Very clean hotel., the rooms and the communal spaces constantly being cleaned and maintained. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Bus and taxis right outside. Good supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Really liked the hotel and would defo stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed July and Pool is lovely but has loud music and games for Kids which is great for a family break but not really for relaxing by the pool! Also we stayed in the suites and would have liked a few more plates/cutlery. Not really a proper kitchen but had a microwave and kettle and fridge which was all we needed but no plates or cutlery! Was one butter knife, also was one cups and glasses. Last thing is it’s a steep enough walk uphill from the strip. Was totally fine for and taxis/buses available but just something to be aware of.

The room was great! Plenty of room, even this Junior room had the bedroom and a small living room and includes a small balcony on ground level... I was really impressed and glad about it. Bathroom was good - the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great! Plus the staff - mainly the cleaning personnel were always always very kind and helpful, I felt really being taken care of during my stay. Bed and linen were good, comfortable, great enough to get a nice rest.

Rarely, it was possible to hear the room above - I guess if you have problems sleeping or a very light sleep it could cause some minor issues (not my case), and you could hear the street a bit.

We recently stayed at THB Flora Lanzarote as a family and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is spotless, tidy, and very well organized, which made us feel comfortable from the start. Rooms are clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which added a lot to our stay. The pools and outdoor areas were well maintained, with plenty of space for both children and adults to enjoy. The animation team and activities kept things lively, but there were also quiet corners for those who just wanted to relax. The food offered a good variety, something for everyone, and the buffet was always fresh and well presented. Drinks and service in the bar were also great. The only small challenge is the location – the hotel is on a hill, which might be harder for older guests. However, taxis are very easy to get and cost between 3–8€ to both the Old Town and the New Town, so it never felt like an issue for us. In fact, it gave us the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to stay, with everything within easy reach. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely recommend THB Flora. Great value for money, excellent service, and a place we would happily return to!

Nothing really

Great hotel. We got half board and the food in the restaurant was very good with a wide variety and the menu would change daily. The property has two pools. The oval shaped pool was a lot of fun for kids and adults, floaties were allowed. One nice thing is that all sun beds get locked up and unlocked only at 10am every morning, which was great as you did not have people block sun beds at 5am and it was the same start for all. The room was comfortable and big.

The food at the bar restaurant was a bit pricey. The location of the hotel was 18min walk from the main strip and hotel is up a very steep hill on the way back, so watch out. Good thing taxi is very affordable about 4 eur from the strip to the hotel.

Had a beautiful apartment over the restaurant with amazing views of the pool and ocean, lovely staff, pool was heated this time as it wasn’t over the New year makes a big difference, food has gone down hill a bit, enjoyed breakfast. lunch and dinner was pretty simple taxi rank right out side costs €3-5 depending what part your going too

Food wasn’t amazing as usual maybe usual chef was on holidays or something Towels change also you need to rent them now with a refundable deposit

I liked how clean it was and well ran. everything was spotless clean. the pool was Luke warm which was great for our children and made things easier . I had my children down for breakfast and a lovely lady working there was so helpful nothing was to much.

I didn't like that when I arrived I was put up 2 flights of stairs with a 3 year old child (no lift) in buggy and when I asked at reception they told me they would get back to me . I told hotel I would be willing to pay extra to have ground floor room as it was safer for my 3year old. I asked and they wouldn't entertain me at all. they were not very forthcoming with helping me and I was left with the room I got. it felt as if reception did not want anyone to bother them .

Lovely big room with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choices - really nice to be able to sit outside by the pool. Lovely big pool area with plenty of loungers - it's great that you can't reserve them at 6am and then disappear so there are always plenty available.

My room's patio area was always in the shade so I couldn't sit outside. The hotel is up a big hill which I liked but is worth bearing in mind for others who may be less mobile. The music by the pool was a bit too loud and intrusive for me, personally at times. The pool was also a little bit warm for me but that must be great for families with small children.

Hotel was lovely, pools were heated in March ideal for our baby. Have to compliment the cleanliness of the pool and hotel, staff constantly cleaning, tiles at pool mopped every single morning and evening, pool hoovered every morning. Staff v friendly. Room was tidy, basic enough. We stayed over at the other side, with adult pool which was ideal. If I had young children who could walk, it would be a total hazard as pool is 2 meters deep. But it was perfect for us. They have a lovely slide set area and splash park for young kids which I thought was great. Shop on site too open 8am - 11pm which is great. Weirdly there’s loads of cats around which I didn’t like but they also keep mice away so I suppose it is a good thing but I just do not like cats. It is up a hill but only a short 10 min walk to harbour and shopping centre but again is up hill.

really nice hotel up a steep hill just on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen. Staff were really nice, helpful and professional. Cleaners did an excellent job and cleaned the apartment every day while we were out. Lots of cats and kittens around which was nice (we like cats). Flora 2 Pool was well maintained and perfect temperature (cool but not cold). Nice walkway under the road to the main complex and there was something for everyone (gym, 2 pools, onsite shop, restaurant, entertainment) - really glad we were in Flora 2 though which was quieter and much more laid back than the main hotel pool area. However the main hotel pool was great for those that wanted it a bit more lively. I didnt eat in the restaurant but my son and his fiance did and they both thought it was excellent. Some people might not like the steep hill but we quite enjoyed the exercise - plus there are loads of bars and restaurants all the way up the hill if you want to stop for refreshments. There is also the free bus to the beach several times a day for those who wanted or needed it, but we preferred the walk :)

could have been a few more TV channels but this is a minor issue - we didnt go there to watch TV :). No real negatives - was a great holiday for our large family group!

Lovely hotel and too much trouble. In the breakfast, the food was lovely with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Parking on the street was easy to manage. Good activities for the kids throughout the day and in the evening. Pool was maintained well.

Same as like others reported, we were told that there was an issue where it said our booking was inaccurate. Unsure if it was a glitch with booking.com or THB flora itself. I was asked to pay extra which I did, but never received any bill for the same. Hope we were not scammed.
