Location was super central which was awesome! It was also so clean!

Bathroom was separate from our room- it was a private bathroom but it was down the hall. Not really huge issue though because it was so clean and nice.

Great location in the city center, within walking distance of all main attractions. Plenty of grocery stores, take-away food options, bars, and restaurants nearby. Room & Comfort: We stayed in a standard double room with a compact bed, suitable for two slim adults. The room had a mini-fridge and an electric kettle (no tea provided). The bathroom and shower cabin were quite small. Basic toiletries (soap and 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel) were provided, but we used our own. Noise & Sleep Quality: Soundproofing isn’t great—you can hear hallway conversations. The first night was noisy due to people talking outside, but other nights were quiet. Service & Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were clean and cozy. During our 3-night stay, sheets weren’t changed, and the room was cleaned once. We requested a chair for our child, but it was never brought. A special thanks to the friendly receptionist from Pakistan, who was very kind and helpful, especially with our child. Breakfast: Available for €6 (coffee/juice, croissant, toast, and jam). We didn’t try it, but it looked nice.

The only downside was the very small shower cabin—it felt quite cramped, especially for taller or broader individuals.

We now know that "private bathroom" means it is outside your room and not attached to your room.

Amazing location in a quiet street just off Via Dante. 5 minute walk to Duomo. 2 minute walk to Cairoli metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are fantastic! Incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Muhammad for his kindness. Room very clean and large comfy bed. Small but cost. We had everything we needed.

It would be nice if the hotel supplied real orange juice for breakfast. Also, the cappuccino was cold. Croissants were delicious though.

Perfect location, such friendly staff (particularly this man - didn’t catch his name - but he was from Pakistan, and he was so lovely and friendly, also very helpful with giving us recommendations) nice new bathroom, kept our luggage safe after check out, had a mini fridge and safe

The room was quite small, and so was the bathroom / shower but you get what you pay for, it was very clean and everything else outweighs the negatives

London Hotel was an excellent place to stay in Milan near the Duomo just off Via Dante. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and so was the air con, which was most appreciated. We would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Milan is a great place to visit for a couple of days. We would highly recommend a trip down to Verona by train, it is well worthwhile travelling down for a couple of days.

It was a pleasant stay. The most what I liked was perfect location, (5 minutes to Duomo Cathedral) and the staff who were kind. Omar in particular was very helpful.

Just as suggestion, it would be good to adjust the heating or to add an option for the guests to regulate the temperature in the room as it was very hot and due to this, less comfortable.

The hotel is located in the central area with access to all the sites, The room was clean and had all the necessary items except for cups. The staff were friendly and gave good advice on best attractions and spots. There is breakfast also but since there are restaurants and cafes outside I went out for coffee.

The room was smaller than i anticipated and there were cups missing but it didn't bother me. The shower had a door that was small than the head shower location so there was a little leaking of water. and it would have been nice to have a curtain separating the room and the toilet area.

The location is impeccable. 5 min walk to the castle and 7 min walk to the Duomo and Galleria. very close to the metro. Safe area even at night. The room is quite small but clean and has everything you need. The staff were very friendly and let me borrow umbrellas and also gave sightseeing advice.

When you leave your luggage before and after check-in, they just put it in the small space in front of the bathroom. It is not locked, so I was a bit worried.

The location is great - the Duomo Cathedral, the Gallery and many other attractions are within walking distance. The room is small, but everything you need is there. The linen is clean and white. The water in the shower runs well and heats up immediately.

One big minus of the hotel is the lack of an iron and ironing board. I had to look for a laundry to iron my dress for the theater. And it cost me a lot. The hotel is small and at least one iron could have been purchased for guests.
