We loved the staff, they were all very friendly, the cafe and food there was delicious - felt like home away from home really... With all the luxuries! Our motel room was serviced daily which was amazing, we've not had that at other holiday parks we've stayed at (not daily servicing)

The only thing we had an issue doing was buying unlimited internet packs due to not being able to connect to the internet well through our phone provider. Once we had brought the packs it would cut out from time to time. But that would definitely not deter us from coming again!

Room to move in accommodation. Sky tv gave great entertainment options, lots of activities (some free) for the kids, beds comfy, clean, and super great staff... nothing was a problem and all service with a smile. Totally worth the trip and i will definitely book again. Great place for families. So close to everything including fishing at the beach. Kids loved the activities on offer. Thanks for an awesome holiday!

Toilet door was hard to close, shower curtain too short and washing machine / dryer not efficient as did not spin and dry well. Apart from these fixable issues, great price and so worth the visit! Thanks.

Would have been nice to have a coffee table or something next to couch or chairs for a place to put our drink or something when sitting there and didn't like how we had to drive or walk right round to the front just to access going out across the road to the beach etc would have been nice if there was a gate to access down where we were if we wanted to just go for a walk but besides that we were happy with our stay

Will be making another trip back here! My daughter loved the selection of playgrounds, even though it rained most of the weekend we still made good use of them. Loved that we were walking distance to the wildlife park. We didn't get to explore much as it did rain most of the weekend but I could see us being very busy here on a beautiful sunny weekend! Plenty of room in the room for activities for the little one.

Located on the beachfront and within ten minutes drive of both central Nelson and Richmond. Room exceeded my expectations in terms of size, appearance and comfort. Friendly & helpful reception staff as well as a decent on site Cafe.

The only grievance I had was out of the control of the holiday park itself which was other guests not abiding by quiet hours. Granted the site provided out of hours numbers for this, however due to the length of my stay, I opted to not bother.

Nice location and good facilities

It could have had a few more cooking pans/utensils as we were there for a week and was difficult to cook meals. Also maybe a few more outdoor seating as where we were located our neighbours gathered on the bench right outside our window and there was quite a few of them smoking etc and felt quite intrusive right outside the lounge window. And we weren’t able to sit outside

The 'Superior' rooms suited our family well. Everything we needed was available and we were comfortable. It was during the school holidays so there were activities for our children to partake in. The location was also great and close to the beach and other fun activities. We would have liked to have stayed for longer so we could check out more of the surrounding area.

One of the nights the TV (which is run off the internet) kept freezing, but it was a minor inconvenience and didn't last too long.

We stayed at Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park for 2 nights. The location was great and the park had great activities for adults and kids alike. We particularly liked the bike stand as it was convenient to rent a bike. Beach was so close and we had fun visiting it. Overall it was a memorable experience.

When our room was cleaned, they did not make one of the beds (sofa bed). Other than that it was fine.

The 2 bd cabin was perfect. Comfy as bed and pillows. Great set out in lounge kitchen and having separate toilet is always a good thing. Easy walk to beach both ways and short walk to food options if you not cooking. The cafe is very handy and not a bad selection of food. Good kids play area. Great place to watch the planes coming into land.

No swimming pool , which we prefer with kids. And the spotlight outside bedroom window was a little bright but that's not really a big deal when you tired lol

Our whole family group could all stay together and the house was set up well for large groups. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent! We had an event at the conference centre so it was very convenient being able to stay right next door to it. Lots for kids to do around the area too.

A mirror in each bedroom would be good so we could all get ready in our rooms as the bathrooms were often in use. Fan in one of the bathrooms was making a bad grinding sound.
