The communication was great with Nicoletta- and the room was great- seeing the Leaning Tower from the room was something special The location was ideal and we didn't hear any road noise. The room was spacious and there was a lift to use which was great with a heavy case. Nicoletta gave us good advice re getting to the airport for the next morning and the number of a taxi - it cost 23 euros but saved the much longer walk and Pisamover alternative

This may have been our error but we found it a bit dark coming out of the lift to the apartment late at night and couldn't find the correct light switch - once we were in the apartment it was fine.

Fantastically located property near all the restaurants, bars and sights

We stayed here during my recent trip to Italy and truly appreciated the warm, authentic experience this place offers. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed—from offering local tips to arranging transportation. Their kindness made my stay even more memorable. I loved being close to all the action, yet having a peaceful place to return to in the evenings. The charm and character of the building really give you that classic Italian feel. the beds were a bit on the older side and made some noise, but it wasn’t a major issue—just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

Cleanliness, size of suite, location and Nicol, the owner being available each day. Nicol was very helpful and attentive . The perfect host.

Perhaps for a light sleeper there could be a noise issue. Whilst on a relatively quiet side street any traffic noise or people enjoying themselves could be heard in the front bedroom as no sound proofing in place. Presumably because of the age of the property double glazing isn't an option. Blackout blinds would be helpful as being east facing and being lucky to having sunny weather it was very light in the morning .

Wonderful enormous suite at top of 12th C building, perfect location to explore Pisa, breakfast vouchers for guests via nearby Cavalieri speciality coffee shop, excellent food/drinks. Short stroll to Piazza dei Cavalieri, the second main square of the city. The Cathedral & learning tower area are packed all day but walk up after dinner, istunning and much quieter. Avoid the 'plastic menu alley' adjacent to Leaning Tower and go to a real gem, S Omobono trattoria, in an old church with a Roman column and capital bang in the middle. Book ahead, it's tiny but excellent.

Nothing to dislike, we adored the spacious accommodation and seeing Nicol's artwork all around. Great base for 4 days, tours, walking around and we hired e-bikes to do the 20 mile round trip to Port of Pisa and lunch by sea.

Very clean room and bath. Good location to Tower. Very nice host. She let us leave our bags for the morning while we toured Pisa after checking out. Felt safe in neighborhood. Room and bathroom were just as pictures depicted.

Lighting when entering the property was not good. We entered late at night and the lobby had no lights. We had to use the flashlights on our phones until we entered upstairs where our room was. When we entered that lobby upstairs, a light turned on upon our entrance to the room. Had there not been a lighting issue upon entering the building, I would have given it 10*. If you are arriving and leaving during daylight hours, this is a non-issue.

Nioletta gave us excellent instructions to get into the apartment. She was so helpful in answering any questions that we had very quick responses from WhatApp. We had a view of Pisa from our room, which was great!! The bedroom and bathroom were a perfect size, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was brilliant so close to everything and easy to get to. We were offered a discount at a local restaurant for breakfast, which was really nice Nioletta was so helpful on the last day and helped us book a taxi. Great hospitality and a great apartment? We would definitely return.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room in a fantastic location. Close to all major attractions and with stunning restaurants and cafes close by. Nicol is a superb hostess, keeping us well informed and always available to awnser any questions. She recommended some great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again. Thank you to Nicol for being a great hostess and for our incredible experience in Pisa with your unique and beautiful suite.

Everything. Bedroom lovely, we had the Delux one so it had an additional room so we had lots of space. Very easy check in. A few minutes stroll to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Walking distance to the Train Station without luggage. The premises was extremely secure and we felt very safe there. Nicol was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us on our return to the airport. Tea/Coffee making facilites, croissant :-), fridge in the room. We loved everything about it. The decor was very arty and busy and would put a smile on our faces each time we entered the room. The bedroom is in a magnificent old house. We did try the nearby Cafe for breakfast (10% discount offered) but there are plenty of other places around as this Cafe, while very tasty, was expensive for what for what we got.

It was a beautiful room with the most opulent big bathroom. It had a shower with body jets and a double ended bath. Lots of lovely character and in a great location in Pisa which was very quiet. Only a 4 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Lots of support was provided by the host too, very friendly and helpful.

That we had only booked 2 nights there.
