Comfortable in general. Clean, quite and counts with an excellent location. There are very good value for money restaurants around the area, and the staff people are very welcoming, kind and helpful.

There was nothing I could say that I didn't like. I just didn't get to use the pool and gym, unfortunately, so I'd skip having an opinion on this matter.

1. A great balance of price and value. 2. The location is central—close to the metro and a shopping mall, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. 3. The staff are very friendly, solution-oriented, and always helpful. 4. The open buffet lunch option for just 40 AED was a great bonus. 5. I stayed in a suite—it was quite spacious and even had a small kitchenette. The storage spaces were also well-designed and practical. 6. 24 Hours Open Gym

1. Be careful when booking, one of the room types has windows facing the inner courtyard and feels quite dark. I accidentally booked that type and had to pay extra for an upgrade. 2. Some of the furnishings like the curtains and carpets are a bit worn out and could use some maintenance.

I travel to Dubai every month. In my case, the hotel is one of the best economic options I've ever been to. That's why I keep going back to the Centro. The location is in Al Barsha 1, which is close to most of the areas I go for my business. It is a 5-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, moreover, the neighborhood is full of supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and economic restaurants. The rooftop pool is one of the best in this neighborhood, according to my experience of staying in many hotels. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are not big, but OK. The cleanliness is good, but the facilities are old.

The facilities are a bit aged. I have been to normal rooms of the hotel before, but this time I booked a studio. In my previous stay, I had a problem with the room size and the windows not being soundproof. I used to stay on the side in front of the mosque and the noise was disrupting. However, the reception staff kindly changed my room immediately after asking them. This time I booked a studio. It was smaller than what I expected but fair and comfortable. However, since the studios do not get daylight, the lighting was a problem. Also, at the beginning, the room was a little stinky, forcing me to buy air freshener. But it was solved later.

I have stayed at Centro Barsha may times this was up to usual standard with exception of breakfast.

Breakfast was hopeless, not up to usual standard and waste of money. No staff to cook omelette and when they arrived was terrible, no fruit except a plate of a very few remaining very sad looking triangles of watermelon. Coffee machine not working and then when it was a line formed. A large, bad spillage had a sign but not cleaned up the whole time I was having breakfast. The usual friendly staff looked tired and overloaded compared to their usual happy selves.

The staff at the Centro Barsha were very accommodating and helpful. They are also incredibly polite. It was nice to be greeted in the lobby or anytime a staff member passed by. Asura, Ali, Rizki, and Dhjmane were particularly helpful, as well as many other staff members whose names I unfortunately can not recall. The facilities were very clean and smelled great! If any issue arises, they do their best to resolve it quickly and efficiently. The inner rooms don't get as much lighting as the outer rooms, so it can get a little dark, but either way, that ended up not being much of an issue. The location is also fantastic, with the Mall of the Emirates nearby as well as two metro stations. There are also a great number of restaurants in the area that we were spoiled for choice! It was also easy to schedule exploration opportunities as they have a desk to help guests schedule tours and other fun activities, and they also help with taxi scheduling. We needed a big car at 5AM to take us to the airport, and the staff member by the front helped us schedule a ride without issue. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Receptioist ''Asura'' assigned very small room for 2 people, he shouldn't assign us that room and asked for extra payment to upgrade ,that was tricky specially im a hotel member for long time.However Sexocnd day they changed the room to bigger one ,I would give supereb review if they provided suitable size room for 2 poeple which i originally Booked/ Light inside Room was not good, No light inside wardrobe , I Must remind hotel managment they should Renovate the hotel as it getting old ''Furniture in Reception''

Our stay at Centro Barsha Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and care provided by Asura at the reception and Malintha at the restaurant. We stayed for an extended period of 21 days, and during this time, we unfortunately fell ill with fever and sore throats. However, the incredible support from these two staff members turned our challenging experience into a pleasant and memorable stay. Asura’s empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel truly cared for. He consistently ensured that we were comfortable and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A heartfelt thanks to Malintha, who not only listened to our needs but prepared a Pakistani-style soup (yakhni) specifically to help us recover. He carefully followed the recipe we provided and delivered a comforting and flavorful soup that was exactly what we needed during our recovery. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what truly sets it apart is its amazing staff. Asura and Malintha’s kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our 21-day stay a remarkable experience. We highly recommend Centro Barsha Hotel for anyone seeking not just comfort, but also exceptional service and genuine care. We’ll always cherish this stay and look forward to returning!

When we reached at the hotel for checkin - there was a guy named Bara on the reception who assigned us a smoking floor room without asking our priority, we are allergic to the smoking and when I complaint about it, he said we will have to stay it anyway for a night which was uncomfortable experience, the room was also not good, and next day we were able to change the room to non smoking floor, Bara was a little unfriendly too and he should improve his behaviour

We had a good excellent stay in this hotel, everyone was nice, friendly and super fast follow-up with all kinds of questions and or services and the atmosphere was nice. It was clean and the room can be neatly made up when desired and presence of laundry service. Towels, extra pillows, everything is possible. There is also a small fridge, safe, hairdryer, iron, kettle for the possibility of coffee and tea. Air conditioning did not always work optimally, but then you just ask for a technician to come and take a look and it was solved. Beds are a bit firm and as advice I would say just a possibility to use a topper, when a guest needs this. Location very central and all daily needs very close. It is easy to go by metro and or bus. Also presence of a computer station and ATM machine in the hotel. Fitness and swimming pool very clean and pleasant. Offered free and daily shuttle services to the beach and or shopping Mall of Emirates. Weekly dinner buffet for a minimum affordable price on Fridays. We had a great time and we highly recommend this hotel, especially considering that many 3 star hotels have really bad and 1-3 star reviews and any bad reviews here for this hotel are very exaggerated. Workers of this hotel, keep up the good mood-spirits high and keep your good services, you deserve a big compliment!

The staff the management the supervisors the team any problems you face they are always positive attitude there for you to do anything to keep you happy to make you comfortable feel you like home never show any negative attitude i did face problems to be honest but when I was challenging front desk they were all so humble never made me feeling to get angry on them or been rude to them I always get impressed with the very positive approachable attitude. Wanted to thank you to them please share the feedback with hotel management 😊

Facilities management to improve the AC qualities and the facilities other like plumbing services and TVs to upgrade things that needs shampooing corridors carpets many more that needs attention

Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Staff are super friendly and let us checked in early when there were availability.it was walking distance from Mrt.

Keep it in mind that when you book it from other countries they show your local currency but they charge it in AED so when u pay with credit card , you will be charged extra 2.6-3.5 % on total amount by credit cards as fee. Which was not clearly mentioned on booking web. They should make it clear to customer.
