I really loved the hotel. The garden was really nice and the pool was clean and perfect to swim in. Also, we had a very good breakfast, fresh food and plenty of options. We chose to have dinner at the property and we were really impressed with the choices of food. We had great pasta, steak with potatoes in the oven and very good deserts. The location is about 20/ 30 minutes from city center, but there is a van at the property that goes and comes at the hotel 3 times per day and it is very useful since you have to climb some stairs in order to arrive at the hotel. The room is also nice and pretty big: we had a bedroom and a living room. Everything was clean.

The only thing I want to mention here are the electric socket..you will need an adaptor if you have the standard charger.

Excellent room with more than generous dimensions. Our room had a small enclosed portion of garden which our dog really enjoyed. Elegant and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast in the standard. We chose a half board rate which turned out to be more than positive with an excellent dinner with a high value for money.

Furnishings a little outdated despite being of an excellent standard. The carpeted floor is another point to update. The bed edge space should be equipped with a few more sockets. There are several, but you have to walk around the room to find them.

Breakfast very good, swimming pool, green area and very nice staff. All friendly and helpful.

We did not like the dinner, not many options regarding lunch and dinner. But the breakfast was good. And bedroom with the stairs to go to the TV area are not so good for small children , we had to keep an eye on our little one all the time. Bathroom a bit old.

Very nice, clean and spacious room and hotel. Easy access with the self service check-in. Peaceful location with slightly long, but easily walkable, distance from the city centre.

No staff or visitors anywhere to be seen, which gave quite a bleak atmosphere. We couldnt access the gym with our room cards, so we had to call a customer service and wait for about 15 minutes for them to arrive.

Massive rooms. Great pool area. Quiet location. Plenty of parking space.

The main entrance should sell the hotel on initial impressions. The carpet needs a good clean and the walls a bit of paint. Breakfast wasn't the best, we were given boiling hot glasses to pour our juice into, the egg was not the most appetising.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We traveled with a newborn and they did everything to accommodate our special needs. The room was big, clean and comfortable and the food very good.

In my opinion the hotel could be kept a little better, maybe a new coat of paint, things like that

Breakfast was simple but excellenbt quality and extra kind service. The lady at the registration desk on our arrival was incredible good, kind and knowledgeable.

For the size of the room I think that it may have a handy microwave oven. This would have made a great impression.

Amazing hotel. Very spacious room with private yard area. Air conditioner was great for the hot weather. Pool was very nice to swim in and to relax on the loungers.
