Friendly staff, good location, lovely breakfast with a good range of fresh choices

Room a little tired but in no way spoiled our stay

When we got to the hotel the room given to us at check in was not the room we booked. After seeing the room and location we went down to talk to the receptionist. She promptly talked to the manager. The manager of this hotel was extremely polite, and quickly changed our room. He and his assistant took our luggage from our first room and brought it to our new room. We were very pleased how quickly the manger and staff solved our problem. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting museums, sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet was one of the best during our travel through Europe. The staff at this hotel were always eager to help in any way to make our visit comfortable and pleasant. The manager of the breakfast buffet was so pleasant, and went out of his way to make sure we could get a light breakfast before our early departure.

This hotel’s room has the traditional English decor with a small bathroom. The furniture show some age however the bed was comfortable.

Very nice property, clean and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated but still fresh and clean. Breakfast was a total disaster. Was told no need to book but when we went to the restaurant we were told there was no space. When we did get a table it wasnt stable enough to have a drink on as it was wobbly and couldnt physically sit with legs under the table. We did manage to swap. When we went to get food, there was hardly anything left but was told it would be out in 1 minute, it was on its way, after standing there for 7 minutes and the rest of the food on my plate cold i gave up waiting. What food i did have was nice though. Also had to ask and wait for cups and glasses to be able to get a drink and ask for cutlery to eat food.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Millennium. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful with copious amounts of bacon, sausages, eggs etc. The location is absolutely brilliant. Overall, we could not fault this hotel. Outstanding value for money in the best part of London!

Central location for the shops I want to visit.

Checkin was awful . I arrived at 1.45pm and knew I was too early for check in but just wanted to leave luggage. I was told that as a treat I could check in immediately as long as I fill in the trip adviser form I said I would do it in the room but she said I couldn’t have the room unless I did it there and then. Jessica not a nice thing to do to a pleasant but weary traveller.

The property was perfectly situated for us as we were going to a concert at Hyde Park but outwith that we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar - the outdoor seating area is very nice, albeit quite small but was always got a table no problem. Breakfast had a great choice of food. The room was clean and just what we needed, the views were fabulous. The shopping in the area was very good, as were the restaurants and bars. Also Knightsbridge tube station is right at the end of the road so perfect for us when we were heading back to Heathrow.

We were going to see Bruce Springsteen in Hyde Park so the location of the Millennium Knightsbridge was perfect only a 10-15 minute walk to the venue. The Breakfast was very good, the food tasty and plentiful

On arrival there was a long wait to check in, this was purely down to the number of people checking in which swamped the reception, however the check in staff were doing their best and I lay no blame on them, it wasn't the hotels fault so many people turned up at the same time, but if this is common you'll need some patience and be prepared for a wait.

. Location , friendly staff, helpful, and the manager, Khaled, His amazing attitude, and he is professional, which makes you convinced to stay. In my opinion, he should work in a different place..
