Exceptionally clean. Good location for convention center. Comfy beds. Easy to go for a run along the brown snake. Close access to all the good shopping centers and a easy walk to most attractions

The gym could have been better equipped but there was access to the Westins' next door gym. There was no view from the room, over looked other apartments , but that can't be helped. I would have appreciated a nespresso machine, but not a deal breaker because of the price and there was a barrister down stairs selling reasonably priced good coffee.

Good central location. 10 minute walk from central station. Easy check in, pleasant staff, and our rooms were ready early which was appreciated after a long train journey. Free water bottles are always great. Room itself was tidy, clean, everything required. Better water pressure than other hotels we found. Good location near the river but also near plenty of places to shop and eat. Great being able to use the pool at The Westin hotel next door free of charge. Easy express check out. Would stay again.

View was of a building next door, but that's ok, as we were not expecting a city view.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Wish we could've fit more in! The bed was really comfortable and the full blackout shutters on the windows were amazing. A short walk to Eagle St Pier, the new Star Casino precinct AND Queen Street Mall - the hotel is literally in the middle of all 3 locations. Will be perfect location when the Brisbane Underground opens, as the station is right across the road.

The view from the hotel is into another building. We were on the 25th floor and didn't really have a "view" but in fairness, a view wasn't something that was high on our priorities. $60 valet parking overnight on a weekend is a bit steep, especially when there is a parking garage 100m down the road, where it is $18 overnight for a weekend.

It a was modern clean all the staff were friendly they let me store my bag so I could explore Brisbane while I was waiting for my 3pm check in I was offered a free coffee as it was cold and rainy outside. They texted me when my room was ready which was an hour early before the stated 3 pm check in time I was so impressed from the check in staff to the hospitality staff in the breakfast buffet restaurant they could not of been nicer I will stay here again next time I’m in Brisbane thank you

Honestly nothing to complain about everything was perfect

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was substantial and there was plenty of food available. Upgrade was very much appreciated, and I liked being on a high floor.

Pillows were too high for my comfort-levels. There were no bin liners in the rubbish bin. I asked for my room to be serviced after housekeeping had left a card, and it was within the timeframe, but once I returned from being out - my room hadn't been serviced. The construction works were very noisy and continued after midnight!

Location was excellent and staff very helpful.

The only negative comment would be the light system outside the room door on the 11th floor. Ours didn’t have any instructions as to what light to leave on for housekeeping. It was rubbed off and for two days we were missed and had to go down to reception three times to ask if our room could be serviced. They were very apologetic and it eventually was done, but that was very late in afternoon. One day we were left with no toilet paper, not just a spare, but none whatsoever on the roll, just a minor mishap!!!

The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, air-conditioning worked amazingly, as Four Points is a Marriot hotel, they allow you to access the fitness center and the pool in the Westin next door which was unexpected and well appreciated in Brisbane’s heat. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, I didn’t even realise you could order omelettes! The staff were super friendly on arrival and departure, even when I needed some bandaids unexpectedly

Unfortunately the location isn’t amazing if you use public transport heavily, once Cross River Rail opens, this will change and the hotel will be directly across from a train station, no fault of the hotel/staff though!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. it is within walking distance of a lot of the main things my husband and I wanted such as the casino and south and for restaurants. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the room was comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed.

The price of parking. we discovered after already committing to $60 per night many other car parks thay offered weekend rates from $12 to $15. One of the front staff members also forgot to tell us many of the required things that we then had to clarify such as the floor we were staying on and where the includes breakfast was.

Convenient location. Clean facilities. I liked the little conveniences left in the room like the slippers (very useful as I had blisters on my feet after a long day at work) and the tooth brush. It was nice not to have to ask for them.

It was expensive but I suppose most things are expensive these days. The foyer is not that pretty but I'd rather a less fancy foyer and a more economical price than a fancy foyer and even more expensive rooms.

- great location, within walking distance of the mall, casino, cafes, coffee shops, corner stores etc. - staff were very friendly and helpful. - it was super clean - the blockout blinds - soundproofed, which was good to block out the train tunnel construction a few metres down the road - the pillows were comfy - overall, really impressed with this hotel and will definately be back

- the aircon. No matter what we did, we could not get it to remain on the temperature we set it to. It would often drop down to 20 degrees and be freezing cold
