Few minutes from Lac Annecy/ centrum. Easily on the bike. It was very cheap, 400 € for 6 nights. We got a small but very usefull kitchen, that was awesome for that price. Much available stuff, for example a laundry device to dry your clothes. Later we saw in the information book that if you need a hairdryer or other assecoires, u can ask the staff. Sheets were clean. A small bathtub, but very nice. The bed/matress was, to our opinion, also very good.

The smell on the corridor, but thats more for the guests that were staying there. Although the bathroom was okay, in de bedroom it was very dusty. We just arrived and i dropped something and was a little shocked by the dust under the bed. It was very hot. There was a mobile airco, but that didnt work so good. We bought an extra fan. At night it mostly cools off so just sleep with the windows open. The thin curtain is not giving so much privacy. We were lucky to be on a higher level, so breaking in would be a challenge, and we let the doors to the balcony open.

The room was nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, utensils and a working fridge. Bed was confortable. There was a desk in front of the room with a TV, another foldable table, and little night stands on both sides of the bed. There was also a jar with some goods inside: coffee, sugar, tea, and some snacks to nibble on which was pretty nice. We also had a terrace which we didn't really use but it could be nice on a sunny day. There was a closet to put the clothes on and a rack to dry clothes. We had a bathtub which I requested and it was perfect. The walk to the city center is around 10-15 mins which is alright. We checked-in after reception hours and it was easy to get the keys with the automatic key dispenser. Staff was nice as well.

There was no hairdryer but it was no big deal, I missed to read that they don't have one.

Good value for money. Good location. Easy access to motorway and town centre. Excellent staff and parking

There was a near catastrophe on Sunday when we arrived. The room key box did not open for us. The emergency number , we called three times but was hopeless. We would have to wait for reception to sort things on Monday. We were about to book elsewhere for the night. when someone who worked there helped us out. This short description does not relay our absolute despair at one stage. The lady who helped us was our saviour. You fly for and drive for several hours and then cannot access the room!!!!!!!!

The checking/ parking was easy with the code received for both before arrival.There is a key box inside the reception where you tap the code and find the key inside, the light lits up above where your one is also the return of the key is in the same box, just follow the instructions. It was very spacious, with a balcony, very clean. They were two stand up fans which we used as it was very hot. It is walking distance to the old town around 15-20 min, which is quite nice. The little Kitchen was also useful to have.

Nothing, would stay again.

Great location — just a 15-minute walk to Annecy center. Convenient parking, a nice breakfast with good coffee, and everything needed for a simple, comfortable stay.

The corridor felt less cozy with bags of used bedlinen left outside rooms, and the rooms themselves felt a bit worn. Also, the rules were quite strict — guests are asked to remove their own bedlinen after sleeping.

Great location, 15 minutes walk from the old town, clean apartment with balcony and mountain view. Very quite complex, some refreshments provided. Helpful staff at reception who recommended us driving to the ski red for a view of Mont Blanc, fabulous. Boulangerie and supermarket and lovely bar Mado within 5 minutes walk.

Nothing but you do have to leave the apartment clean and tidy

We had a one room apartment and that made our life easier while travelling with a toddler. There is also a common washing machine on the ground floor which we used for just 3.50 euros.

The breakfast was very simple. On the last day we have to take out the trash and collect all towels and sheets in a bag. While checking out at 10 am. It was a bit difficult with a toddler.

The location is great, not far from the centre and shops around. The apartment was quite big with a big balcony. The bed was also very comfortable!

Needs air con, even with fan provided it was very noisy and kept me awake. As when I stayed the temp was in the 30s. Also you have to strip beds yourself.

The staff is very friendly and the location is near from the center. Our apartment had a fridge, a cooking space and an eating table, which we used as an opportunity to eat there, when we were too tired to go out.

At the time of our stay it was very hot outside and there is unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall the interiour has a functonable state but is a little run-down.

The location was good. It was a 20 minute walk to the lake. I didn’t mind the walk and did not expect to be any closer, for the money I paid.

I’d have preferred someone to be on hand, at reception more. The gentleman on reception, when present, was helpful.
