This is a very beautiful apartment, decorated to a very high standard and it has everything you need. Big comfortable beds and large Smart TV and great kitchen and bathroom. It is in a fantastic location within walking distance to Adeje and Las Americas beaches and bars and restaurants. The host was so helpful and even delivered an item we left behind to us. Would definitely stay here again 🙂

The building is undergoing some renovation so is a little run down at the moment but do not let that put you off this amazing apartment!

Very comfortable, lovely towels and linen were provided. Lots of little extras including two umbrellas which proved to be very useful.

Only one set of keys were provided which was a bit of a nuisance when all three of us staying wanted to do different things during the day. Also, our flight home was late in the evening and there was no facility for storing luggage once we checked out. We did get an extension from 10am to 12 noon to check out which helped a bit. Sometimes there was an unexpected ‘toilet’ smell in the bathroom.

Perfect for traveling with kids. Kitchen allowed to get a quick breakfast before heading out. Swimming pool a few floors below was useful, though it's only opened between 09:00..20:00. A nice plus bus stop + taxi stand are both ~2-5 minutes walking distance, making airport ~35 minutes door-to-door.

The main downside is that sea view windows also let through noise from late night open air parties. This isn't a fault of the owner and in fact windows did a great job blocking a lot of this sound. However, parties were ~daily, loud, and lasting at times past midnight. So, earplugs are recommended. Note that the second bedroom isn't affected by this noise as much. A tiny complaint is that the key for the small gate separating this private property from the main street (useful on the way to the bus stop) didn't actually work -- it fits into the keyhole, but we couldn't turn it. Helpful neighbors' key worked though, so this wasn't a major problem for us, but it'd be great if it's fixed.

What an amazing apartment, it had everything from two full English TV Channel sets to a spice rack, tea bags, apartment wifi, many towels, iron, board, good open balcony, washing machine, cooker, no aircon but didn't need it as breeze kept room cool even at 28 degress at night. Beach was 1 minute walk away, 10 minutes walk to Port where all watersports were and 15 minutes the other way to Veronica strip, 20 mins walk to Aqualand or free bus from Leonardo's. For food check out Bora Bora on the beach, (3 mins away) lovely people, 1 euro a pint and 7.50 euro three course meal.... brilliant customer service and food. Host who met us with keys was prompt, very helpful and friendly, needed a bit of sign language as Spanish :-) Owners contacted me a few times to make sure we were ok and was having a nice holiday. You couldn't ask for more!!!!! Will be booking again two adults and two 15 ear olds. Thanks very much!

The apartment has a great sea view, is very well equipped/beautiful designs. Two really great beds, 2 new large flat screens. We brought our small dog and we were not charged aditionally for this. At the modern bathroom you find lots of anenities, like tooth brushes, tooth paste, shavers, shaving foam, sowing kit, e.g. Very impressive. Cava, water and cake as welcoming gift when we arrived. Close to the beach and to shopping opportunities. We enjoyed our stay very much and will probably come back next year to Home Sweet Deluxe.

We could not take our dog to the pool area, but that’s the general property rules.

Nice view from the balkony, perfect location, four beds, no need to sleep on zofa. A lot of small things needed during the stay were there (shower gells, beach towels, spices in the kitchen,...)

Small balcony, majbe a bit better dishes would be nice.

The bus stop was right outside, the apartment felt comfortable and it was a 5 minute walk from the beach. The over, stove and fridge were all hand to have. I loved being able to use the beach towels and the umbrella. Would love to return.

Great view and location. Really close to local amenities. Shops, beach and bars. Pool area nice and quiet. Lovely position and private. Apartment was really well equipped for our stay. Everything we needed.

Local bar played load music 1530- 1730 most days . Club singer. Pool was cold, much preferred swimming in the sea

Absolutely amazing apartment, very clean and comfortable. Amazing sea view and close to beach, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely return.

There was bad smell coming from the bathroom, but some pipework re-direction should fix all that. Also wifi was not working
