Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Malá Strana, yet just around the corner you’re right in the heart of the hustle and bustle, with many shops, restaurants, public transport, and the Charles Bridge all within a few minutes’ walk. Our junior suite with balcony was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent all provided). The main bed was large and comfortable, as were the duvets and blankets. The bathroom was a good size as well, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and fluffy towels, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Everything was very clean and clearly well maintained. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

We were two adults and two teenagers (15, 19); the sofa bed was a little small for the teens, so I wouldn’t recommend the Junior suite type for four adults, but for two adults and two children it would be perfectly fine. Also, although the description states it has a separate bedroom, the unit is one large open space with only a divider between the bed and living area. None of this was a big issue for us, but next time, we’ll book a larger space, we booked late this time and this was the only option left, but no regrets at all, we loved our stay!

Wonderful location in Mala Strana. A three minute walk to Charles Bridge and surprisingly quiet. Near great restaurants, wine bars, Czech National Museum of Music, the city park, a jazz bar and a market on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We stayed in a suite on the top floor facing the square. Our room did not have a balcony opening onto the hotel's inner courtyard, but the view of the square on rainy Spring days, and the original beamed ceilings more than made up for the lack of a balcony. We used the kitchen and it was perfect for breakfasts and simple meals. Everything was new at the time of our stay. Great closet space for unpacking. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

More storage needed in bathroom. Instructions in English for the washing machine would be helpful. I hope that the management and staff can maintain the current level of cleanliness and freshness as the units accumulate more wear and tear.

Absolutely everthing! Perfect location to easily explore the beauty of Prague. A few minutes walk away from Charles Bridge in a not so overcrowded neighbourhood with lovely eatieries all around where locals also hang out. The staff is really helpful and accommodating (they stored our bicycles safely) and their service excellent and friendly. The apartment is beautiful (we had room 214) and spacious and overlooked the little square. The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, lovely products and fluffy towels. It is serviced daily and coffee and tea is replenished. A grocery store with fresh products is right around the corner and the kitchen is well-equipped should you wish to cook a meal. The washing machine is also an enormous plus. All together a perfect stay, one of the best we have come across in our recent travels. Cannot wait to recommend it to others or to visit again. T

We loved everything about our stay! From the first greeting by the receptionist to check out. Incredible apartment with beautiful decor and modern kitchen bathrooms and electronics. AC in both bedrooms. All the staff members we encountered were super service minded and positive! (We experienced that staff in restaurants, shops were not particularly service minded in prauge) The location can't get any better! We were 4 adults and two children, and the apartment was very spacious. The Bistro and café was top-notch. Great service as well. We absolutely recommend Old Royal post! The price for the stay was great as well! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! 👏

We liked everything about the stay

The apartment is amazing - extremely spacious, full of character and very well-equipped. It was so comfortable that I would have happily stayed indoors for the whole stay! The kitchen has everything that you need, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, with plenty of utensils, cutlery, glasses etc. The sofas and bed are all very comfortable. The terrace also has a lovely soft divan, plus large table and chairs. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The whole stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes from Charles Bridge, but in a very quiet area. It is easy to reach the Castle, Petrin Park, and the historic centre.

Nothing.

I / we are from Scotland and have stayed in 5 Star Glenagles and St Andrews Hotels etc. NONE of them could compare with the palatial rooms you had. They were absolutely fabulous, and wonderfully themed, the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Due to the hotels' close locality to the Charles Bridge and river, we easily found our bearings and never felt lost. The hotel was so close to great local hostelries and restaraunts, and the streets spotless. On our return we would not even consider anywhere else to stay.

Nothing. The hotel / themed suites / rooms were a delight. The staff were fabulous and could not have been more polite and helpful. The establishment is an example to all hotels of perfection.

The location was perfect.. so close to the Charles Bridge where most of our adventures began. We had breakfast at the hotel under the shade of a lovely tree in the court yard .. the cutlery was wrapped in paper napkins and tied with string .. twinkly lights on our balcony to enjoy a glass of wine at night on ... or coffee using the Smeg kettle in the morning.. we felt it was perfect.. washing machine to wash through clothes.. handy if you only took a tiny cabin bag. Lovely friendly staff.. everything ran smoothly.. no qualms recommending.

The location is great - it’s our favourite part of Prague. We had suite 35. It was amazing! Fresh, modern, impeccably clean and huge. The beds were comfy and the pillows were huge. The kitchen had all the equipment & crockery you could need including a full-size fridge & freezer, oven/microwave combo, 4-burner induction hob, smeg kettle and nespresso coffee maker. The balcony was huge and looked on to the inner courtyard. We will definitely come back.

The only complaint was the circular rug in the larger bedroom was too big for the space and makes the door difficult to open and close. Fairly minor in the grand scheme of things though.

Perfect location - really close to the Charles bridge and castle, loads of restaurants, and in an area of beautiful old buildings. Very nice old building with premium feeling to the hotel rooms.

If you arrive by car: Being located in the old part of town, with no hotel parking and in-street parking only for local residents, parking needs to be arranged. There are however options available a few blocks away, but this will come at extra cost and some walking. No breakfast at the hotel, but there is a nice café in the building and other options all around.

Staff were so accommodating, treated the apartment like a 5 star hotel room and service experience. We arrived early and they took our bags and contacted us the minute the room was ready! We just got engaged and they spoiled us with beautiful presseco and chocolate with the most touching personal congratulations hand written note from the staff reception. The facilitates for an apart-hotel were beyond my expectations, full functioning Bosch combi-oven, Nespresso machine, robes, slippers, endless towels & fresh linen, all kitchen cleaning products, carbonating water machine it literally had everything, just wow! I couldn't rate this accommodation high enough! I do not post reviews regularly, but had to ensure the public heard how fantastic this place is.

A woman obsessed with getting her steps in walked back & forth pacing heavily in the apartment above us every evening and we heard every step for an hour solid, but that's not the hotels fault.
