Everything, was great. Excellent location, staff really pleasant, comfortable room and bed, great night’s sleep and I would advise you add breakfast as that was really tasty and served on the terrace overlooking the Guggenheim. One of the best stays for a while and I think really well priced for location and quality

Great Vincci hotel (with the Vincci look, feel - and scent!) in an excellent location close to Guggenheim Museum and walkable into the historic centre along the river. Much to see and do. We ate in the hotel restaurant - enjoyed the food and service (I left a separate review of the restaurant experience).

A small inconvenience - our car was slightly too long for the lift to the car park (if your car is longer than 4.9m, it will not fit into the lift) so we parked at Euskadi car park - a good secure public car park nearby. It was a bit of a pain carrying our stuff - we didn't check if there was an unloading bay outside the hotel though - I would recommend checking that first before going to park your car.

Very welcoming and helpful staff generally. Welcome drink upon arrival, helped us with suggestions for restaurants and attractions to visit, lent us umbrellas etc! Breakfast buffet great and could book on the day no hassle. (Didn't pre-book as part of package so allowed flexibility) Nice terrace area with views of river, bridge and Guggenheim. Room very clean and comfortable size (junior suite). Welcome treats in room was a nice touch and special bath and toiletries for toddler. Good location to visit main attractions and near bus to airport, trams etc. Everything very walkable.

Evening restaurant opens quite late for families (8pm) and staff there weren't that helpful. However, there is a bar with snacks and also room service available. Sofa in room wasn't very comfortable (only a minor thing)

Great location next to Guggenheim museum and walking distance from all other points of interest. Nice modern hotel, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, nice staff. Possibility to rent bikes.

Noisy at night from the river promenade

A good hotel but I’d advise travellers who are not good sleepers not to book a room on the street side on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night as there is a night club opposite open until 6 am (8am on Sunday morning!) and revellers come out to smoke and shout at each other and eventually make their way noisily home. Having said that, the duty manager at the hotel could not have been more solicitous and helpful when I mentioned having a poor night due to the noise and moved us next night to a quieter room. The breakfasts were excellent. If it was not for the noise issue I would have given top marks.

What a superbly located hotel for visiting Bilbao. Excellent service from pulling up with the car to leaving. The car lift was new to us and worked so much better than the tight bends of the usual underground car parks. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Meals from the restaurant were superb. The room had all we could possibly need.

The breakfast coffee machine! Just couldn't quite get my coffee the way I wanted it. Need to return to keep testing out the machine😀

The perfect location in the heart of the city, close to all the main tourist destinations (the Guggenheim is about 4 minutes walk away), wonderful views across the river and the bridges, sited on the walkway along the river to the Old Town. Myriad Pintxos bars are within a short walk, so you never need go hungry! Friendly and helpful staff right across the hotel (Reception, Bar and Restaurant), who took time to give us all the information about the city (things to see, places to eat, where NOT to go) we needed. Also, if you have a car, make sure you pre-book the underground car parking. An absolute Godsend. Restaurant was really nice, it's not cheap, but the quality of food is good and the staff are excellent.

Nothing, great hotel, fabulous location.

The hotel offers a superb stay in a prime location. Situated near the museum and embankment, it provides easy access to key attractions. It features modern, well-appointed rooms that cater to all essential needs. Staff members are notably friendly, enhancing the overall experience. For travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Bilbao, this hotel is an excellent choice.

It would be worth adding a wider selection of fresh vegetables to the breakfast menu. Near the bed there is only USB type A charger, which is not convenient if you have a USB type C cable or you want to connect your own charger.

Fantastic riverside location on the steps of the Guggenheim. Greeted by a glass.of cava in open, modern lobby with comfortable bar area. Top marks on accessibility. I was in a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible. Good restaurant where dinner came with complementary amuse bouche and lovely fresh food, cooked to order, yummy.

Great breakfast buffet except for the coffee. I think pods are fine for those that like them, but there's so many fantastic coffees out there, it would be great if they offered bean to cup artisanal coffee as well pods. The room was an odd shape, with unusual angles. Combined with an abundance of furniture, it was a bit cluttered, which was a shame. Other than the clutter the room was great, fine bed, good shower, nice bathroom accessories, well-stocked mini bar.

From the car elevator to the smooth checkin with the impressive Tanya (she had had the old guy next to me eyeing her up!) fantastic rooms with super comfortable beds, awesome bar, the general manager quite a young GM especially for such a property, has implemented some great original ideas like the help yourself candies and Prosecco at the entry. The views, cannot find better. The suggestions for local restaurants and tourist trios are perfect. Breakfast is very good and live stations are well managed. Upon checkout super friendly Tanya took care of us again. The small touch of a clean windscreen of our car was a great touch. Looking forward to coming to visit your hotel again!!
