Nice hotel a bit off the beaten track but easily reached by public transport, tram stop just a couple of minutes away, metro also near by. Plenty of restaurants close by. After leaving we realised a purse had been left in a bed side drawer so we contacted the hotel to let them know and they had it ready for us to collect at reception the next morning.

Lovely hidden gem in a fantastic central location right beside the river just a short walk to main Prague attractions very well kept with nice useful amenities and friendly and responsive staff not a 247 reception but there are codes provided and staff can support with out of hours check in I believe - feels very safe - this is my second stay and will be back incredible value for money

Having to leave

Convenient location, not far from the city center and well connected with bus and trams. Big and quiet room

Breakfast was not available, although there was a nice bar just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. A few days before our arrival we've been asked to deposit 50 Euros on a paypal account (which we didn't). Didn't really understood why we've been asked this. The price of the room maybe is a bit to high for the quality of the hotel

I loved that they had a box of tissues and a kettlebell in the room. We could have a coffee and some tea in the evenings and the mornings and that was crucial for us. Besides, they gifted us a postal of the hotel, which is a great souvenir from Prague.

I would add some instructions on how to use the TV. I tried to make it work, but could not make it.

Nice room , very quiet at night

Receptionist wanted to charge me higher price than I ordered through booking. On the side there was not stated that price for breakfast is not for room but for person . It would be nice to have better drapes which would cover whole window

Best location. Very clean and friendly staff. Everything you need is in the area. My room had a view of the courtyard. So it was very quiet.

Only the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and it was never fixed during my stay. Even though I asked.

The staff is so friendly , and the locations is not such a bad place, honestly once you get used to the area, you can really move around Prague from anywhere you want. I mean you can walk everywhere, but if you buy a transportation pass then you can get to everywhere quick.

I really wish they could have given me better pillows, and better shampoo.

The room was much bigger than we were expecting The bed was very comfortable, and was quiet enough outside at night to sleep with the windows open. Great location, not too far from attractions and a few nice restaurants around. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, the self check in after hours was handy and very easy. Would definitely stay again if in Prague.

Despite four stars, it is not exactly that shiny and well functioning. Partially broken toilet button (not saving water), old mattresses, leaking showerhead at room 14. I was happy for the price but don't expect top quality just because of the hotels stars. Anyway if you pay a lower price like me, I can only recommend.

The hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. We had the whole apartment for us on the roof. The apartment had all the necessary furnitures and much more. The room, kitchen and bathroom were bigger than I thought. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The location was perfect. within 6 min you could arrive to the tram station and also there was a beautiful bridge. Really, we had such a great time during our stay there.

Nothing to be noted here because everything was great.
