Excellent location, comfortable beds and clean apartment. Great communication with property managers to resolve issues and communicate.

Roller shutters in one room didn't close, no kitchen equipment at all for our family with kids (no cutlery, crockery etc). Oven and stove top not working. Not clear that the studio apartment was not in the same building or street as the 2 bedroom apartment so our group was split. Use of mobile always to enter the building was tiresome and the last day automated system to enter did not work.

Couldn't ask for a better location, close to the arena and everywhere we wanted to walk to. Room was enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably, considering that's all we wanted to do.

My father is blind and is a larger man. The shower was a bit small for him but worked well. The process to access the room was a bit confusing but we happened to meet our roommates at the door to help us understand part of how to get inside. It was not super clear to us that we would be sharing an apartment in separate locking rooms but it didn't impact our visit. The pillows and towels left something to be desired but it was fine for a quick rest.

Location was amazing, the property was right in the city centre and 30 seconds from Verona Arena. The property was very clean and tidy and the host had made body wash and fairy up liquid available, very useful as we were only staying a couple nights. The room was very cosy and would suit up to 4 people.

To get in and out of the property you had to use a link on the internet. If you didn’t have service/data or if your phone battery died this could be inconvenient. The room also needed a full length mirror as there wasn’t one.

The location is incredible, you are one minute away from the Arena di Verona. The room is clean and nice, you get a balcony and a private bathroom, and air conditioning. The key/ locking system is convoluted but it made the place feel secure, especially since you share it with other people.

There were bare minimum small amenities in the kitchen and we couldn't figure out how to turn the stove on to boil water (induction.)

Super close to the arena. Ideal for a night at the opera. I received a very quick and efficient reply to my question. The host leaves their contact details if needed. The shower was really massive and very pleasant ! It felt safe. The air con was working with a remote control which was very good as it was so hot outside in August! Very impressed by the very modern e-locking door systems. There is a fairly sized shared balcony outside with tables and chairs which I had not realised existed.

The only worry is that we can only open the building and the flat door with the 4G phone (my phone tends to discharge quite quickly) but that was OK.

Room was good. Clean and lovely. Flat very lovely. Balcony was soo good, I was in love ❤️ Adress was fantastic. The centre of centre. Near was everything. ❤️

Bathroom was private but out of the room and all the time you need to gi in the bathroom, you should open bedroom door, then bathroom door with keys... and lso it was very smell of canLization and bathroom.

Excellent location next to the Arena. Very clean and with the plus of a private bathroom. Very easy access; we've been impressed with the online check in.

It was basic with the facilities provided in the kitchen, kettle was missing, sauce pans hardly used. That makes it not appropriate for a long stay. Plus the remote control of the air conditioning was very difficult to use; maybe new batteries were required.

Love location, great apartment .

You need to have a mobile data to open the door. Can’t enter if you don’t have an internet. It would be nice to have at least a cup to have a tea and couple wine glasses.

This room is in easy walking distance to the train station. Or easy enough to take the bus. When you go out the front door, you look to the right and there is the arena. It's very convenient.

There was no wine screw. But there were wine glasses. A very, very small disappointment but one easily overcome. It was a nice stay.

online checkin was complicated. using your phone as a remote control to open the appartement doors was good but it was very unclear in the checkin procedure how that works.
