Great features. Spacious rooms. Nice carpet and kitchen benches. Fully functional kitchen with microwave and large oven. We were able to fit a Kia carnival into the garage. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to make use of the outdoor pool. There is a gym, sauna and table tennis table. Thankfully there was a washing machine and dryer that included a sachet of powder to use. All in all a great stay with great views of the snow capped mountains when looking out over the balcony.

I was looking forward to using the spa bath in the room but unfortunately I couldn't find a plug so I couldn't use it and the kitchen one doesn't fit. The previous guests put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher on a fast cycle. I found the dishes when I went looking for missing cutlery. Unfortunately I then had to re-wash the dishes as they weren't cleaned well enough.

The room was very centrally located to the facilities for the kids to make use. Plenty of room for us all. Great to have the washing machine and dryer (not that we used them) The garage would be handy for bikes, boards etc (we just didn't bring any this time). It was perfect for hanging and drying towels and wet suits though due to how warm this space was.

The open family space was quite dark even with the lights on. The glasses all needed re washing before they could be used due to residue in them.

The swimming pool, spa and gym was great it was close to all amenities and close to some lakes. Being by the tennis court was awesome. The apartment was lovely the beds were comfy. 😊

There was a few things that we thought the apartment needed we didn’t have any spare toilet paper a dish cloth, dish washing tablets and dish washing liquid we just purchased our own.

The place was even better than the photos our apartment was so nice and tidy and nice view

The only slightly annoying thing was I noticed the other reviews said there was no air con and it wasn’t listed either so I emailed about it to check and brought fans cos it was hot. But then the apartment had a heat pump with cooling option anyway which we weren’t informed. So the fans were a waste of money.

We called on the way to say that we wouldn't be able to pick up the keys and the matter was arranged perfectly and we were told that we are definitely not the only customers for whom Google Maps has estimated the travel time completely incorrectly. So this is a big plus. Another excellent thing was the big swimming pool, jacuzzi and above all SAUNA! We are from Finland and it was great to get to the sauna after almost a four week break. At home, we take a sauna almost every day and this was truly a luxury.

Great location, walking distance to village centre of Wanaka or other parts if you want to explore. Lots of good walking trails nearby. 2 pools and gym facilities. Comfy beds and having your own garage and washing machine etc is very helpful.

Block out curtains would have been wonderful as travelling with a small child meant someone didn't want to sleep until it was dark :( Perhaps a fan too as it does get hot.

we were a little early and the lovely Receptionist swapped us to another room that was ready. Also let us check out a little later.

if I'm nitpicking there were a couple of things that could have been a little cleaner .. the cutlery drawer had crumbs in it, and the outside table was a bit dusty..

Location was great for our family - hand to town and a walk on the track or street which was nice rather than driving. We had a 3 bed located close to the pool - amazing views and very spacious for the 5 of us much enjoyed

Spacious apartment with our own garage and laundry. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms great for a family. Gas fire in the large living room was cosy. Under floor heating was so appreciated. Great view of the lake.

Wi fi was patchy and not strong signal. Location fine for those travelling with a car but not without a car as it was a little way out of town.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. It was a good size for our family of 5, nicely furnished, comfortable and in great condition. Warm welcome at reception and excellent information pack within the apartment. The apartment was well equipped including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Good sized balcony with partial lake and mountain views. Beds very comfy. 1 bathroom with bath and walk in shower, 1 en-suite. TV with full sky package. A bit of road noise during rush hour, but nothing that disturbed us. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna to wind down in after hiking all day. Close to town (20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Adequate parking on site, including private garage for the apartment. If we returned to Wanaka we wouldn't look anywhere else. Absolutely nothing not to like.
