WOW WOW WOW. This villa is the most amazing place we’ve have ever been to. There has been times before where we have booked somewhere and it has not been the same as the pictures, but omg!! I don’t think the pictures do this place justice! The view was just sensational. A complete slice of paradise. The aircon is amazing in the room, the staff were so kind, welcoming, helpful, responsive. Everything was made easy for you. Excellent breakfast delivery from a local restaurant came in 15 mins both times. The man who the villa uses for taxi was so quick and lovely. Everything well stocked and the pool was just perfect. So spacious. And to make it more perfect we got engaged here 🥰 Thankyou for making it so special. We will be back!!!

Don’t be fooled. The hill is a hike for sure. But absolutely worth it. The views are spectacular and it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would walk up to the gold bar a few evenings to grab some amazing appetizers and drinks. The caretakers are wonderful and kind. The space is gorgeous and has tons of stuff to use for the kitchen. The pool is fantastic on a sunny afternoon. We got our laundry taken and done a couple of times as well. Super easy. Taxis are available if u have luggage or groceries and don’t want to hike up the hill with them. Cost us 300 baht each time.

Lovely owner & fantastic communication all the way. We loved all the creatures that hung out around the villa, the noises they made were funny.. We really enjoyed our stay. Note that you do need to be reasonably fit to climb up & down the stairs it's very steep.

I do think an air conditioning unit should be in the lounge area as with the fans going, you are only moving hot air. When it was windy, we opened doors that were fine, but then you had to close doors by as mosquitoes would come in.

Amazing views, lovely little pool to cool off in. Walk to Sairee beach was les than 10 mins on way down and you are only on the main road for 30m once you realise cut through. Taxis back easy and property provided a whatsapp number to arrange any pick ups if you do not want to walk. Aircon in bedroom really good and fans in main living space. You are in the trees so no need bug spray as sun starts to set but worth it for the setting. Remote setting means no places to eat near by but you can get it delivered if you want

A beautiful villa with an absolutely breathtaking view! Exactly as seen in the photos. The gardens of the property were lovely. It was a very special treat to stay here. We had a warm welcome on arrival, and easy communication throughout our stay. The villa was well decorated, and very clean! A well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook and eat in the villa. Most local restaurants offer delivery to the villa also, so you can order in and relax and watch the sunset! Only a 10 minute walk to Sairee beach which was ideal! And a quick 5 minute taxi journey to the port. Couldn’t be a better location.

A small bonus would be to add some incense sticks or essential oils to deter mosquitoes when sitting out on the deck. Almost all of our time was spent outside looking at the view, just perfect! Other than the mosquitos!

The privacy and the view were outstanding. The location was fab for proximity to the beach and main hub of restaurants. The staff were amazing and services for moped and washing were great. The outside space was lovely. We enjoyed some fantastic sunsets. Overall our stay was excellent.

It felt like it needed a little bit of a freshen up to make it feel more luxurious. Some areas were a little grubby (light switches) and the towels and bedding needed a refresh

We absolutely loved our stay at Over the Moon. We stayed in the Blue villa. Our host was super helpful and responsive. The view is incredible, perfect for sunset, the pool is exquisite and the villa itself is well appointed and very comfortable, set amongst beautiful lush gardens. Although it is very steep to get up to the villa, especially in the hot weather (we used a lot of taxis) and you have to walk up around 80 steps, don't let that put you off, it is well worth the effort! It's only a 10min walk to Sairee beach, where you can find lots of bars, restaurants and great spots to watch the sunset. Our host organised a cooking class for us and made a phone available so we could order taxis and food for delivery. Although we organised our own snorkelling tour, they can help with that too, as well as scooter hire, laundry etc.

We loved the villa, it’s very private and has beautiful views with the pool. The bedroom is air conditioned and the whole villa is lovely. You see lots of wildlife outside the villa such as geckos, lizards, birds, butterflies etc.

The steps leading up to the villa leave you a little sweaty although we believe it’s worth it for the views. The hosts also took our suitcases up the stairs for us so that wasn’t too much of a problem.

Loved the space! Super modern and clean with a tv and the bed was huge! If had everything we needed, fridge, loungers, towels, air con and private pool! The guy who greeted us was super friendly and showed us how to work everything and even how to order delivery up to the villa. The views and privacy were amazing

You have to be fit to get up there! Even if you rent a bike or get a taxi to the place, it has steps to climb. Not very easy transfer from the pier, maybe we had a bad taxi driver but he dropped us to the wrong place and the woman we rang didn’t know how to help us so we had to find it by walking. Miscommunication between the staff i think as well as we communicated with one person, but through booking.com, they didn’t know what was going on.
