I liked the location, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, I liked the cleaning mostly. Room was useful for a solo traveller. I had a big terrace and I really liked it!

Instead of putting a duvet cover on the duvet, a sheet was placed to cover only the inside of the duvet. There is a sheet that is folded up a little from the edge and brought to the top on the underside of the duvet. This was done so that it would not touch us, but considering that the duvet is not something that is constantly washed and that sheet slides and the top is mostly empty, I think it is not hygienic. My comment is a constructive comment, I wanted to contribute so that it can be changed.

Hotel Apostoli Garden offers a 5-star experience in Venice. The hotel is close to many restaurants, cafes, groceries, souvenir shops, ATMs, and aperitivo places. As a female solo traveler, it has everything I need. I felt super safe in the area, where there are many cafes and bars nearby to unwind and have breakfast without being bothered by people. The major attractions were within walking distance only from the hotel, including the Rialto Bridge, Bridges of Sigh, San Marco, and the Gondola Stations. From Venice Santa Lucia, take the Ca'D'Oro Line 1 or E and it takes a 2-3 minutes walk from the Ca'D'Oro terminal to the hotel. Check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly, smiley, and accommodating. Even though I was not yet in Venice, they contacted me via WhatsApp to provide complete instructions and any inquiries I may have. If I visit Venice again, I'd stay at Hotel Apostoli Garden.

I did like the hotel , from the first look make you feel comfortable and welcoming. The room with veranda was very nice. The second room was good size. Comfortable for 2 people. Also garden padio for breakfast was very cool.

I didn't like that air-conditioner was not adjustable for yuor needs. Was blowing to cold air in to yuor bed. I didn't like the greeting of the staff at the lobby, including the manager. They were not willing to cancel extra room, which i order my mistake. They create the email for me to send to the manager, saying that I'm agree to pay 50% of the extra room wich i don't need. Plus taxes! Also they did spoke loud in italian abaut the situation, not in english. Also I did hear they mentioned word "police " wich made feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I stayed at this hotel before. It´s a cosy little hotel, very good location for exploring Venice. I especially love the rooms with the little terrace.

I stayed there before and it was always very quiet. This time it was very noisy from the hotel opposite, people were talking on their phones very loudly outside the door long after 1 am.

The property is close-ish to the train station (about a 20 min walk with stairs on bridges so plan accordingly with luggage). However it is just off the main street which means it was quiet but close to everything. The staff were able to work with me on a last minute change which I greatly appreciated. I found the room comfortable and the shower hot :)

Hotel is at a very convenient location, the rooms are small (one single bed room), but fine for me as a relatively small person. Shower is really tight and could be difficult to move around for a taller person. The walls are very thin and can hear people talking in normal voice in other rooms. Had one minor incident when staff tidied my room they knocked my stuff over and somehow thrown my toothbrush away but didn't tell me or didn't notice. Wifi and phone reception is poor in the room, couldn't get signal most of the time. Overall it's good for the price since I only need a bed and shower for the few days.

This was my second stay at the Apostoli Garden Hotel, and I was so happy to return! The staff is young, incredibly kind, and made me feel so warmly welcomed. I stayed in a single room, which is cozy but has a private bathroom—always a must for me. The room was peaceful and surprisingly warm for late November (honestly, even a bit too warm without adjusting it!). The location is fantastic: just a 5-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and about 10 minutes to St. Mark’s. What I love most is how easy it is to reach via Strada Nova—only a short walk from the train station with very few bridges to cross. Looking forward to staying here again!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the biggest room however as a solo traveller was not too fussed, had sufficient space to place luggage, clothes etc. Bathroom was a little small too but again it's enough for one person. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Walking distance to Rialto bridge. Area felt safe.

There is no lift so taking up luggage can be difficult, but this is expected in many older properties in Italy so not faulting the hotel for this.
