Breakfast served at 6am every day.

More food variety at breakfast. Example one morning only had western omelet which is too spicy for me to eat. Also told at checkout that I could not get a printed receipt nor it sent by email because I booked through Booking.com. I have never heard of this before in my worldwide travels. A little later I did get an email receipt from Hampton zinn and it was a high amount than guaranteed by Booking.com. if I could have seen the final bill at the hotel I could have questioned it.

Location was perfect for walking 10 minutes into the center of Daniel Island - we walked to dinner and it was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like a baby. I loved that the hotel is pet friendly - we were really made to feel like our dog was welcome, rather than an inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious both mornings, parking was ample and shared with the Home2 next door.

If I had to be extremely picky, it would have been nice to have body wash in the shower rather than having to take the same bar of soap from the sink to the shower, back and forth. But honestly this is not a dealbreaker and we will be staying again.

This location was close to most everything on Daniel Island. the hotel was clean, quiet, the staff was awesome. One of the more friendly hotel staffs I've dealt with. An it was everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone was amazing. I would highly recommend this location and will return without hesitation.

As an honors member I would be grateful to get credit for stays booked on an alternate site.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, hot showers with plenty of towels, comfortable beds The young man who cooked and served breakfast Was very personable and was very concerned tor our comfort . I cannot remember his name, but he may have been from south east Asia?? he did share he’s a student I hope the young man is recognized for his above and beyond efforts

I don’t know how to the washer and dryer were not easy to use and we could not get cash from the front desk. A better system would help.

Free breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety of hot and cold items. The prepared food was actually really good. The room was really clean, no issues there. I felt safe. It was a good stopping point after leaving the Charleston airport at 10pm. The hotel was easy to find using WAZE, it didn't take long to get there and it allowed me to be in a central launching place to go see Fort Moultrie and surrounding area the next morning.

It is close to credit one stadium,close to restaurants, pharmacy,Starbucks,location is great as you can get to all these places walking,just please wear mosquito repellent if you decide to walk.Hotel is clean (rooms, restaurant,halls).Staff is super friendly and always there to help you in anything you need 24/7 by phone or in person,thank you!

mosquitoes in the front street of the hotel, we found one dead cockroach outside the entrance of the hotel,which is normal for the weather that SC has.

The staff were so accommodating and kind. The hotel was extremely clean and it’s in a very safe feeling area, but it is outside of the main attractions but not by long maybe 20 minutes we used Uber to the battery and back for about 70.00 round trip.

Honestly nothing

We loved the location. It wasn't too far to downtown Charleston. The hotel breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was really nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, They have complimentary drinks and snacks in the room when we arrived.

The hotel must have been short staffed because the room wasn't ready by 4pm. We had to wait for about 15 or 20 minutes more. The hostess apologized for the wait. Also, the elevator was a little shaky at first, but they must have called maintenance because it never was again during our stay.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was comfortable. No view but didn't expect one. Very clean. Allowed pets, with a small fee.

The room was welcoming and clean. There was a place for our luggage there was extra blankets in the closet the restroom was large enough for a family of four to comfortably get ready for the day. There was a mini fridge. In several TV selections for the children to watch. Located in a great location not far from local establishments that were welcoming to tourists as well as locals.

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay at this location.
