The hotel was about a 20 minute drive from the City Centre but with a main line station 200yards away which served both city stations and the G1 bus stop almost directly outside gave good access should you want it. A return train ticket costing just over 5 Euro and a single bus journey 2.
The room I was in was a corner room with full length windows on two walls. The sun therefore was shining through all day. The hotel is on a busy main road and with having to have the window open all night was noisy at times. Air conditioning would be a great improvement in a guests stay.

The chef in this hotel is extremely good at what they do ... We have stayed at many hotels over 26 yrs together and always try the lasagne....not only was the presentation spot on it had all the flavour of sauces ..meat definitely above alot of other hotels we have stayed at... Next time. We will definitely include meals ... staff were so polite also and room was cleaned well ... Also like to thank reception for the fan us Irish aren't made. For extreme heat ...
The room could do with air con but staff. Fixed with fan overall cannot fault this hotel.

The daily specials menu was like having Michelin star presentation and taste with an economic price. The food is stunning. So good in fact that I got a mate to stay one night and he was blown away, he had Lemon sole. The beef brisket is to die for. If you require pizza or burger instead they can do that too. Rooms are clean, area is quiet. Staff are incredibly friendly. Hats off to Riva, Jodie and Trevor.

Reception was light and airy and our greeting was lovely, staff were really welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well set out with everything we needed. Ours was an accessible room so the wet room was set to accommodate a wheelchair. It was plenty big enough and easy to use the shower etc. All the staff were absolutely great, very friendly, helpful and polite.
I found it difficult to get comfortable sitting up in bed, having a bad back, I do rely on good support, the pillows were lovely and soft but therefore gave no support. Also the beds bounced a lot, when my husband turned over I felt like I was on a water bed. Further out of Dublin than expected which made it expensive to get in and out of the town.

The staff were exceptional. We needed gluten-free at breakfast and dinner, and they were amazing. They were so accommodating. Both the reception staff and restaurant staff were so helpful. The cleaning staff were also excellent.
A bit far out from Phoenix Park where our concert was. Very difficult to get a taxi back, but that was because after Zach Bryan, there were so many people trying to get home. So, it's not really the hotel's fault.

The room was clean and as expected. Also good value for a triple room incl breakfast and parking. Location was good. Slightly out of the way but easy to get to as we had a car and had good access to the city. No issues with check-in / check-out or parking. Breakfast started on time and had a good selection for myself and the kids. Dinner pricing was not overly expensive. One of the three pizzas (the Americano) was liked. Dessert (trio of ice cream) was also enjoyed by the kids. Smart TVs in the room allowed us to connect to out Disney+ account and watch a movie. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
There is a big effort in signage pushing the quality of the stone-baked pizzas. We all had a pizza. The garlic bread was good. Wings were OK. The hot sauce should be changed in my opinion. The pepperoni pizza was more of a smoked sausage. I had Willow Fancy pizza (i think that was the name). It was not very good. It had too many items piled onto a poor pizza base and drizzled in a hot sauce (that was not hot). The pepperoni and willow pizzas were both a struggle to finish, due to quality. My other son had no issue with his Americano pizza. Plenty of other options to choose from.

Hotel nice and clean. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel prices reasonable.
Location very quiet. No amenities (shops, entertainment), not even for basics such as drinks, snacks, paracetamol etc, in the immediate vicinity. Public transport was a little tricky to work out initially but reliable once you know which buses, trains and luas to use. Bus journey is a bit long and goes through many estates stoping frequently, but reliable and seems to run through the night.

Bar staff and restaurant staff fab could not do enough
On arrival the receptionist that dealt with us was not very welcoming it was quite off-putting my visa card didn't go through first attempt and that really set d tone by the time we left reception we didn't feel welcome but from there on fantastic stay but as they say first impressions kinda sticks.

Nice clean, comfortable rooms.
The property insisted on charging a €50 deposit at check in and and taking a copy if my driving license. I felt like a criminal. Plus I had to wait around the lobby before I could check out, while housekeeping inspected my room. Finally my deposit was returned and I could check out. I stay in hotels a lot, and this hasn’t happened anywhere else. I don’t need the hassle.

A good well run hotel. It was not of Dublin centre which meant it was quiet at night but the transport services to the city centre were excellent and the hotel staff helpful for using them For us it worked perfectly and once we had arrived could keep out of Dublin's heavy traffic. For anyone prepared to understand Dublin's tram system it was excellent place to be even on a Sunday. Also less expensive than the city centre. Would stay again.
A little confusing to find initially as in an area of development.
