Location, quiet street (albeit with a construction site nearby, at this writing). Clean, good shower, air-conditioning, of the few desk staff members - the experienced workers were helpful; Desk, doors open 24 hours, staff experienced in various languages. Room has a door to a kind of deck, terrace for fresh air. WIFI is good. Water pressure was sufficient.

Very small room, no chair, shelf. Would be nice to have clean towels every few days. For one person with no need for work/activity in the room - it is OK. Breakfast - I did not have but it was an extra 6Euro for coffee, croissant and standard orange juice. Bathroom is very small, so small that you cannot move/turnaround in it very easily closing the door, nor get to the toilet without crowding.

Location is ideal for many endeavors. Quiet street, near Castello. The experienced of the members of the front desk staff were very helpful, highly competent. Air-conditioning was effective, shower was not typically Italian-hotel-small. Water pressure, temperature was good. Single bed was comfortable. All was quite good.

Would have liked clean towels every few days. Room was smaller than the usual small, single room but comfortable. No chair, nor room for one. Available hotel breakfast of caffè, croissant, juice (6 Euro) - can be taken very nearby at greater quality.

The location of the property is wonderful and the value that you pay is great because Milan can be a bit expensive. So for the price, you get a good place to stay but would not recommend for an extended stay. Would not get the breakfast here a short walk two blocks away will get you an amazing breakfast for €20 a person. Huge buffet.

Our room was very strange. Our bathroom was at least 30 feet down the hallway past eight other rooms. Not sure if the other rooms had the bathroom in their room The bathroom was very clean and very nice no issues with it other than the destination to it. What was weird was when my wife or I would open the bathroom door down the hall a bright light would turn on over the bed in our room, which makes no sense. So someone gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the bedroom lights up like crazy had to put a cardboard cover over it to keep it from waking each other up.

Location was fab, staff were absolutely fantastic (beyond helpful and polite), room was cute, bed was comfy enough, toilet and shower separate (love), 2 different showerheads too, fab value for money. Genuinely would come back just to stay here! little balcony was fun too

wish the toilet door wasn't see-through, but for a single room it was okay! full length mirror was across from it so that did give me a bit of a laugh. The automatic light in the toilet area was a bit frustrating at times, but couldn't see how to turn it off completely. parking is as parking does in Milan - busy but I had no issues with street parking around the corner.

Location was super central which was awesome! It was also so clean!

Bathroom was separate from our room- it was a private bathroom but it was down the hall. Not really huge issue though because it was so clean and nice.

The hotel was far better than I thought it was going to be. Many of the reviews were very off putting but the rooms are actually quite modern and clean. Yes, they are small but they're perfectly fine for a very central stay. The location of the hotel is excellent - it's very close to the Duomo and within easy reach of both metro and train stations. The staff were all polite and helpful during our stay. Air conditioning worked fine with outside temperatures of around 33 degrees so no issue with room comfort. In conclusion, the London Hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay in a great location and is good value when compared to other nearby hotels.

The hotel is excellently situated at 2 mins by foot from the Cairoli metro M1 station. Felt safe around even late at night on my own. On top, the reception is open 24h/7, which is a big plus for me as a girl travelling solo for concerts that end late at night. Early check-in is possible, my room was ready at 1 am. Clean, nice room, equipped with anything you may need for few days (including mini fridge and hair dryer). Extra points for the liquid tooth paste :) And for the A/C that was extra needed in hot Milan.

The only thing I didn't really appreciate was the toilet situated inside the room. It was in a corner of the room, a bit hidden from the rest, but anyway with no separation. It was a single room, so not a matter of privacy, but for hygiene I would add a little door anyway. Also, the shower was a walk-in positioned in another corner of the room, at floor level, which results in water going out towards the bed area... Ok for 1 night, but not the best for longer stays.

Great location in the city center, within walking distance of all main attractions. Plenty of grocery stores, take-away food options, bars, and restaurants nearby. Room & Comfort: We stayed in a standard double room with a compact bed, suitable for two slim adults. The room had a mini-fridge and an electric kettle (no tea provided). The bathroom and shower cabin were quite small. Basic toiletries (soap and 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel) were provided, but we used our own. Noise & Sleep Quality: Soundproofing isn’t great—you can hear hallway conversations. The first night was noisy due to people talking outside, but other nights were quiet. Service & Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were clean and cozy. During our 3-night stay, sheets weren’t changed, and the room was cleaned once. We requested a chair for our child, but it was never brought. A special thanks to the friendly receptionist from Pakistan, who was very kind and helpful, especially with our child. Breakfast: Available for €6 (coffee/juice, croissant, toast, and jam). We didn’t try it, but it looked nice.

The only downside was the very small shower cabin—it felt quite cramped, especially for taller or broader individuals.

Very clean,ı was alone so the room was perfect, fit for one person, newly built or decorated, amazing location, walking distance to everywhere. 24hr open front desk is also not so common these days so it was a big bonus, the bathroom was also so clean and newly built, though the shower was a bit small, that was oke. Highly recommend and would stay here if I ever visit Milano again.

Could easily hear the people walikng around in the hallway, but no noise was coming in from the other rooms, which is good enough.

Very clean room and the air conditioning was appreciated. We also had a refrigerator (no freezer). Easy walk to the Duomo, Galleria, etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us an early morning taxi to the train station.

The room was small for 2 people with only enough room for one open suitcase. There were no shelves at all in the bathroom to hold your soap, shampoo, etc in the shower or near the sink. No rods or hooks for wet towels. Figuring out how the lighting worked was a bit challenging.
