Hotel Italia is a small hotel, but it offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was surprisingly generous with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a good value stay in Munich, especially if you appreciate warm service and a quality breakfast.

The room was a bit cramped, especially if you're traveling with larger luggage or staying for more than a couple of nights, but it was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed.

The location was excellent, a few steps from the train station and very close to the city center (Marienplatz). There are restaurants nearby as well as grocerystores and supermarkets. The breafast was varied and delicious. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

The rooms are a bit small, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel. We only were there for the nights. So, we didn't care much. The pillows, however, weren't very comfortable, I hope they take care of them. Everything else was perfect.

Rooms were large enough for two people. We were travelling as family 2 adults, 2 kids. I stayed in one room and my wife with children - in another. For 1-2 nights it's not a problem as we spent all time walking in the city. Breakfasts were very good: fresh omelet, meatballs, and many other snacks, pastry etc. It was a very good start for the day! Parking - while it's not in the same building, but still pretty close and the most important - with good clearance (2.0m). Also, hotel provides a discount for the parking, which is very nice.

The only thing which was a bit of a problem - a very small pillow in the room of my wife. But she found another one in the cabinet, so the problem was mitigated.

the breakfast was really nice. a selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, nuts and juices. In the room when you first enter, you'll find a little bag of haribo teddies.on the bed, and a tiny bar of Milka by the tea cups. a really nice thought! there's a mini fridge, wine glasses and in the bathroom a pack of tissues which was also nice. nice shower . the location is great!!

the pillows are not very comfy at all. the room is kinda small, the cleaners talk so loudly outside sometimes so it's hard to sleep. the staff aren't very happy or friendly, just mostly quiet. One lady on reception wasn't happy when I brought the iron back because apparently it was supposed to go to a different place but I didn't know. There is only one tiny lift and it takes a long time and only fits 2-3 people comfortably.

I loved everything about this hotel! The breakfast was amazing—definitely the best I've had at a hotel recently. The room was spacious enough for three people to comfortably stay for the night. Plus, they provided a kettle with free coffee, tea, and cookies, which was a nice touch.

The location was a bit out of the way, and since I wasn’t familiar with the neighborhood, staying there as a solo traveler made me feel a little cautious at times. The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, but it still allowed me to get everything done that I needed to.

Really close to centre. Friendly, efficient, clean and great value for the price. I was travelling with my son for a couple of days to experience Munich. The hotel gave us everything we needed. The room wasn't particularly large but, hey, what do you need when you're out most of the day. Started with a good continental breakfast and finished with a comfortable, very clean room. Bathroom was modern and incredibly clean. A hotel which looks after it's guests. Some might not like the small lift but this is pretty common in many smaller hotels but something future guests might need to be aware of but not a problem for us even though we were on the 6th floor. The location is safe and reasonably quiet. Dont be put off by the strip club next door as this was not a problem. The hotel was also brilliant in responding to and facilitating any requests I had. In short, if I was to stay in Munich again it would be at this hotel.

The hotel itself was quite acceptable especially for one night stay. Breakfast was included but I did not have it just because I prefer to get up later, so cannot assess. The personnel was nice and helpful, the room small but clean and with everything necessary even a small refrigerator was available and a bottle opener. The location was good in terms of proximity to the central rail station and U-bahn (metro).

Construction site all around, the location crowded with migrants and suspicious looking people, a strip bar or something like this was just next door from the hotel, dirty pavement, not easy to go with a suit case.

Breakfast was great. Rooms was clean and comfy. Location was also perfect for us.

The train was just treble. First it was not in used from the airport,( had trouble finding the bus after picking up luggage 1hr)had to take a bus. Once we found the free bus had trouble buying a ticket from the kiosk for the train because 10 couples in line, none new how to operate the ticket machine 45 minute it took standing in line. From train to Hotel 15 minute. Total time from Airport to Hotel 3 hrs. In total. Walking in all 1 hour. All so the train sold me a ticket to Zugspitze and up the mountain by🚡that did not exist for weeks, now I have to get a refund from BH. THANK GOD WE GOT A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT. PS had 4 minutes to get on the train from Hanover to Herford we both are 80years of age, we were push on to the train by passengers. Maid it.

Great budget hotel for exploring the city , it was clean and comfy and a good breakfast .

The triple room was a little snug but we only slept there as we were out all days . Only thing I could say wasn’t great is that even though the location is great for the main railway station and only a few minutes walk, the hotel is situated in the Turkish/Afghan quarters and it was a little rough on a night and a lap dance club as a neighbour.
