I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Belvedere. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful from start to finish. The spa facilities were excellent — I didn’t book any treatments, but simply enjoying the sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas was more than enough to feel refreshed. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the entire hotel felt calm and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, restful escape.

The view, of the city Brasov, the service in the restaurant was fast, nice polite waiters, the dished delicious. The service at the reception check in and out was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast

The water in the pool was not warm enough for my liking:) one other thing I did not like was that I schedule a massage for 10 am ,when I went downstairs at 10 am the lady was not there ,she showed up 10 minutes later cold with no apology for being late ,but that was not the problem ,the problem was that when she started the massage her hands were cold her nose was running, and the oil she use was cold as well ,so maybe arrive 10 minutes earlier and have yourself set up ahead of appointment. :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Belvedere Hotel. The rooms were modernly decorated and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were given rooms overlooking the city and the indoor pool was a great solution for rainy days. It is important to note 2 main things: 1. All the staff at the hotel were very polite, efficient and did everything they could to help with any issue or question we asked them. 2. The restaurant on the top floor in the older wing of the hotel overlooks the old city and is a real treasure. Beyond the views, this is a chef's restaurant that serves elite dishes at attractive prices! The atmosphere, the service, the presentation of the dishes and the way they were served were a pure pleasure! We had one of the most pleasant and delicious meals there in recent times and enjoyed every moment!

A few small things that could be improved: 1. Controlling the radiators in the rooms is not easy and requires skill. The temperature does not change immediately so it is basically a matter of trial and error until you find the right temperature. 2. The indoor pool is not really heated. It is also a shame that the massage waterfall and the bubble facilities on the benches inside the pool did not work - that could have been a real upgrade to the experience! 3. The breakfast was rich by Romanian standards but the variety for those who do not like sausages and meat at breakfast was more limited... -But this is a common problem in hotels in Europe. In Eastern European countries it is just a little more extreme.

Amazing location with amazing view from room 409. I will definitely ask for the same room on the next stay. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety from where you can choose. Lovely staff that is always available to help. The restaurant and the dishes - I don’t understand why the chef does not have a Michelin star, because everything was exceptional.

There are a few things that could be improved: - have a more clear explanation of where you need to go for breakfast and dinner. Each guest might be confused when they are having breakfast in the ground floor and they are sent for dinner across the road, in a different location/ building. - fix the “waterfall” from swimming pool. Is a shame for the kids not to enjoy it. - swimming pool area it becomes mouldy around the edges and needs a proper clean - same mould it appears in the room, in the shower - there is no king size blanket on the bed. The hotel offers only single size blankets.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a Superior room, which was very nice. The room was spacious and had lots of light. We also had a balcony which is a big plus. The gym is really well equipped with everything you need. The pools were also nice and clean. They are very helpful to be able to cool in summer days. The parking is big enough and a big plus, as this is pain point for most accommodations in Brasov City Center.

The location itself is a bit far from the city centre if you need to walk during summer heat. However, regular taxi or Uber can be called. Both options arrive very fast and the cost is between 11 and 15 RON from the Hotel to Piata Sfatului, which is a good price; it also takes about 5 min ride.

The cleaning ladies from the pool area to the rooms where doing their job amazing.Room was super clean every day and pool area was spotless. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing. Reception staff was very polite and helpfull. Excellent work guys.keep it up.

I would expect a bar area for a drink at night instead of going out every night for a beer or cocktail. Just this.

The premises / interior is fairly outdated (e.g. carpets), tiny bathrooms- the breakfast offered in part of a convention room was as un- cozy as it gets- not acceptable for a 4* hotel Finding the ‘right’ reception and parking was a bit of a challenge

Big new hotel, situated on a hill, it offers a quiet atmosphere and a perfect view of the new town. Walking down, to the old center takes 10+ minutes on a steep road. We had a triple room for the whole family of four and the "kid's bed" was not meant to be for two people. The swimming pool was about 20 meters long and 1.35 meters in depth with hot water. Good breakfast. Free outside parking next to the building.

Nice view of Brasov. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools were good. The room had an slideable insect screen covering the door to the balcony, so we could sleep without air-conditioning and leave the door open.

AI generated musak playing constantly in the public areas. Out of control children running around the restaurant at breakfast. The only lift was out of service.

As a guest promised free parking ,when I came we struggled finding a place to park. because there was a wedding. many hotels prioritize their guests over wedding invitations. the reception officer told me "good luck". second there were a lot of steps to certain levels . my mother was old and struggled to get to the reception. not even a ramp. there was no hot water in the evening because of power shortages.
