Villa/apartment had two double/queen beds which is what we requested. Great view from apartment and deck. Manager was great and helpful. Will book again and next time take our boat to mour outside the apartment and do some fishing in the river or bay. Close to Noosa and all amenities. Fantastic stay with our friends.

Nothing really. Great 2 room apartment

Everything was clean and well furnished for a group of 4. The location was excellent with easy walking to many local restaurants. And of course, waking up and having the morning coffee on the deck overlooking the canal and all the boats slowly going past was great to do! Pool and spa facilities were excellent as well with a very clean communal barbeque so we could enjoy cooking in the pool area and relaxing in the spa when we didn't want to head to the beach.

There was a bit of road noise in the bedroom that is closest to the road as it is a quite busy road at times.

The location was beautiful, and the views from the deck were wonderful. Lots of space for us as we were upgraded to a larger unit. Warwick is a very good manager

Loved my townhouse. There was an apology for it not being renovated, but it doesn't need a complete overhaul. Very cute as is. I miss the gorgeous water view from the sofa and that lovely paved area right next to the water. Wish I'd set up dinner down there one night.

4 star usually has a box of tissues in the bathroom. Tissue boxes are bulky to pack and not expensive to buy for the guest but it does mean a trip to the shops! A new cooktop and a better quality medium sized fry pan might be good but that's probably going to be included in the future renovation.

Beautiful view from our unit 17... Private outdoor area with seating is nice. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Though the unit it dated a little, it is still very nice. The garage is a little small but fits your average car. It was very nice and easy walk into town that has many food options...

Nothing to really dislike, clean and comfortable unit.

The location and being able to watch the boats going along the river. Easy to walk by the river along Gympie Terraceto the many cafes and restaurants. Plenty of places to sit and watch the world go by or cook a barbecue! . Our apartment had been updated recently and was immaculate. The sitting area was so comfortable. It was lovely to relax and watch the large TV in the evening. The kitchen has everything needed to self cater. We ate breakfast on the deck. We appreciated the downstairs toilet and the 2 bathrooms upstairs.The showers were powerful. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was very good.

The only problem was noise from the adjoining apartment after midnight. Andrew , the manager, sorted things out immediately and all was fine.

Well positioned with a short walk along the river to shops, restaurants and bars. Fabulous view from our upstairs window, right up the river. Loved watching the boats come and go.

There is very little not to like but possibly few minor maintenance jobs to be done.

Location, it is our go to place in Noosaville. Friendly and helpful staff and easy access to rive and restaurants.

Location was beautiful and quiet but still close to town. Well appointed units. Warrick was great - pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Could have used more towels and toilet paper.

Great location with amazing views of the water especially in the morning. It was clean and modern with everything you could need in the kitchen

no parking available directly outside the house we stayed in, only 2 spaces available by the pool which were occupied for most of our stay, although there was plenty of free parking available on the road
